Dritte Swiss Belinn-Kette, in der ich übernachtet habe. Die Lage ist neben einem Einkaufszentrum. Alle Speisen zum Ausprobieren. Das Einchecken ging schnell. Die Lobby ist komfortabel und hat einen Sitzbereich im Freien. Die Aussicht von meinem Zimmer auf die Berge war großartig. Das Zimmer war mit Teppichboden ausgelegt, die Raumaufteilung war gut, mit heißer, starker Dusche. Der Swimmingpool ist klein, hauptsächlich für Kinder, aber die Aussicht ist großartig. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen an eine Swiss Belinn-Kette. Nicht viel Auswahl und mein Wunsch nach einem weichgekochten Ei wurde hartgekocht.

I recently stayed at the Golden Tulip Pontianak and had a truly fantastic experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the strong Wi-Fi.

Nice: Individual staff are definitely friendly and helpful. Location is good except the drop off and parking space during peak hours and days are challenging. Disappointed: This is the 2nd time in 2 years that we stayed here. Couldnt get twin beds although our bookings had selected and remarks for twin beds as well, and we stayed for 8nights. The staff said we had to pay to upgrade instead for twin beds. Swimming pool at the roof top has the best view of the city, but is a little small though.

The hotel has a very good sense of design, which shows that the hotel has a very good taste. The service is particularly good and it is very clean. It is worth recommending. Overall, I am very satisfied. The price is also very affordable. Recommended

Zum ersten Mal in einem Hotel in Indonesien frühstücken, fühle ich mich ziemlich wohl. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß und es wird nicht empfohlen, Kinder mitzubringen. Sie können vor der Tür parken, der Service ist perfekt für Hotels, in denen Taxis direkt vom Flughafen abfahren, und Sie haben nicht darauf gewartet, Ihr Gepäck gleich nach dem Aussteigen zu bekommen. The staff here are excellent. They help with every query and provide advice too. The room service food is good and the restaurant food is excellent. My room was very safe and comfortable, and cleaned every day. The hotel is right near to the mall, and the town centre is a short grab ride away. I have stayed here twice and also extended my stay the second time!

This is a nice hotel but unfortunately it is extremely noisy. There should be signs to say that there are quiet hours. So many other guests were making noise in the corridors at all hours of the day and night. The WiFi is good and the restaurant is handy.

Hotel is located in a strategic location with a hospital across the road and many delicious food around. Check in was fast with a big lobby. Card access to rooms. The lift on the right was a bit slow though and sometimes wouldn’t open till you press the door open button. Pool is mainly for kids and the water wasn’t that clean. Didn’t opt for the breakfast. Room was big and clean but the hot water wasn’t consistent. Stayed on the eight floor and the view was fantastic. Parking to lobby was one way, so after you get picked up or dropped off the car has to reverse out. But overall a comfortable stay.
