Arrived at hotel around 1:30am after flight from Denver. Reception was difficult because the man had a very thick accent. I was trying to under and apologetic but he seemed very frustrated with me. I just wanted to get to my room and sleep! Next morning I discovered that the Hot breakfast was instant oatmeal. Website indicates hotel has full breakfast, not a continental breakfast. This seems like an older building that has been nicely refurbished. My room was clean and quiet.

We enjoyed our second stay at River Spirit! We stayed on a weekday so the hotel was not very busy and they let us pick which floor we wanted to be on. We got a top floor room with a great view! We ate dinner at the restaurant inside the ******, Fireside Grill. It was pretty tasty and affordable. Our server was also great! There seems to be some sort of live entertainment every evening and we enjoyed the musician playing in one of the Margaritaville areas. Just an FYI that smoking is allowed in certain areas of the ****** and it can get a little overwhelming in certain areas depending on who is sitting next to you. We already have our next stay planned!

Most importantly, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was in working order. Common areas were well-kept and inviting. Front desk personnel were friendly. I inquired about a late checkout and was cheerfully offered a 2 PM checkout, which I appreciated (things like that are remembered). Parking (self-parking) is $15 per night, with in-and-out privileges. That seems reasonable for an urban hotel near the heart of a medium-sized city. The parking is in an outdoor lot behind the hotel, with access controlled by your room key activating a swing arm (a swing arm also guards the lot exit, but it lifts automatically; no key card is required to lift it). Hotel guests may keep their cars in the lot during the afternoon after checkout provided they do not leave the lot and attempt to re-enter the lot. The ”Bricktown” development (seemingly Oklahoma City's attempt to replicate the San Antonio River Walk) is a short 2-block walk from the hotel. A stroll along the canal is a nice experience. The complimentary breakfast was standard Holiday Inn Express fare, with staff doing a nice job keeping hot items restocked. Hot items included a pancake machine, freshly made oatmeal, sausage links, potatoes, and pre-fab cheese ”omelets”. The fitness center is fairly run-of-the-mill for mid-tier lodging, with two treadmills, an elliptical machine, a bike, a weight machine, some dumbbells, medicine balls, and a weight bench. I appreciate that the room had a microwave and dorm-sized refrigerator. A couple of small nits: (1) The fitness center had music coming through speakers in the ceiling, and it was loud. When standing on the elliptical machine, the speaker was within a short distance of my head. Hey hotel: it's 2024; people generally bring their own audio entertainment to their workouts. (2) While I appreciated the late (2 PM) checkout, I did find myself locked out of my room at 1 PM so had to go back down to the desk to get the key reauthorized. Overall, however, I would recommend this property and would stay again were my travels take me to downtown OK City.

Nina am Frontbüro half mir und sie war wunderbar! Ich brauchte Hilfe bei der Drucken mehrerer Dokumente, die ich für ein Treffen falsch platziert und benötigt hatte. We had a very long travel day and just wanted to relax and watch television before another long travel day ahead. Unfortunately, the television screen kept freezing up on every channel therefore, we did not get to enjoy the relaxing evening we had planned. Upon speaking with the front desk, I was informed that they had been experiencing issues for a while with the antenna in use for the second floor. He said he could move us to another room but could not guarantee the television would work. We were already unpacked and dressed for bed to relax and watch television so the last thing we wanted to do was re-dress, pack-up and move with no guarantee. He told me to ask for a certain front desk person who would be on duty the following morning and that she would address the inconvenience we experienced. When I spoke with her, she advised me that there was nothing she could offer. It is totally unacceptable that a hotel of this caliber would have an entire floor with an unresolved antenna issue leaving guests without access to a basic amenity. We stay at this property every year (some years multiple stays) and have yet to experience anything negative. It is unfortunate that we did during this stay, and nothing more than an apology was offered.

Mein Zimmer war sauber, aber die Möbel waren ziemlich ausgetragen. Ich fand das Bett nicht schrecklich komfortabel. Mein Zimmer war relativ ruhig, aber in den wütenden Stunden des Morgens wurde ich auf dem Klang einer Person in einem anderen Zimmer sehr laut schnurren. Entweder war er der lautste Schnorer der Welt, oder die Wände hier sind dünn. Ich könnte hier wieder bleiben, wenn ich wieder in der Gegend wäre, aber ich würde wahrscheinlich versuchen, einen Ort näher zu Restaurants und mit mehr zeitgenössischer Möbel zu finden.

