Superior room overlooking swimming pool was very spacious with comfortable beds. We spoke to a lot of guests who have been going to the hylatio for many years although I’m not sure what the attraction is. Whilst we were there we had many Romanian students doing drama or something, they were loud and quite ill mannered and disturbed the majority of the age 60+ guests. I stayed at the hylatio many times in the early 2000s but much has changed since then, expanding the premises but I prefer the old intimate self catering hylatio to what it is now. We saw the same owner but he was less friendlier this time as I remembered back then. However, the staff from Nepal are very friendly and hard working. We were AI but found the drinks very inferior to other local spirits we have at other hotels in Cyprus (we are ex pats living in Paphos) but the local wine was good Breakfast offered continental cheese, ham, cereals, porridge and hot English breakfast items. The quality of the sausages were poor and the baked beans tasteless but the bacon and egg were good. I agree with another reviewer that a second coffee machine is needed as you could stand in a queue for quite a while. For lunch/dinner although the food was plentiful there was little choice ie on two nights we had spicy chilli chicken and hot chicken curry. There was an alternative but if you cant eat spicy foods you are very limited on choice ie chicken nuggets/fish fingers of low quality. There is offered only one type of salad to choose from. For dessert only one choice of cake but you are able to help yourself to ice cream. It was adequate for our short 3 day stay but would not consider staying for longer due to the poor quality drinks and food on offer and very little to do other than lie on a sun bed that most were damaged or stained or swim in the large pool

Had a great week at this hotel. Staff very helpful and polite. Nice ambience throughout. Good outdoor space for adults and children. Nice pool, though not quite for lanes, but still had fun playing water volley with a group I met at the hotel. Good location about 15 minutes walk from the old port marina. On the bus route through Limmasol. Located 3 minutes walk across the road from the beach.. Very clean beach and lovely promenade for swimming, walking, and sea activities. Had a couple of sessions at the spa - very professional and attentive masseuse, and compettive treatment packages. Didn't use the gym or sauna.

Vorteile - Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert und sauber. - Die Dusche war ausgezeichnet. - Das Hotel war ruhig. - Der Poolbereich war in Ordnung und sauber. - Das Frühstück war recht lecker. - Wir hatten keine Probleme, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Nachteile - Die Klimaanlage kühlt nicht unter 22 Grad. - Die meisten Angestellten waren unhöflich. Als ich darum bat, das Frühstück aus dem Restaurant mit aufs Zimmer zu nehmen, weil meine Familie krank war, wurde mir das sehr unhöflich verweigert. Ich sagte, dass sie krank seien, und mir wurde erneut gesagt, dass es nur ginge, wenn sie krank seien. Ja, ich habe es Ihnen gerade gesagt, und meine Zimmernummer wurde notiert … warum?! Nicht jeder möchte heutzutage im Speisesaal frühstücken. Ein weiteres Beispiel für Unhöflichkeit war beim Auschecken. Ich wurde nicht einmal gefragt, wie der Aufenthalt war, sondern mir wurde einfach die Kreditkarte aus der Hand gerissen, um die Rechnung zu bezahlen, und mir dann – zum Glück mit einem Beleg – zurückgegeben. Das Doppelbett bestand aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten, und wir sind die ganze Nacht über ineinander gerollt.

Die Preise sind günstig, da braucht's auch kein topmodernes Zimmer. Es ist da was man braucht, Klimaanlage, Badezimmer, Lift, Minisafe, Parkplatz, sehr freundliches Personal und ein tolles reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Zum Übernachten völlig ausreichend.

The hotel was sooo pretty and very central, but quiet to sleep. We will definitely stay there again, when we come to Limassol! The beds are very comfortable and the room was cosy. The only thing we didn’t like: we booked it, cause it’s an adult only hotel: But since people, who don’t stay in the hotel can come for brunch and they can bring their kids, it’s not really adults only. We had 3 kids jumping around and running around and screaming while we had breakfast, what was definitely annoying and not relaxing. The parents enjoyed their brunch and didn’t care at all. I think that’s quite rude from the parents (very selfish, if you can’t control kids, but you don’t care about other guests) and the hotel could at least have said something. If you advertise and adult only hotel, but kids jumping around during breakfast, this could be mentioned. We let the reception know about it.

Wir nahmen für mich, meine Frau und zwei Kinder zwei Zimmer mit vernetzten Türen. Einer der Zimmer hat ein Problem mit der AC - die Balkontüren müssen in einem sehr spezifischen Punkt sein, um die AC zu betreiben. Die Wartungspersonal konnte es nicht lösen. Zweitens hatten wir ein Problem mit einem der Toiletten, die das Wasser nicht fließen konnten, so dass wir für zwei Zimmer mit zwei Toiletten und ein WC nicht funktionierte. Wir wollten nicht zu anderen Zimmern bewegen oder warten, so dass wir nicht viel zu machen versuchten, aber wir zahlen viel Geld und haben die Einrichtungen, die wir von 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet hatten, nicht erhalten. Das Bett, das wir bekamen, war im Grunde zwei separate Betten. Der Service im Poolbar war unfreundlich und nicht willkommen, als wir um Glas mit Eis baten. Die Lobby ist schön und das Hotel sieht in der Innenstadt wunderschön aus.

Ich war kürzlich im NYX Hotel Limassol und hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung im ganzen. Das Hotel war ein sehr stilvolles und modernes Design, und die Atmosphäre fühlte sich sowohl vibrant als auch willkommen. Mein Zimmer war klein, aber komfortabel, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war freundlich und professionell, immer bereit, mit einem Lächeln zu helfen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, direkt am Meer, so dass es einfach sowohl den Strand als auch die Stadt genießen. Frühstück war sehr gut mit vielen Optionen zu wählen. Ich bewerte sie jedoch 4 statt 5 Sterne ist, dass ich so viel Lärm hören kann. Sie hätten das Zimmer mit besserem Soundproofing gemacht haben. Insgesamt würde ich das NYX Hotel Limassol an jeden Besucher des Gebiets empfehlen, und ich wäre froh, wieder zu bleiben.

Dieser Ort ist einer der besten, die ich je hatte. Das Personal, die Aussichten, die Restaurants... Ich kann weiter gehen. Der erstaunliche reiche Geruch, der Sie im Eingangssaal begrüßt, ist ziemlich einzigartig! Es hat eine kleine Geschichte hinter ihm. Versuchen Sie es bei Ihrem Besuch zu fragen! 😉

During check out, they automatically add on 1 euro to stay, some charity program they claimed that will help poor starving kids. Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits. Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros. But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel Should have just top up 100-150usd to stay in four seasons Hotel Reception attitude is the worst! I

Reine Entspannung durch den Mittelmeerraum! _ Mein Aufenthalt im Crowne Plaza Limassol war absolut erfreulich. Das Hotel verfügt über einen erstaunlichen Strand, der jeden Sonnenaufgang magisch machte, und das Ambiente war perfekt für die Entspannung. Was wirklich herauskam, war die unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft. Jedes Mitarbeiter hat uns mit warmen Lächeln und echte Freundlichkeit begrüßt, so dass wir uns zu Hause fühlen. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und gut ausgestattet, und die Gesamtvibe des Hotels war ohne Mühe entspannt und aufwärts. Hoch empfohlen für jeden, der einen friedlichen Rückzug mit Top-notch-Service sucht! 🌞
