Wir blieben in Aston wegen seiner Nähe zum Gambir Station, wo wir den Panoramazug nach Bandung nehmen. Was wir über das Hotel liebten ist es in der Nähe eines Malls, wo wir unser Abendessen hatten. Es gibt auch mehrere Banken hinter dem Hotel, das wir unsere Gelder zurückgezogen haben, und ein Komfortgeschäft (Indomaret) für Snacks. Der einzige Nebeneffekt ist es ziemlich weit vom Flughafen (ca. 1 Stunde plus Fahrt wegen des Verkehrs).

Staff was very welcoming, nice and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious, and breakfast buffet had a really good spread of choices with delicious food. The hotel is right next to a big mall as well, which is convenient for shopping. Greatly enjoyed the stay.

While our overall stay at Oakwood Jakarta was enjoyable, the lack of a warm welcome was disappointing. The receptionist working between 8-9 PM on October 17th, 2024, wasn’t friendly or smiling, which left us with a poor first impression. She also didn’t provide any information about the hotel’s facilities – we weren’t told how to access the pool, the restaurants, or any other amenities. It felt like we were left to figure things out on our own. This was especially surprising after spending 10 days in Bali, where everyone went out of their way to smile, offer help with our bags, and make sure we were comfortable. At Oakwood, no one even asked if we needed assistance with our luggage. Despite the disappointing service, the hotel itself was great. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is also a huge plus – just a 10-minute walk to PIK Avenue and around 23 minutes from the airport, making it super convenient. If the service at the front desk were improved, this hotel could easily be a top-tier choice. For now, I’d still recommend it for its comfort, location, and overall facilities – just be prepared for a less-than-warm welcome.

Location was very convenient n accessible to everywhere. Staff were all very polite n friendly. The lounge area at the 9th floor was very pathetic and not cozy enough. Room was great except for missing lights near the table area which was dim especially during the night Please install some light near the table n TV area. Breakfast selection was very limited as well. Will stay at this hotel when we come the next time.

Stayed for one night and the room was very spacious and the bed for very comfortable. Bathroom was squeaky clean and toilet had a bidet (yay!). Location wise as well was easy to find as we were driving and there are a few malls located within the vicinity. Unfortunately, the aircon in our room somehow died in the middle of the night so I woke up at around 3am and was suddenly sweating. Thankfully (and gratefully), we managed to call guest services and they sent a technician to our room to fix the issue. Strangely, the room services was not open at 9am (or was it 10am?) which was a bit disappointing because we had hoped to order breakfast from room service before checking out but alas. Staff was friendly and helpful and there was complimentary parking since we were driving. Forgot to take photos because we checked in really late (almost close to midnight) and was exhausted from driving back from Yogyakarta but generally great stay overall.

Guest services are nice and polite. Gotta give credits to the lady at the front desk, I didn’t get her name. But she has a long hair and wore specs. Always serving the guest with a smile! :) The room were clean and have all the necessary things that is needed. But wish that they have 2 pillows on the bed instead of 1, and the room slippers only 1 in each room but we had 4 people in the room. Another downside is the location, there’s always flood when it’s raining. So a little hard to travel back with grab because they will have to go another way and unable to order food cause no riders would want to take :’) Other than that, everything is good. Would stay there again in the future.

Kulkas dan hair dryer tidak ada. Padahal hotel bintang 4. Lainnya oke. Kamar luas. Lebih hemat jadi member hotel, karena kamar dan makanan restoran diskon lumayan. Nasi goreng nya enak. Oiya jika anda bawa mobil, sebaiknya ke hotel sebelum jam 10 malam. Sepertinya jalan akses hotel di tutup jika sudah larut malam. (Bisa di pastikan lagi ke pihak hotel)

My family and I had a very wonderful stay. The hotel was able to answer all of my enquiries before my trip. I emailed the hotel regarding my airport pick up and I reveived a reply and transport booked withon the same day. During my stay there, the reception, Ms Erika and other colleagues were very approachable and friendly. My nieces were very happy with them. They were given a soft toy as a welcome gift. The hotel do have indoor and outdoor play area for kids. Suitable for family with kids. We ordered grab/ gojek food there (using the app). The hotel concierge sent out food deliveries up to the room. Overall, service superb! 👍👍 I will definitely stay in Ascott Kuningan again when I visit Jakarta. Thank you 😄

1. Es gibt ein Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe und die Lage ist sehr praktisch. 2. Es gibt einen Aufpreis für das Frühstück, mit einer großen Auswahl an Frühstücken kann man sehr satt essen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist recht gut! 3. Sobald Sie das Restaurant betreten, müssen Sie die Sicherheitskontrolle durchlaufen. Dies ist zwar etwas mühsam, aber Sie spüren, dass das Hotel großen Wert auf Sicherheit legt. 4. Ich habe versehentlich etwas im Hotel vergessen. Ich habe es nicht bemerkt. Das Hotel hat mich sofort kontaktiert und es erfahren. Das Hotel hat auch tatkräftig bei der Abwicklung von Folgeangelegenheiten geholfen. Es hat die 5-Sterne-Qualität wirklich verdient

Had a great stay at Novotel Mangga Dua Square. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent for shopping, with many malls nearby. It’s also convenient, about 30 minutes from the airport. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, a pleasant experience—would definitely stay again!