Die Gegend hatte viele Obdachlose und Skizzer in der Parkplätze, aber direkt von der Autobahn ist es leicht zu erreichen, wo Sie schnell gehen müssen. After being led astray by Waze trying to find hotel, finally arrived at hotel late. Could not book my regular room online (king bed two adults) and was offered two queens. Upon checking in, they had already rebooked and upgraded us to a king suite. Thanks! Membership does have its perks. Night clerk (Chris) got us quickly booked in, with an excellent recomendation for a Restaurant (Cattlemans). Everything (room, amenities, comfort, etc.) Was wonderfull until breakfast the next morning. Coffee was cold, cheese omelette gross, biscuits hard, and gravy yech!. Only saving grace was vanilla waffle, which you make yourself. Management needs to look into breakfast offerings/quality.

Great stay, all the Courtyard usuals: fast WiFi, comfortable bed, great amenities and great shower pressure. Desk staff seemed stressed when we checked in but they’re was a large group checking in at the same time. Memorial was a 15 minute walk, same for Bass Pro. Cattlemen’s was a $10 Uber.

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a conference being held on their at their on site conference center. The hotel grounds and common areas were in great condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The conference facilities were also top notch. It’s in a good area with lots of shopping and dining in the area if you have a car (most is a little far to walk). From the public facing elements, there’s not much to complain about. Until you get to your room. We had a suite for the conference and were extremely disappointed by the rooms. They are terribly in need of a refresh. The carpet was so loose that it had waves that you tripped over. It also had huge stains on it. The beds were fine but the chairs and couch in the suite were so old and dirty looking that nobody wanted to sit in them. Even the tables in the room were beaten to hell. It was a good sized pair of rooms that would have been nice if it had furniture purchased in the last decade. In the bathroom, the shower had a removable head attached to a bar you could move up and down. At its highest setting, my 5’2” wife couldn’t fit underneath it. I’m taller and had to use it exclusively in handheld mode. It was a dumb setup. The final issue that made me mad was they charged $12 for parking. They have a huge parking lot and are away from other businesses. There was no need to charge for the parking. If you want to charge for day conference attendees, fine but make it free for your guests. I would recommend looking elsewhere until they complete some upgrades.

We stayed here for 4 nights and got a good price through AAA but the overall experience was average. The breakfast options were the same every day instead of any kind of rotation and the eggs were powdered or something but had a weird texture and came out in squares. The room was drafty and the heater switched on and off frequently without really providing much heat to the room. In our first room the fridge didn’t work so they transferred us to another room but in that one the wall thermostat didn’t work and the bed was as hard as a rock so we ended up switching back to the original room and eventually switching the fridges. The other mattress was hard as well but a true King bed and we actually slept better than anticipated. The room was not particularly clean in the bathroom and corners. The Dove toiletries were more drying than any Dove product I have ever used. The housekeepers started knocking on doors at 9am loud enough to be heard all the way down the hall. The staff was nice overall just a very average experience.

This is a great hotel! One of the cleanest I've been to in a while! The room was an adequate size for two - the bathroom was huge and very clean - other than the occasional loud vehicle on the roads outside, our stay was very quiet. The bed was comfortable - maybe a little on the soft side but worked for us. We did not eat the breakfast so I cannot comment on if it was good or bad. Hotel is located near lots of shopping and eating places - from fast food to sit down dining and you can find about any type of food you want within a two mile area. Staff seemed friendly. For $100 this was a great value in a hotel! We will be staying here again!

Das Zimmer hätte sauberer gewesen sein können, aber die Lage war großartig. Das Hotel hat eine gute Kombination aus Restaurant und Bar. Nichts zu fancy, aber sehr bequem. Wir bleiben heute Abend eigentlich wieder, da unsere Geschäftsgeschäfte unseren Aufenthalt in Tulsa verlängert haben.

Wartend auf eine neue Wohnung bewegt-Date, brauchte ein Ort, um einen Monat zu bleiben. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Ich blieb den ganzen Monat vor allem wegen Alec. Ich musste mich nicht um mein Auto besorgen. Er hat die Sicherheit wie ich wollte und ich bin ein Army vet. Alle waren freundlich und freundlich. Ich werde zurückkehren, wenn ich einen Ort zum Aufenthalt benötigen.
