Der Platz wurde auf ein höheres Standard-Badezimmer und Zimmerausblick renoviert. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Betten auch sehr sauber Eisenkrisen auf Leinen. Unterseite konnte jeder Blitz des Toilettes und sprechen hören. Auch mein Zimmer war auf einem oberen Flug der Treppen, bis ich in mein Zimmer kam, war ich atmet. Ich erwähnte an der Rezeption, dass ich nicht gut gewesen war, so konnte’ mit einem Aufzug getan haben. Andere können sich in der Meinung unterscheiden. Gesamt 8/10 Große Parkplätze, die wirklich wunderschön ist. Wird wieder bleiben. ❤️

We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.

Das Hotel liegt etwa 7 Minuten vom nächsten Lesestation entfernt. Es ist in der Nähe von Oxford und Bicester Dorf und wenn Sie einen Besuch in diesen Orten planen, wert zu bleiben. Es gibt viele Geschäfte und Essensmöglichkeiten und es gibt einen Tesco Express, der unseren Aufenthalt bequem macht. Es gibt nur 1 Punkt, das Hotel ist ohne Aufzug, wenn Sie große Gepäck haben, und Sie müssen es selbst ins Zimmer bringen.

Das Personal ist wirklich nett, und das Zimmer hat eine der besten Aussichten, wir können das Schloss nur durch die Aussicht außerhalb des Fensters sehen!!! Ein Bonuspunkt ist, dass seine Rechte neben dem Rest, die die ganze Feier sehr besondere macht

Rumme Zimmer mit guten Einrichtungen in historischen schönen Gebäuden mit sympathischen Erweiterungen. Massive Autopark und ziemlich gute Zimmer. Sehr reaktiv und interaktives Personal, das jederzeit eine positive Erfahrung gewährleistet (wir kamen um 10:30 Uhr). Im Hause Frühstück hat einen überlegenen Geschmack und der Chef hat eine hervorragende Meisterschaft des Classic English Breakfast.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Gesamterfahrung, der Prozess von der Unterkunft bis zum Austritt ist sehr freundlich. Die Service-Personal ist freundlich, das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, die Einrichtungen sind komplett und gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist bequem und die Lebensfunktionen in der Umgebung sind auch sehr bequem. Die allgemeine Wohnumgebung ist komfortabel, entspannend, eine angenehme Unterkunftserfahrung, die in der Zukunft eine Chance hat, wieder zu besuchen.

We used the hotel to stay the day before so that we can to get to LEGOLAND next day early morning. It’s very easier to across from the motorway and has a dedicated underground parking lot. We arrived when it was raining heavily therefore the parking helped a lot. Rooms were clean and nice and we had a bunkbed for our two kids. The only downside was the clearance between the top bunk bed and ceiling was really small and my son hit his head really hard. The hotel staff was really helpful and provided us with an ice pack as soon as possible. It’s extremely close to all Heathrow terminals as well as about 20 minutes driving distance from Windsor castle and LEGOLAND. I’d stay here again for sure.

A beautiful estate and so much to explore nearby. It's quite close to Windsor center and only a few min drive away from Windsor Castle. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing at first because the main hotel reception is a little hidden, but easy enough to find after one or two attempts! The room is reasonably spacious for two and fairly clean. I only wish there was a fridge! One of our curtains fell on the second day of our stay. We were out when it happened and found it fallen when we got back. We went to reception to let them know (this was around 1pm) and they said they'll send someone over to take a look. We waited in our room until 6pm, called reception again, and no one came. We went down to reception the next day to inquire again and were told that maintenance had left for the evening, but that they will be sent to our room straightaway the next morning. We went out the next morning, came back, and found the curtain completely removed!! No replacement. We asked reception if someone was going to come replace the curtain and they basically said they couldn't fix it at this point, and that they could change us to a twin bed room (we were originally in a double) that was much, much smaller. Not the kind of situation I would expect from a hotel that flaunts its customer service. We also asked for room service on all three nights and not once were our bedsheets/duvet changed (we had an orange juice stain in the middle of our bed that was still there every day). Overall the location is great and the hotel is super aesthetic, but we didn't like the fact we had to stay in a curtain-less room for 2 nights with no compensation or alternative (and had to chase them to even do something about the fallen curtain).

Hotel gut gelegen 10 Minuten vom Zentrum von Newbury. Sauber und ordentlich. Das Zimmer war größer als wir in den Fotos gesehen haben. Sehr komfortabel und funktional.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, in Ascott ist sehr populär, es gibt 703 Busbahnhöfe, Uber ist sehr bequem. Das Zimmer liegt an der Straße, die Straße ist auf der Straße, es kann Tag zu Fahrzeugen kommen, einige Stimmen. Die Nacht ist immer noch sehr ruhig. Im Zimmer gibt es im Grunde, der Sonderradio ist sehr wunderschön, ich fühle mich an der britischen FM
