Absolut erstklassiger Service. Der Duft ätherischer Öle in der Hotellobby sorgt für ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Freundliches Thekenpersonal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht, aber sie erlaubten uns trotzdem, zu dritt zu übernachten. Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Dusche ist groß. Das Zimmer wurde vom Zimmermädchen gut instand gehalten. Sehr höflich. Gute Lage, gegenüber der Carpenter Street mit viel lokalem und westlichem Essen. *Der einzige Wermutstropfen war, dass um 5 Uhr morgens ein sehr „frommer“ Muslim lautstark im Radio skandierte und die Leute beim Schlafen störte, sodass der Segen zu einem ** wurde. Ich hoffe auch, dass das Hotel die Schalldämmung des Glases verbessern kann.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering good value for money. The hotel is convenient located near the airport and connected to a shopping mall, making it easy to access food and essential. Breakfast was enjoyable with good variety of options, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, there was a blackout during my stay that lasted more than 30 minutes, and it appeared that there was no backup generator available. Fortunately, it occurred in the early morning when there was some natural light. It would have been more challenging if it had happened at night. This is an area the hotel need to look into. Overall, still a comfortable stay, but improvements in this aspect would enhance the experience further.

The most noteworthy feature of this hotel is the incredibly spacious rooms. After researching all the available options in Bintulu, I can confidently say that Goldenbay Hotel offers the best value for money. I would certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit to the area. The amenities were another high point of the trip. It was a lucky coincidence that a comb was provided, as I had forgotten to pack one. Furthermore, I was impressed by the quality of the hair and body shampoos. It is rare for me to enjoy hotel-provided toiletries, but these left me feeling truly clean and lathered up well. To top it off, the rooftop offers a gorgeous view, especially during sunset. However, there were a few drawbacks during my stay. I booked two rooms; while my room was fine, the second room had significant lighting issues. Although the reception sent a technician to help, they only managed to fix one light. Even after the repair, that room remained much dimmer than mine. Additionally, the bidet in my own bathroom was leaking. It felt a bit ironic to see multiple signs encouraging guests to save water and use the bidet instead of paper when the fixture itself wasn't working properly. Lastly, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The selection was quite limited, and the taste was only average. If I return to this hotel in the future, I would likely book a room-only rate and find breakfast elsewhere.

Sehr gut, das Hotel Nummer eins in Kuching. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß, aber sehr sauber und neu. Der Raum ist nicht feucht. Das Abendbuffet war gut. Es liegt direkt am Sarawak-Fluss, der sich sehr gut zum Joggen eignet. Der Königspalast und das Parlamentsgebäude liegen auf der anderen Seite des Flusses und bieten einen perfekten Blick auf den Fluss.

Checked in at 3:30pm on a weekday and was told the room still wasn’t ready, which was disappointing considering it wasn’t a public holiday and the hotel didn’t appear particularly busy. After a long day of travelling, the last thing you expect is to wait around past check-in time with no proper explanation or urgency from staff. The facilities were another letdown. Went for a swim around 9:30am only to find the pool closed for cleaning during peak morning hours. The spa and steam room were also frustrating to use because we had to search for staff every single time just to get them switched on. It defeats the purpose of advertising these facilities if guests can’t conveniently access them when they want to relax. Overall, the hotel looks nice on the surface, but the service and management of the facilities really took away from the experience. For a Pullman hotel, I expected a much smoother and more premium stay.

Good selection of breakfast, clean room and quiet environment. Next to a mall, so it is easy to find food. Provide free parking and comes with plenty of parking space. No worry of driving a car and find a parking space. Will stay again in this hotel if come to Bintulu again.

Das Zimmer und der Service haben mir sehr gefallen, die Lage hat mir nicht viel ausgemacht. Ich hätte mir nur gewünscht, dass die Bettdecke etwas schwerer wäre. Aber danke für die vielen Kissen! Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und wurde immer gut sauber gemacht. Sehr empfehlenswert.

This is a newly refurbished hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, offering excellent value for the price. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was fresh and enjoyable. One feature I particularly appreciated was the 24-hour gym, which made it convenient to fit in a workout at any time. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay with great facilities and reasonable rates. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Die Aussicht war absolut an Ort - definitiv das Highlight des Aufenthalts. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Kuching Waterfront, so dass es sehr bequem zu erkunden nahegelegene Attraktionen, Cafés und lokale Spots. Alles war in leichter Reichweite, und die Gegend hat eine wirklich schöne, entspannende Vibe, vor allem am Abend. Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmes und komfortables Aufenthalt. Die Bequemlichkeit, um zu gehen ohne Transport zu bedürfen, machte die gesamte Erfahrung noch besser. Ich würde sicher empfehlen, dass jeder, der sich in einer strategischen Lage mit einem großen Blick aufbleibt.

Ich war ein paar Nächte hier und hatte eine allgemein akzeptable Erfahrung. Das Zimmer selbst war ein bisschen alt und datiert. Aber, die Übernachtung war im Allgemeinen gut. Das Zimmer wurde sauber gehalten, das Bett war komfortabel genug für einen guten Nachtschlaf, und alle Grundausstattung funktionierte ohne große Probleme. Die Anne ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenn Sie nach einer modernen, luxuriösen Erfahrung suchen, ist das vielleicht nicht der Ort für Sie. Aber wenn Sie nur einen funktionalen, vernünftig bezahlten Ort brauchen, um für ein paar Tage zu krass, wird der Job fertig. Es ist nichts Fantasie, sondern insgesamt ok.
