I stayed in a 4 people shared room. The room was comfortable with enough space to storage my backpacks. Each bed is in a pod which provides privacy. There is a shared kitchen with anything you need to prepare a meal, however it can get quite busy. Location is okay, you need to walk about 10 to 15 min to get to the center and a bit more to get to the shore.

I have to highly commend you on your staff members, especially Hamal (I'm sorry I hope I have that right) on reception. She is just the loveliest person and such a great welcome to your hotel. We had a food and beverage credit so dined at Tiger and were very impressed with our meal and service. Paid parking was great and secure. The bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was good. Unfortunately we probably won't stay again as the noise of the road, the hallway, and lack of sound proofing between rooms made it quite difficult to sleep. But I think I'm sensitive to noise.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Da wir früh morgens zum Flughafen mussten, wurde uns sofort mit der Buchung eines Aiport- Shuttles geholfen. Außerdem konnten wir bei unserer Ankunft problemlos unsere Koffer in der Lobby deponieren, da wir zu früh dort waren und unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war. Die Zimmer und Ausstattung waren wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Allerdings war unser Zimmer sehr klein (das wussten wir davor aber bereits) und verfügte nicht über eine Klimaanlage. Da es bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr warm war, war es selbst mit dem zur Verfügung gestellten Ventilator sehr warm im Zimmer.

Alles war gut. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Ich hatte nur zweimal mit dem Personal an der Rezeption zu tun, bei der Ankunft und bei der Abreise vom Hotel. Beide Male war das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer selbst war gut. Eine sehr anständige Größe und hatte auch eine Couch in der Ecke. Die Klimaanlage war nicht so toll, aber besser als nichts.

I originally planned to stay for just one night since the hotel was newly opened and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I was so impressed that I extended my stay to three nights! It truly made my trip to Auckland unforgettable. From the excellent facilities to the exceptional staff, everything exceeded my expectations. The morning tea at the restaurant across the hotel parking was also absolutely delicious, adding to the wonderful experience. The hotel offers great value for money, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!

Sehr komfortables und geräumiges Apartment mit separatem Schlafzimmer und voll ausgestatteter Küche sowie kostenlosem Parkplatz. Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe des Zentrums und des Auckland Domaine Park. Auch nettes Personal. Ich werde diesen Ort auf jeden Fall für einen Aufenthalt in Auckland empfehlen

Breakfast was decent but a bit repetitive, so it would’ve been nice to have some different options on different days. The location was great and really convenient, but cleanliness could definitely be improved — the bathroom and cups weren’t properly cleaned. There’s no on-site hotel parking, and the alternatives were quite expensive. The most cost-effective option was Victoria Street parking, about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel charged $59 per night for Wilson Parking, but it came with limitations, which made things quite difficult. On the plus side, complimentary dental kits were provided, which was a nice touch.

The service at reception was 5 star lovely people to deal with . Room service was pitiful food took 1 hour to get to us after being told 1/2 hour wait , food was Luke warm some not really eatable . Shame when we paid more than $210 for the meal . And yes we were told it was busy at kitchen as when we phoned room service for the fourth time it went through to reception who got room service to call us 10 minutes later.  . Beds were perfect and room spotless was lovely to have aircon going when we arrived . However on second day room serviced and found flannels still on floor and in shower .  Hotel is usually lovely to stay at , but this time was below par .  We felt ripped off slightly . 

Die Einrichtung ist modern, es ist leicht zu finden, das Parken ist bequem und der Transport ist sehr bequem. Das möchte ich loben. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nebenan gibt es einen indisch-asiatischen Supermarkt, der Milch verkauft. Wie immer in westlichen Hotels gibt es keine Hausschuhe und Zahnbürsten, Sie müssen also Ihre eigenen mitbringen.

My family had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is excellent although I recommend that the buffet be different everyday. Hotel room was very clean along with the bathroom. One complaint that we have is that the AC unit is weak and appears to be clogged inside and it takes time for the room to cool.
