We had a great stay at the Crown Spa Hotel. All the staff were super friendly, nothing was to much trouble. The rooms were clean and fresh, we had a sea view. Meals in the Restaurant were very good value and excellent quality. We had treatments in the Spa, the Girls were super friendly, welcoming and chatty. We will certainly be returning.

We had a wonderful experience at the Leonardo Hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A huge thank you to the staff—the service was truly excellent and made us feel very welcome.Over all a great choice to explore.

Lovely hotel close to town, quick friendly check in Big room with plenty of storage and shower room . Sadly my room wasn’t very clean, found dirty tissue under dresser. Spa facilities amazing and 1hr free use each day if stay.

I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton York for a short visit and, while the location was reasonably convenient, the overall experience fell short of expectations for a Hilton-branded hotel. I was upgraded to a room located across the car park from the main building, accessed via stairs and without central heating. Instead, the room relied on standing portable heaters, which wasn’t ideal — especially given the wet weather and the need to walk outside to reach the room. The room itself felt quite tired and dated, with noticeably creaky floorboards both inside the room and from neighbouring rooms, which made it hard to fully relax. The location is decent enough, but if you’re travelling by public transport there are better areas of York to stay in that offer easier access and a nicer overall setting. I didn’t try the breakfast, as there are plenty of good local options nearby, which I enjoyed instead, so I don’t feel I missed out. One small disappointment was that coffee wasn’t available outside of breakfast hours. Overall, with so many good accommodation options in York, I’m not likely to stay here again.

Wir haben einen 2-Nacht-Frieden in diesem Hotel, es ist erstaunlich und sauber in der Innenstadt und einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Stadtzentrum. Die Zimmer waren sehr weit entfernt in den Seiten, aber es war immer noch gut für das, was wir brauchten. Schöne Tipp-Bereich mit Bar draußen ist ein sehr schöner zusätzlicher Touch. Wir werden sicherlich zurückkehren!

Roomzzz strikes a nice balance between practicality and personality. Small touches throughout the property, from the playful messages on the room doors to the thoughtful room design, give it far more character than a typical aparthotel. The room itself was spacious, well equipped and exceptionally comfortable. The bed, climate control and shower all stood out, particularly on one of the warmer days of the year. Having a kitchenette, iron and other essentials readily available made the stay effortless, while the underground parking was convenient and secure. The location was also pleasantly quiet, offering a welcome escape from the busier parts of the city. The main opportunity for improvement is around flexibility. Charging for both parking and early check-in felt a little disappointing, especially when the room was already available. A small gesture in these situations can leave a lasting impression and elevate the guest experience. That aside, the friendly team, comfortable rooms and attention to detail make Roomzzz a place I'd gladly return to.

Große Lage des Hotels, zwischen Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum und am besten für einige endgültige Einkaufen und die Abholung von Gepäck für Ihre nächste Zugfahrt. Leider ist das Toilette ziemlich unrein mit Fehlern und verwendetes Papier in neue gefüllt, bin war auch unrein. Wir könnten nie mehr einen anderen Radisson reservieren.

Es gibt viele Wege zum Hotel, es ist früh im Winter schwarz, es gibt Glück, kein Auto, es ist sehr offen, die Umgebung ist sehr gut, die Hotelanordnung ist auch sehr schmecklich. Das Bett ist weich, aber es hat eine Stützkraft, Schlafkomfort, das Frühstücksrestaurant ist schön, mehrere Frühstücksmöglichkeiten können ausgewählt werden.

Das jahrhundertealte Hotel wurde renoviert und ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Das zur Verfügung gestellte Zimmer war im Grunde nur die Treppe hoch neben der Hotellobby und man befand sich im ersten Stock. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und für Mädchen war es schwierig, sich zu waschen und zu trocknen ihre Haare, weil sie so viele Haare hatten. Die Weihnachtsatmosphäre ist sehr gut, die Bar ist gut und es gibt lokales Yorker Bier. Hotelgäste parken für 7 Pfund pro Tag. Sie müssen die Parkgebühr beim Check-in an der Rezeption benachrichtigen und dann auf dem Parkplatz parken, andernfalls wird eine Geldstrafe von 100 Pfund fällig! Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es ist etwa 2 Kilometer vom Internet-Promi-Check-in-Punkt im Zentrum von York Town entfernt. Es ist sehr günstig und bequem, Uber anzurufen. Auch die Bestellung zum Mitnehmen ist sehr praktisch. Diagonal gegenüber dem Hotel gibt es eine Tankstelle und einen 24-Stunden-Supermarkt. Zwei Schritte außerhalb des Hotels befinden sich das Holiday Inn, die York University und der Tesco-Supermarkt, was sehr praktisch ist. Wenn man sich die Karte anschaut, ist es auch ganz in der Nähe einer Steckdose. Alles in allem eine Lage weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber sehr praktisch! Im Zimmer werden Lotus-Karamell-Kekse zubereitet. An der Rezeption erhalten Sie Einweg-Hausschuhe und Zahnbürsten, die im Zimmer nicht verfügbar sind. Möglichkeit eines späten Check-outs um 13:00 Uhr. Das Zimmer schien über zwei Klimaanlagen, aber keine Fernbedienung zu verfügen. Es schaltete sich plötzlich mehr als ein Dutzend Mal pro Nacht ein und aus, was ziemlich beängstigend war, aber schließlich ist dies ein jahrhundertealtes Hotel. Die Platinum Ambassador Card von Marriott beinhaltet keine Vorteile wie Frühstück. Insgesamt ist das Übernachten doch ok, der Preis ist günstig!

Ich meine ein sehr standardisiertes Hotel mit Standardausstattung. Nichts ist so schlimm in Bezug auf den Service und das Hotel selbst. Sie müssen den Aircon durch die Art und Weise zu reinigen ... mit schlechter Luftbelüftung und Lärm. Auch einige Fußabdrucke auf der Wand. Die regelmäßige Wartung ist unbedingt erforderlich.
