Es ist sicher eines der besten Hotels wo ich in Vietnam geschlafen habe. Speziell die Freundlichkeit war einmalig. Frau Sarah in der Rezeption muss ich hier hervorheben. Das Zimmer was ich zuerst bekommen habe war von der Klimaanlage etwas laut, Sie hat es mir sofort gegen ein anderes getauscht und noch dazu einen Upgrade auf die Bergseite durchgeführt. Auch das tolle Frühstücksangebote muss ich noch erwähnen , von Internationaler bis Vietnamesischer Küche war alles in Topqualität vorhanden. Sollte ich noch einmal nach Sapa kommen ist es sicher meine erste Wahl.

With better service, the experience could have been nearly flawless. The food was exceptional, but the service at the bar and tearoom was notably slow. I suspect this was because the staff were also attending to restaurant orders. One particularly disappointing moment occurred when our host at the restaurant seemed visibly annoyed when we ordered hotpot, requiring her to set up the electrical equipment. Additionally, another attendant continued to handle the hotpot and add food despite my request for him to stop. While our room was lovely, it felt a bit unsettling to be quickly ushered into an upgraded room that happened to overlook a construction site. Although it was wonderful to enjoy the open doors and city view, being woken up by construction noise was far from ideal. Lastly, the doormen stood out for the wrong reasons. They often appeared to be slacking off, which created an odd and unprofessional impression. It would be better to have no doormen at all than to have staff who do not fulfill their role properly. Overall, while the hotel has incredible potential, a more attentive and professional approach to service would elevate the experience significantly.

Ich habe im Anfragefeld 2 Einzelbetten und einen späten Check-in angefragt, aber nur den späten Check-in per E-Mail geschickt, sodass wir stattdessen ein großes Bett bekamen. Bitten Sie auch darum, dass Ihr Zimmer nicht in der Nähe der Buffetecke 302 liegt. Zum Glück hatten wir 301, sodass wir nur wenig Betrieb mitbekommen. Very much satisfied staying at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!! From the arrival to checking out, it was so smooth. The front desk officers were very accommodating and friendly so as with the room boys , restaurant staff and swimming pool staff.. We arrived before the check-in time, so we left our luggage in their storage. We need to change clothes because the climate is freezing. then they let us use the hotel's comfort room. When we are done with the activities in Sapa, we checked in our room and were happy for the room we have. The CR is supplied with super white and new bath towels , face towels , floor rug, tissue paper . The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower ( elegant) provided with body wash and shampoo. The bedroom is super clean and tidy like the comfort room and bathroom. It has a dresser with mirror , lamp shades. It also has a cabinet for clothes and a hair dryer. There are 2 swimming pools in Bamboo Sapa Hotel. One is the outdoor pool, ( but did not take a swim because it's too cold) and the other one is at the G level which is warm and a whirlpool. A cozy restaurant is for the buffet breakfast which is included in the booking.The array of delicious, nutritious and fancy food was served. Electrical socket for charging is situated near the headboard. There were pairs of bedroom slippers and bath robes which were dainty white. So fresh-looking to wear! 2 bottles of mineral water ,cups and saucers and heater were also provided.. oh, if you want to call the front desk, a telephone is on the desk☺️❤️🥰

A Memorable Stay at Pao’s Sapa I recently stayed at Pao’s Sapa, and it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, offering every amenity one could need. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking! The location is perfect, with easy access to Sapa Center, and the complimentary shuttle service made getting around so convenient. I can’t recommend Pao’s Sapa enough for anyone looking for comfort and luxury. A special thanks to Mayu for her exceptional assistance and care during our stay. Her dedication and professionalism truly stood out. I wish to return and see her in a higher position—she absolutely deserves it!

Ich freute mich auf eine Reise nach Sapa, konnte aber nicht nach Fansipan fahren und sah drei Tage lang Nebel und Regen. Dennoch war es ein Ort mit Charme. Ich habe mir einen Platz mit Balkon und guter Aussicht ausgesucht, den ich aber wegen des Wetters nicht nutzen konnte. Dennoch kam am letzten Morgen für einen ganz kurzen Moment die Sonne heraus und ich hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Dieses Hotel hat bei gutem Wetter eine wirklich schöne Aussicht. Auch das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich empfehle es, wenn Sie nach Sapa reisen.

Our stay at Sapa Centre Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.  The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful.  The location was perfect for exploring the city.  We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting SaPa.  We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Tin Tin, Huong, and Selena for their exceptional hospitality throughout our stay.  A special shout-out to Selena for going above and beyond when we realized we had left our earphones in the hotel, already on the bus to Hanoi. We reached out via WhatsApp, and Selena arranged for the earphones to be sent to our next hotel in Hanoi through their limousine service. That level of thoughtful service truly made a difference, and we are so grateful for it!

