GGastnutzerGreat budget motel with comfortable bed & facilities. Clean throughout. Although small it had everything we needed for a 3 night stay in Singapore. Even a small washing machine that freshened up our clothes. It dried in the room while we were out visiting the zoo.
Manual checkin & out via their phone at reception. Took some time but no problem.

GGastnutzerEverthing was fine until I checked out in the morning, when the receptionist, told me I had an outstanding payment of £28 to pay, due to the fact that my card had been declined. I pointed out that payment was made to trip.com, using my debit card over a month ago, and that the payment had been taken from my bank. The receptionist then called the manager, who informed me that the hotel had not received payment, because my payment card had been declined, luckily I had the receipt, which was clearly marked as paid. I also said that my card could not have been declined, as payment had been debited from my bank account, they then said they woud look in to the situation, as trip.com had not paid them.
The whole situation was very disturbing, and therefore I will not be using trip.com again

I booked this stay after seeing it recommended on TikTok, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype. It also wasn’t in the centre of town, which made getting around less convenient than expected. The mattress was so soft it felt like I was being swallowed by it, making it really uncomfortable to sleep. The room itself was extremely hot — even after turning off the radiator it was still warm, and the only way to cool it down was by opening the window. That would’ve been fine, except the noise from the spa pumps ran all night and made it difficult to rest. We must have been given an older room because it looked nothing like the pictures we saw on TikTok.
Parking was valet-only and cost £25, which felt excessive. On a positive note, the room was clean, but it was also quite small and definitely in need of an update.
Overall, not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

PPHYO PHYO WAI YANG YINGWe booked 2 rooms 1 night last minute booking. I got Junior suite for me & my husband. Room is very spacious for UK standard, sea view is very beautiful Seaview. The hotel has lift thats very good for travelers with many luggages.The room is a little cold so we switched on spare small heater which is warm enough. Their specialist amenities are very good. Whisky Honey. Oh.our room door isn't working, that's pretty scary.

GGastnutzerPerfect location close to rail station.Lots of positive points, however hotel was dated in parts, room carpet flooring was unstable so had to exercise caution not to trip and cause injury. Reception staff member Jamie pleasant and most helpful, so was Nicola over the phone the night before check-in. Food could be improved, with a better variety at breakfast, and providing fresh fruit.
Room allocated was not what I expected. Would stay again if better room allocated.

AAbbiesquirrelDer Dusche riecht seltsam, aber es schien nach ein paar Stunden zu verschwinden. Die Bar war großartig. Das Essen wurde nicht gegessen, aber das Menü sah gut aus. Die Mitarbeiter waren bequem. Das Zimmerdekor war wunderschön. Die Lagerung war am meisten von einem Hotelzimmer gesehen. Es ist ein Busfahrt vom Stadtzentrum und vom Bahnhof, aber die Busse sind selten. Unannehmliches Spaziergang. Die Landschaft war schön, ich habe Fotos, die ich auf meinem Instagram geschrieben. Ich konnte keine Verkaufsmaschine sehen.

GGastnutzerフェリー乗り場からも鉄道駅からも近く、街にも歩いて行ける範囲なのでとても便利でした。
洗面台が狭すぎて顔も洗えないのは唯一の難点ですが、部屋は清潔でぐっすり眠れました。
部屋に紅茶もコーヒーもミルクも置いてあったので、色々飲めて良かったです。

Das Essen im Restaurant war gut, aber ich dachte, ziemlich teuer. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und der Restaurantservice war sehr gut mit aufmerksamem Personal. Der Ort könnte einige Modernisierung nutzen, aber das war nicht vom allgemeinen Genuss abgezogen.

CCaroleMcKAusgezeichnete Lage im Herzen von Tarbert. Schöner Blick über den Hafen. Einfacher Zugang und Parkplatz in der Nähe. Frühstück im Zimmer war schön mit heißem Toast und einer Auswahl an Artikeln.
Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Dusche war gut gepflegt und hatte einen guten Wasserdruck.
Wir genossen unserem Aufenthalt.
