Nach der Ankunft im Hotel wurde ich schnell in ein besseres Zimmer auf einem hohen Stock mit Blick auf ein Hotel mit Blick auf das Hotel überprüft und auf einen besseren Platz aufgebaut. Das Hotel liegt auf der London Road und es gibt regelmäßige Busse zum und vom Flughafen Heathrow. Ich habe auch ein volles Frühstücksbuffet in meiner Buchung enthalten und im Hotel gibt es eine Bar und ein Restaurant. Großer Preis für Geld und bequeme Lage für den Flughafen Heathrow.

It was a good stay & all staff was friendly & efficient. Only 1st night we couldn’t enjoy spa but this matter was fixed by next morning. Breakfast was good, dinner was really nice & overall we enjoyed our trip. Thank you

A beautiful estate and so much to explore nearby. It's quite close to Windsor center and only a few min drive away from Windsor Castle. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing at first because the main hotel reception is a little hidden, but easy enough to find after one or two attempts! The room is reasonably spacious for two and fairly clean. I only wish there was a fridge! One of our curtains fell on the second day of our stay. We were out when it happened and found it fallen when we got back. We went to reception to let them know (this was around 1pm) and they said they'll send someone over to take a look. We waited in our room until 6pm, called reception again, and no one came. We went down to reception the next day to inquire again and were told that maintenance had left for the evening, but that they will be sent to our room straightaway the next morning. We went out the next morning, came back, and found the curtain completely removed!! No replacement. We asked reception if someone was going to come replace the curtain and they basically said they couldn't fix it at this point, and that they could change us to a twin bed room (we were originally in a double) that was much, much smaller. Not the kind of situation I would expect from a hotel that flaunts its customer service. We also asked for room service on all three nights and not once were our bedsheets/duvet changed (we had an orange juice stain in the middle of our bed that was still there every day). Overall the location is great and the hotel is super aesthetic, but we didn't like the fact we had to stay in a curtain-less room for 2 nights with no compensation or alternative (and had to chase them to even do something about the fallen curtain).

We booked via Trip and ended up with a room that didn’t exist. I rang the day before to check everything was okay with our booking and unfortunately this led to us being downgraded to a room we could barely get into it was so crowded. We were told to recoup costs via Trip, when I said this wasn’t acceptable to me the hotel sorted it out for us. Upgrading us for the next night and being very generous with supplements. Although this was a bit frustrating I felt they did what they could. The service was great at the hotel desk and the waitress was so lovely on Saturday night. Nothing was too much and the rooms were warm and snuggly. Bathrooms well specced and the food delicious. It was a busy weekend but there was a real sense of the hotel staff working together and like a swan, peddling hard underneath but smile and calm on top. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich. Das Design ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktional und sauber. Die Klimaanlage kühlt gut, was ein Pluspunkt ist. Ein Föhn ist auch super! Zumindest für mich! 😅 Der Service war hervorragend. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett! Und Kinder unter 12 Jahren essen kostenlos (Buffet), egal ob Frühstück oder Abendessen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier zu einem erschwinglichen Preis sehr genossen!

Das Hotel ist für den Preis geeignet. Matrix und Kissen waren etwas unbehaglich. Da ich ein Hochzeitszentrum war, wurde ich nachts aufgrund der Hochzeitsmusik von unten gehalten.

First receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception. The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle). Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though. Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee. Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it. There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).

We had a lovely stay at this hotel – it was conveniently close to Windsor town centre, making it easy to explore the area. The sofa bed was perfect for our two young kids, spacious and comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Would definitely stay again!

Ich habe vor kurzem im Holiday Inn Reading-South M4, Jct.11 für eine Nacht geblieben und hatte eine sehr positive Erfahrung im Allgemeinen. Die Lage ist bequem, insbesondere für diejenigen, die über die M4 reisen, und die Hoteleinrichtungen waren modern, sauber und gut gepflegt. Alles von der Eincheckung zum Zimmerkomfort erfüllte meine Erwartungen, so dass für einen reibungslosen und nützlichen Aufenthalt. Ich habe meine Erfahrung 9/10 die einzige Sache, die es perfekt 10 hätte machen würde, wäre die Einbeziehung von kostenlosen Parkplätze. Neben diesem hatte ich einen großen Aufenthalt und würde glücklich über die Rückkehr in der Zukunft nachdenken.

The trip went very well. I enjoyed every bit of my Stay. It was very close to immunities and local conveniences without the need to go very far with equal access routes to work and to conveniences will definitely be coming again. Thank you Copthorne keep up the good work.
