Das Hotel wurde mit einem schönen Bett und einer warmen, leistungsstarken Dusche gereinigt. Food serviert til 8.30pm welches Lebensmittel wir hatten war schön und würde empfehlen, Menü ist ziemlich klein, aber sie sind gut bei der Unterkunft z.B. Vegetarisch aber ein wenig auf dem hohen Preis. Ich würde sagen, die Bar ist überpreis für den Aufenthalt aber schön offenes Feuer! Die Boden sind schön mit einem Waldland hinter. Mit einem Kinderspielplatz und ein paar zusätzliche Stücke z.B. riesige Brustsatz. Das Zimmer war ein wenig kalt (Zimmer 25) mit der Heizung im Zimmer nicht arbeiten aber ein Plug in wurde im Zimmer und das Hotel es ist ziemlich warme Untergeschoss mit Arbeitsheizung. Meine größte Sorge war die Fenster, das Badezimmerfenster, das Personalpark und die Blinden alt, schmutzig und nicht mit Stau oder Wasserschäden über den Fenstern arbeiten (die ich angesichts des Alters und des Preises des Zimmers erwartet hatte) Das Hotel hat ein wenig Düngeon, das wir nach unten gehen konnten, was zu dem Schloss Aufenthalt hinzugefügt! Das Hotel hat bestimmte Stücke von bewaffneten Männern und Reiter Stücke auf der Anzeige. Ich fühlte mich mit einer kleinen Investition in die Anzeige der Burggeschichte und die Stärkung des Reiterthema der Düngeon könnte ein wenig verstecktes Geschirr sein Isecreme Parlor auf der Straße auf einem Arbeitsplatz mit Kinderspielplatz, gute Auswahl von Geschäften innerhalb von 10 Minuten Fahrt in einem neuen Einzelhandelspark mit Kinos, viele Restaurants, und Supermärkte Würde hier nochmal bleiben Insgesamt würde hier wieder bleiben

The size of the room is specious with sufficient space for storing luggage, and the floor is very clean and comfortable to walk on with bare feet, so feel free to leave your shoe by the door. As for the bed, it is very large and comfortable, providing you the high quality of sleeping without any problems. In the bathroom, it is not only very elegant and clean, but also provides unlimited hot water with satisfying water pressure from two types of shower heads. Moreover, there is a mini fridge placed in the lower closet near the wardrobe, feel free to drink the two bottles of spring water prepared by the host or store your own drinks or unfinished meals. In addition, there is a small safe above the fridge for depositing your valuables. In terms of the amenities on the ground floor, there is a high-end restaurant serving traditional English breakfast (e.g. egg benedict) in the morning, and the taste is fine. However, I am not a big fan of their lunch or dinner when you can have better options in nearby restaurants. Furthermore, there is a small bar just outside the restaurant. The Gym, coffee room and reception are at the LG level, and you will receive a 10% discount in the coffee room after check-in. The location is very close to the city center, train station and several main attractions such as the cathedral and castle. Overall, I enjoy my two-day stay very much, the price of the hotel is very cost-effective in terms of the four-star standards, providing an unforgettable experience for both tourists and business travelers.

The room was spacious and comfy beds. It comes with free breakfast, which is good. Breakfast was alright, the same food every morning. The only thing that lets us down is one of the staff in the restaurant. We sat there for ages waiting to be served. Because he won't be serving us not until 8pm. So we've waited patiently, because we have just arrived that night and was very hungry. This man was serving other people, but not us. So my husband and I were wondering what's going on. So my husband went to the till and queued up. But when it's my husband's turn, he asked, ”Who's next?? Obviously, my husband was in front of him. Then, when my husband asked if we could order now, he looked at him and me and saying ”Oh, just wait to your table, and I will get your order from there. . Maybe because I am the only Asian there. I feel like there's a bit of ****** to be honest. We went back to our table and waited to be served again. But he didn't turn up and served the next table beside and served some other customer who came after us. I was so mad and upset. But I don't want cause a scene. So we we just went out and looked for another restaurant outside the hotel. We're so disappointed, and we didn't expect to be treated like that. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. I just forgot his name. But the one at the restaurant is not nice at all. He ruined our family holiday. We won't be coming back anymore there.

Absolutely wonderful. Id stayed at Durham Royal County before with my girlfriend. However she didn't come with ne this time due to reasons that she had. The staff at the hotel were lovely about it and made me feel better about tge situation and a lovely note and complementary drinks for me to come back to in my room. All I can say is thankyou and I'll look forward to staying with you again soon. Thanks Matthew

Great stay for my birthday! The Pin is fab with lots of activities to keep you busy. We upgraded the spa which was well worth the £60 each (the sunny weather also made this a great experience). The room was a fab size (deluxe double) and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and have booked again.

Absolutely great place to stay, steeped in history and a lovely room too. Booked as a single but had a very comfy double bed and private bathroom. Would stay again and recommend highly!

Amazing stay. The customer service was impeccable from the off, very clean, all the necessary amenities, and a super comfortable bed and pillow.

Absolutely spotless and finished to a high standard. Decor is modern and appealing throughout. Staff are helpful. Lovely restaurant and fantastic coffee served there. The only slight issue I would say, is that you can hear guests in the next room very easily and this isn’t desirable for obvious reasons. We sadly ended up with very noisy guests in the room next to us the first night we stayed and this caused considerable disruption to our sleep pretty much all night. Saying this, we didn’t notify the staff though (so they may have been able to help) as there was no phone in the room. The next night was fine and completely silent so this would be dependent on who you have staying near you.

The hotel has a very good location, which is definitely a plus and makes it convenient for exploring the area. However, we were disappointed by a few additional charges. Bathrobes are provided only for an extra £8, and the hotel parking is also paid, which was not very convenient and added unexpected costs to the stay.
