Stay was great, rooms spacious and clean, nice facilities and food was excellent. However initially we were given smoking room . When we reported they had to send a staff to verify. Staff acknowledged but first offered to spray room freshener. When we insisted we absolutely need non smoking room they made the switch. Didn’t expect this from Hilton brand

Having arrived at st Regis Goa our expectations were high and we were truly looking forward to spending Chinese new year eve. On arrival everything seemed a bit chaotic in the lobby and then I soon found out that they were expecting a wedding and the next day was fully booked because of that. As we got through the day I noticed that the staff were all paying attention mostly to the wedding preparations and not the in house guests. From this hotel I expected a better service to be honest and even the so called special butler assigned to us was responding with delays of almost an hour which is not nice for such a so called high standard hotel. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay but decided against having dinner at the property because even though I mentioned it is Chinese new year no special do up was done for us so even though I did not expect given that we were in India and they don’t celebrate obviously but since I did mention at check in this would have brought out Regis standards in a big way as they are known for worldwide but no special thing was organized for us. The shower drainage was blocked and I had to unplug the cover just to let the water drain out. This should be checked before guests arrive. Even the towels had this strange odour which only means it was not laundered properly. Otherwise the property is great but they should improve for the standard they portray and the rates they charge. Also another point to note is that while booking through trip.com I booked a better level room and after I paid it was immediately cancelled and refund was provided but strangely when I tried to re-book the price had gone up significantly and this is not a nice thing to do to guests. Now I’m not sure if this was the booking app failure or failure on part of the hotel but notable to mention nonetheless. So I opted for the normal lagoon room instead because I felt cheated and didn’t want to pay more for something that was clearly indicated. Pool was fantastic and room was decent but big mosquito problem on the property. We actually stayed next door the previous night at holiday inn and didn’t notice mosquitos as much as here so beware and get enough repellant. The carpet in the room also needs to be deep cleaned as it was literally black with dirt. Even spider web in the room. Shocking for a Regis hotel. Hats of to the garden cleaning ladies who do a fabulous job and the valet and entrance staff and the guy who gave us a nice welcome and welcome drink. Breakfast was fantastic so speaks volumes of the chefs and staff behind the scenes. Highlight of the hotel no doubt. Best one so far in India!

The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

Ich hatte vor kurzem die Freude, in Colva von Marriott am Hof zu bleiben, und es war eine absolut wunderbare Erfahrung. Hier sind einige Highlights aus meinem Aufenthalt: 1. **Exceptional Staff**: Die Mitarbeiter von Courtyard von Marriott ging wirklich oben und weiter, um meinen Aufenthalt komfortable und erinnerlich zu machen. Sie waren freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bereit, mit einem Lächeln zu helfen. 2. **Exzellente Reinigung**: Das Hotel verfügt über einen außergewöhnlich hohen Reinigungsstandard. Mein Zimmer war spotless, und die gemeinsamen Bereiche, einschließlich der Lobby, Restaurant und Pool, waren unschädlich. Es ist klar, dass das Hausbetreuungsteam in ihrer Arbeit sehr stolz ist, um eine hygienische und angenehme Umgebung für die Gäste zu gewährleisten. 3. **Nachbarschaft zum Strand**: Eine der besten Merkmale dieses Hotels ist seine Nähe zum Colva Beach. Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang, ist der Strand leicht zugänglich, macht es perfekt für einen Morgengrauen oder einen Sonnenuntergang. Die Bequemlichkeit, so nah am Strand zu sein, fügte mir einen besonderen Kontakt zu meinem Aufenthalt hinzu. 4. **Komfortable Zimmer**: Die Zimmer sind geräumig, gut konzipiert und mit modernen Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Das Bett war unglaublich komfortabel und der Balkon bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Umgebung. Es war ein perfekter Rückzug nach einem Tag der Erforschung. 5. **Essen Optionen**: Das Restaurant auf der Website serviert eine Vielzahl von leckeren Gerichten, sowohl lokale als auch internationale. Das Frühstücksbuffet war besonders beeindruckend, mit einer Vielzahl von Optionen, die jedem Palast passen. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Courtyard von Marriott, Colva nichts weniger als fantastisch. Die Kombination aus hervorragender Service, Sauberkeit und der beste Lage in der Nähe des Strandes macht es eine top Wahl für jeden, der das Gebiet besucht. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr für Freizeit- und Geschäftsreisende und freue mich auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt in der Zukunft!

This is a beautiful resort with nice rooms. Ours was clean and spacious. The staff was generally very good and assisted with things like booking taxis. The beach is not private - only the access path to the beach is private. That did not pose a problem for us. When we arrived we were told we needed to pay 11000 rupees each for a mandatory New Year’s Eve party. They insisted we had been notified when we had not, and claimed they could not check us in until we paid. It felt extortive to insist on this payment with no prior notification (and, they first said we had definitely been contacted but they couldn’t find proof, and later said they hadn’t had a way to contact us). Ultimately we did pay with a discount and enjoyed the party. However, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I would warn anyone saying over Christmas or New Years that these extremely expensive, mandatory parties will occur.

It was a comfortable stay. It is far from anything with only 2 restaurants to choose from. There is a small swimming pool to relax in on the roof. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient but a little hit and miss.

Ich bin so froh, dass ich dieses Hotel in der letzten Minute gewählt habe. Ich hatte sehr gute Erfahrung hier zu bleiben. Ich würde anderen sehr empfehlen, ihre Gastfreundschaft und Atmosphäre zu erleben.

Got back from Planet Hollywood last week. Location - this is a quite beach with beautiful small grain sand and clean. Many locals in the sea and clean. There are a couple of shacks each side on the hotel beach with beds and drinks and tables. Sunset is beautiful from here. Hotel: On arrival we were greeted, luggage taken to our rooms. We had the luxury pool view room- good amount of space in the bedroom, lovely balcony over looking the pool, bathroom clean. Towels changed daily and cleaned well. If you want anything staff are more than happy to help. Staff are extremely helpful - we had a couple of issues with the room, but turned out to be user errors. We had a maintenance chap in our room within minutes. The food was absolutely divine - eastern and western palates catered for. Chef Veronus came to talk to us every day at breakfast, and also made us some dishes not on the menu - really delightful and exceedingly good! The pool was very quite, but suited us. April is wedding season and there were some weddings on during the day and evening, but this is in a separate part of the complex. We actually enjoyed watching elements from the side lines. The wedding decor was incredible. We could not fault this hotel, we were taken care of so well!

A Perfect Birthday Getaway at Hilton Goa Resort! We stayed at Hilton Goa Resort for my birthday, and it couldn’t have been more special! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The highlight was walking into our beautifully decorated room — balloons, and a lovely birthday setup that made me feel so celebrated. The views from the resort are stunning, and the entire property has such a calm, luxurious vibe. The food was fantastic, especially the breakfast spread, and every staff member we met was warm, polite, and genuinely caring. Thank you to the Hilton Goa team for the thoughtful touches and for making my birthday trip unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

Ein gutes, komfortables Hotel. Der Service war exzellent, das WLAN stabil, die Anlage wunderschön, es gab einen Fitnessraum, eine Bibliothek und viele weitere interessante Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Wir konnten ein paar Stunden früher einchecken, was sehr angenehm war. Das Frühstück war überwiegend indisch, aber *** konnte guten Kaffee mit normaler und pflanzlicher Milch bestellen. Für unseren frühen Check-out wurde uns eine leckere Lunchbox mit Obst und köstlichen Sandwiches vorbereitet. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und ging auf alle unsere Wünsche ein. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!