Auf meiner ersten Reise von Japan nach Vietnam habe ich Sapa und das Lady Hill Sapa Resort besucht und dort zwei Nächte verbracht. Es war das beste Resort, um die Müdigkeit der langen Reise loszuwerden 😊 Besonders die Sauberkeit der Einrichtungen, die Gastfreundschaft des Personals, das Essen und die Landschaft sind beeindruckend. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Blick auf das Tal und einen wunderschönen Blick auf die fantastischen Fansipan-Berge. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl an Speisen, von traditionellen vietnamesischen Gerichten bis hin zu westlichen Gerichten, und alles war köstlich, aber das Brot war etwas ganz Besonderes. Es gibt auch ein Spa, einen Whirlpool, einen Pool, einen Fitnessraum und eine koreanische Sauna, die alle sauber und komfortabel sind und bei mir den Wunsch wecken, für immer zu bleiben. Die Lage ist etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi vom Zentrum von Sapa entfernt. Die Seilbahnstation Fansipan Mountain liegt direkt vor der Tür. Das Zentrum von Sapa ist voller Menschen, sodass ich dank der Lage abseits des Trubels eine ruhige und entspannte Zeit verbringen konnte. Es ist kein Ort, den man sehr oft besuchen kann, aber ich denke, es ist ein Resort, das es wert ist, sich die Zeit zu nehmen, dorthin zu gehen. Empfohlen für diejenigen, die eine ruhige Zeit an einem Ort fernab des Alltags verbringen möchten.

************* bersyukur dpt hotel yg cukup dekat dgn sapa center, sun plaza dan sapa lake, kamarnya cukup untuk 2 org. Kamar mandi oke dgn alat mandinya. Pelayanannya ramah dan mudah saat check in ataupun check out, tdk ada deposit. Masukannya mungkin jika yg menginap lebih dari 1 malam, kamar atau room bisa di bersihkan tiap hari soalnya kemarin kami menginap 3d2n tp tdk dibersihkan. Thank you

Das Zimmer ist teuer, kleines Zimmer. Es ist wirklich modern, aber ein solches kleines Zimmer zu diesem Preis ist zu unwürdig. Dieses kleine Zimmer in Hanoi mit Sapa Ich habe nur für etwa 500 Tage von Tet geblieben ist vorbei. Ich bin eine Geschäftsperson, die reist, nach Hause und im Ausland viel geht, aber ich schwöre, es ist zu unwürdig. Nicht zu erwähnen, als ich ein Zimmer reservierte, habe ich ein Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett gewählt. Als ich kam, um p zu empfangen, habe ich auch für mich ein kleines Zimmer 2-bed arrangiert. Das ist der Weg, wenn ich gebeten habe, es zu ändern, es ist immer noch ”Sie unterstützen ändern p für mich”. Oh oder was p ich reserviert, Sie gehen falsch Raum für mich, aber ich brauche m Unterstützung? Der Promotion Preis ist immer noch nahe 800k. Die Prüfung im Prozess war ein Problem, als ich VIP-Zimmer reserviert, aber es wurde als Suite registriert. Insgesamt, anständig für die Lage. Hauptproblem ist das Soundproof-Design. Nicht für leichte Schlafgeräte.

I extended my stay. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel and appreciate the attentive staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is so refreshing to see a hotel in Hekou that provides all amenities. Evey item, from towels, bedding, and even the napkins have the hotel logo printed on them. This felt like a 5 star hotel at an amazing price. There are many places to eat, especially at nighttime, and the view of the river is fantastic. I am really impressed with this new hotel and I will absolutely be staying again. Foreigners, please note that the outlets are two prong only. I think this is the updated power source in Vietnam. Im neuen Stadtteil südlich der alten Straße ist das Gelände hoch und die Aussicht weit. Das Zimmer hat ein heimisches Vier-Sterne-Niveau. Unten Unterhaltung, Bars, hauptsächlich chinesische Verbraucher. Der Verkehr ist etwas unbequem und es stehen Autos vor der Tür. Vietnam wird von Motorrädern dominiert.

距離老街口岸打車費40K盾（12元）左右，房間挺大的，住6～8樓，可以看見老街的部分街景，包括：Ga Lao Cai（火車站），不過火車站已經根本不熱鬧了，有點類似國內三四線城市的集鎮。酒店很乾凈，跟國內的連鎖店差不多，是三星級的，不過他們是14：00后入住的，如果提前入住就需要另外補價340K盾（100元Rmb），原房價230左右。在酒店看外麪的風景么還好的，有個飄窗依窗小坐，喝杯咖啡挺愜意（發一張圖片）。酒店前台的小杜（女士）會中文，基本交流沒有問題。酒店正門右手邊的小咖啡店的老闆（女士）挺善良的，中文也不錯。

I enjoyed this hotel, I wished the shower was more warm but it wasn’t cold. Reception was friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. I had a motorcycle rental and they had a covered garage so that was a bonus!

Wir kamen nach Laojie, um einen Freund zu sehen, der dieses Hotelzimmer gebucht hatte. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Angestellten hier können Chinesisch sprechen und sind sehr begeistert, uns zu helfen, das Haus eines Freundes zu finden. Ich bin wirklich zufrieden mit dieser Reservierung

Die Leute an der Rezeption sprechen Englisch. Der Unterbrecher hat einmal ausgelöst, aber sie haben das Problem schnell behoben. Wasser bei Zimmertemperatur ist kostenlos, Wasser im Kühlschrank kostet jedoch 20.000 VND. Ich denke, das Zimmer ist sauber. Das Frühstück bestand aus einer Auswahl aus einem Menü. Am zweiten Tag habe ich insgesamt Banh Mi und Pho bestellt, um es auszuprobieren, aber es wurde normal serviert. Das Grenzbüro befindet sich neben dem Hotel. Vom Bahnhof Lao Cai sind es etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß, aber unterwegs waren mehrere freilaufende Hunde, die mich verfolgten und mir ein gruseliges Erlebnis bescherten, also wäre es vielleicht besser, ein Taxi oder so zu nehmen. Es gibt extrem wenige Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Umgebung. Um 21 Uhr ist es sehr ruhig, wahrscheinlich weil die Grenzen wegen des Coronavirus geschlossen sind.
