Don’t miss the bakery downstairs—their croissants and bread are freshly baked, crispy, and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely revisit this hidden gem. Highly recommended!

The hotel is modern, clean and in good condition. Check-in is on upper floor , at checkin floor you can pick up shower caps, tooth brush and other items you need by self serve The hotel is located within the mall which is quite convenient overall. The only two areas less convenient is finding the entrance when (1)we checked in late in evening and the mall entrance was closed, we found the outskirt entrance but singages were not so clear and (2) parking was not so easy to find and had to roll luggages over a distance, parker is available at own expense at mall outdoor parking lots and hotel has connection to an indoor car park at similar price

Didn’t took any photos of the hotel as I felt that most of the other guest would have done so. However I wish to update new travellers about what to expect when staying in this hotel, you will get to see a tower parking just beside the hotel, that parking is sort of affiliated to the hotel hence you can park there and pay just a fixed rate. At my time of stay at Nov2024 period it was about 1200JPY per 24hours. You can park anytime and take the car out anytime to drive out based on what we have experienced. There are lots of food places nearby Take note that you are in the heart of Kumamoto city and when checking out and driving out of the city, our issue was there were too many cars and the Google maps is not responding well perhaps due to the tall buildings. Took a long way out before we reached the Kyushu highway. Hence do familiar yourself with the routes when leaving. Hotel is great! I been a fan of candeo hotels, love the fact that we can go to the onsen late at night too

Great value for what we have paid for. Efficient check-in process. High quality public bath facilities with two hot hot springs (one indoor and one outdoor), one sauna and one cold water pool. Although this hotel is listed as a 3-star hotel, we would say it is much better than many 4-star hotels in many regards. The employees at the check-in desk speak decent English too.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 200-meter walk from the exit near Starbucks at Kumamoto Station, 100 meters from the tram station, and only 20 meters from the bus station to Mojiko. If you arrive before check-in or need to store luggage after check-out, the hotel provides convenient luggage storage. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Das Hotel ist 5 Straßenbahnstopps von der Station Kumamoto, rote Linie. Einkaufsstraße ist bequem gelegen, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, mit vielen Geschäften und Essen.. Es gab einen großen Weihnachtsmarkt gerade vor der Einkaufsstraße. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren sauber und alle Einrichtungen benötigten. Sie haben Münze mit Waschmaschine im dritten Stock, 600 Yen. Schönes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Located right next to Aso station it is super convenient although we had a car. The pricing was good, central to all the popular tourist spots. We booked it right away. Room was big and spacious and clean and quiet. Laundry is available for a fee (via credit card) but need to download an app (no registration required). Great stay and will come back again!

一開始開到了他的總店，雖然從總店到這個分店也有免費的穿梭巴士，所以自駕的記得不要看錯。 酒店有小童活動區以及要穿泳衣的熱水水上小樂園去，温泉也有2個區域，包含了碳酸泉和硫磺泉。開車去阿蘇火山口大概30分鐘，很方便！還有免費的地獄拉麪做宵夜。我們買了包含晚餐的酒店套餐，晚餐有刺身以及當地酒可以喝，非常豐盛，推薦！

Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Ich machte mir ein wenig Sorgen wegen des Zigarettengeruchs... Auch die Aussicht vom Balkon war toll. Die heiße Quelle war groß und das Bad im Freien war bei der richtigen Temperatur am besten. Ich habe mit meiner Tochter das Shampoo-Bar genossen. Ich werde es wieder verwenden.

Das Hotel ist sauber, man braucht ein Auto, um dorthin zu gelangen. Es wird empfohlen, die Beleuchtung zu verbessern, um das Zimmer heller zu machen. Ich habe bei der Buchung ein Zimmer mit Aussicht reserviert und es ist teurer als ein Zimmer auf derselben Etage. Es stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass sie mir ein Zimmer mit Blick vom Dach zur Verfügung stellten. Ich bin enttäuscht.

Die Hotelauswahl für diese Familienreise nach Japan basierte auf den Kriterien bequemer Transport und wirtschaftliches Reisen, daher habe ich mich für ASO Base entschieden, ein Backpacker-Hotel in Aso, da es über ein Zimmer mit einem großen Bett verfügt, außer zum Baden im öffentlichen Bereich , alles andere ist einfach und gewöhnlich. Die Hotels sind nicht viel anders. Darüber hinaus sind Backpacker-Hotels praktischer. Sie können sie im landwirtschaftlichen Supermarkt neben der Aso-Station kaufen und dann zurückkommen, um Ihr eigenes Sukiyaki zuzubereiten. Die Zutaten sind ausgezeichnet und sehr praktisch. Das Abendessen ist sehr reichhaltig und frisch und lecker, das Frühstück ist ebenso lecker, es gibt in der Nähe Assu-Städte, privates warmes Geschmack. Das nächste Mal muss ich wiederkommen.

Retains its old and rustic charm in spite of the clean and comfortable interiors. Room was really spacious, onsen (especially the outdoor one) was very nice. Portion of kaiseiki breakfast and dinner portions were honestly a bit too much for us, and some of the sashimi was rather chewy. But overall still a nice experience!

Der Kundenservice von Ctrip war sehr rücksichtsvoll und half mir, eine Abholung vom Hotel zu buchen. Sie sollten wissen, dass die Lage des Hotels immer noch etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum und dem Bahnhof entfernt ist, insbesondere wenn Sie zwei große Koffer dabei haben. 츠에타테의 아름다운 자연경관을 만끽할 수 있는 입지이며 직원들의 정성어린 서비스에 감동했습니다. 조식과 석식으로 이용한 부페식당은 다양하고 품격 높은 음식들로 구성되어 있습니다. 식기도 아름답고, 음식이 모두 맛있었으며, 직원분들도 매우 친절했습니다. 호텔 내 두 개의 온천시설과 기소노유 야외온천까지 다양한 온천을 즐길 수 있어 정말 행복한 시간이었습니다. 퇴실 후에도 터미널까지 송영셔틀을 태워주셔서 감동했습니다. 가족과 함께 정말 만족스러운 시간을 보냈어요. 감사합니다.

整間酒店的格局偏向日式，但由於房間牆身有些裂痕，顯得有些殘舊外，它的床頭位置是沒有叉電的地方，因此要叉電需要把裝置遠離極為不方便。但這間酒店的特色有數個。第一是晚餐是懷石料理，需要脫鞋誰入塌塌米到指職員安排位置，體驗日本人的文化。第二是露天的溫泉，開外時間都頗長，可以讓你更進一步的溫泉體驗，當然亦有室內場。最後一點是我在上了阿蘇火山時發現的，酒店好像有一班車能上到火山，但我只認得好像是酒店的名字，未經確定，煩請大家幫我確認了。雖然該酒店給我感觀不太好，但能體驗到懷石料理和露天溫泉以這個價格的確可以嘗試一下。
