Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr sauber, obwohl es nahe dem Spa war, man ein wenig Chlor stinken konnte, aber das verschwand schnell. Wir haben auch den Spa verwendet, nachdem wir auscheckten - es hatte ein Heißtube, Sauna, Dampfraum und Schwimmbad so hatte alle Einrichtungen. Nur unten waren die Korridore - wir könnten ein bisschen Renovierung tun.

Das Hotel ist geplant und die Bodenblätter schlagen überall. Ich fühle mich ein bisschen wie alte Leute, die zu Hause versorgen. Aber das Personal war ausgezeichnet, jeder von ihnen. Wir hatten im Lakeside Restaurant auf der Website ein Abendessen, das gut und vernünftig bezahlt war, aber es war kalt im Zimmer und das Essen dauerte Zeit, um anzukommen... obwohl ich nur einen Caesar Salat hatte !! Wir haben uns jedoch entschieden, nicht mit dem Frühstück zu stören, aber auch die Eincheckung war fehlerfrei. Der Spa / Freizeitclub war ganz einfach dismal. Der Pool war arktisch kalt, wechselnde Zimmer “snug” und Wohnzimmer schrecklich.

I stayed here alone for business. It was a good location for me as I was driving somewhere the next day, but this hotel didn’t seem to be near anywhere so you couldn’t walk to a town or anything. The room was nice, and comfortable. The swimming pool was ok but the larger hot tub was cold in temperature in my opinion. I also didn’t like that the lockers in changing rooms needed a padlock to be used. As a hotel guest I don’t make a habit of carrying a padlock with me for use in a situation like this. So I had to carry all my stuff into the pool area rather than leave in the locker room. The bar could definitely do with a face lift to make it a nicer place to sit in an evening, especially as there isn’t really anywhere else to go. The food I had was ok at best, breakfast was also good.

I had an amazing stay at De Vere Cotswold Water Park. The hotel went above and beyond by decorating the room beautifully and providing thoughtful gifts for our anniversary, making the experience truly special. The serene location with stunning views of the lake added to the charm. The excellent facilities, including the indoor pool, spa services, jacuzzi, steam room, gym, bar, and restaurant, made the stay incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Every aspect of the experience was thoughtfully designed for comfort and luxury. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat.

The hotel service was good and the staff members were helpful! But somehow my booking via Trip.com changed to ticket.com for an unknowns reason that led to double charge of my booking. In the end, the staff members helped sorting out the issue.

It was a good hotel, a bit basic, rooms (in the hall part of the hotel) need updating; not sure of the others. The restaurant good. The breakfast was good but a bit busy on one of the days. The hotel facilities need attention. TV remote not working, the team couldn’t get it fixed easily; not ideal.

Das Zimmer hat einen alten Hausaroma, kann es nicht ertragen, 😩 Kleine Klimaanlage installiert zu haben, die schmutzigen Netze können nicht geöffnet werden. Die Rezeption ist nicht immer da. Check in die Warteschlange. Die Umgebung ist schön.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Gesamterfahrung, der Prozess von der Unterkunft bis zum Austritt ist sehr freundlich. Die Service-Personal ist freundlich, das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, die Einrichtungen sind komplett und gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist bequem und die Lebensfunktionen in der Umgebung sind auch sehr bequem. Die allgemeine Wohnumgebung ist komfortabel, entspannend, eine angenehme Unterkunftserfahrung, die in der Zukunft eine Chance hat, wieder zu besuchen.
