Das Hotel war viel größer als wir erwartet hatten. Es ist ein wirklich schöner Ort, versteckt in der schönen Stadt Melaka. Die Lobby ist schön gestaltet, aber das Gefrierfach und das ganze Hotel schien in einer Art Parfüm gedämpft, was mich ein bisschen schwindlig machte. Unser Zimmer hatte den seltsamsten Geruch - aber ich denke, es war vorsätzlich ...as obwohl sie es wie das gefüttert hatten, dass zu Zwecken ...wie fettige Hahn. Das Zimmer war wirklich schön und der kleine Patio ist ein schöner Touch. Wir informierten das Büro, dass wir um 12:50 Uhr auschecken. Aber immer noch, der gleiche Konzern rief uns um 12 Uhr, wartete auf uns, um auschecken zu können. Wir wurden auch kaum bei dem Eintritt ins Hotel begrüßt. Wunderbar. Wenn alles vorbereitet ist, bin ich sicher, dass es ein schöner Ort sein wird. Ich wünsche mir, dass die Pflanzen wirklich waren. Sie sind alle Kunststoff und es zeigt, leider. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur um die Ecke von China Town und Junkers Walk. Ich denke, es ist ein anständiger Ort, für eine Nacht oder zwei zu bleiben.

Interesting room concept that is extremely suitable for kids and family with young kids. Location is brilliant. You get to feel how is it like staying in a building that has extremely high historical value. Only down side is the parking. The road is one way and if you missed the parking area you need to go 1 big round which can take you 15-20 minutes or more in traffic. The nearest paid parking is hourly rate with no cap and the per entry parking is almost 5-10 mins walk away and it's difficult with luggage. Even the hotel owned parking which is not officially open is 5 mins away. The VR room is great entertainment and staff is extremely friendly. Also, if you are Chinese, you might want to avoid the room in my pic as the bed is facing the door... lol

This is our third visit to this hotel, as usual we go to Dr. LIM ENT doctor (ENT) @Mahkota Medical Center, the first time it came it was called Renaissance Melaka (5 stars) the second time it changed to Ramada Melaka (5 stars) and this is the third time we stayed here for 6 days 5 nights now it is Dusit Princess Melaka ( 4 stars), not too many changes even though the lobby was renovated, all the rooms are still the same as before, big TV but not yet Smart TV, swimming pool on the 9th floor which looks like there have been changes, for room cleanliness, housekeeping is called ”Shanto”usually very friendly and works very well, all guest requests are served very well, good job Shanto👍👍👍👍👍, the weakness of this hotel is the service at breakfast for the breakfast menu, nothing special, it seems mediocre, 5 days breakfast is just that, I remember at the hotel This waitress and manager's service is extraordinary towards guests. I remember ”Teh Tarik Melaka” was their mainstay to attract guests, service with a smile, which we don't get at this hotel now, for The service of the waitress and staff at the restaurant is very unfriendly and seems indifferent and needs to be improved. Service is very poor and needs to be improved in attitude which is sometimes a bit impolite in serving guests. I noted that only 1 Malay brother always provided friendly service at Tomyam soup and 1 woman wore a headscarf. the one in front wrote down the list of guests who smiled at us, for the receptionist ”Amen” fast service only waited 30 minutes even though we weren't given a free room upgrade for our special Honeymoon but were given early check in hours 12.00 and slice cake is not bad😊🙏

We got the kids suite. Some things that may be useful to others. Location. It’s a so-near-yet-so-far situation. We can see the main attractions from our room. Seems very walkable. But because of the highway right in front of the hotel, we have to go one big round to get to the main attractions. As such, I wouldn’t advise walking. We took grab everywhere. Waiting time may be longer as it’s not KL. Affordable option though. Grab drivers were friendly and recommended places to go. Room. Spacious for the 3 of us. Kid loved the bunk bed, little tent they set up, kids table and chair with colouring materials. Very thoughtful of the hotel. Toilet seems a little dated. I believe it’s an older hotel, but can see the efforts to spruce the environment. Bathrobes and bathroom slippers provided. Hotel amenities. Decent gym. Good enough for a holiday workout. Basic swimming pool, infinity concept. Breakfast spread was actually very decent, contrary to what we had read from previous previews. Service was great. Staff always did their best to advise and render help. Would recommend this room for families with 1 or 2 kids. Very spacious.

Wir haben dieses Hotel wie von anderen Gästen empfohlen reserviert. Aber das erste, was wir bei der Ankunft um 3 Uhr fühlen, ist, dass die Lobby sehr warm ist, es gibt nicht einmal denken kalte Luft aus der Decke Luft-Con. Wir haben vor einer Woche 2 Zimmer gebucht und uns gesagt, die Zimmer sind noch nicht bereit. Die Zeit für die Eincheckung dieses Hotels ist 3:00 Uhr, aber wir haben nur 30 Minuten gewartet, um unser erstes Zimmer zu erhalten und noch 30 Minuten, um das zweite Zimmer zu erhalten. Das erste Zimmer war super dunkel, da es nur 1 Licht funktionierte, so dass wir endlich die Wartung anrufen, um alle anderen Lichter im Zimmer zu reparieren. Das zweite Zimmer war nicht sauber, Haare waren überall und es gibt sogar ein paar Betten hängen in der Schranke. Beide Zimmer waren nicht richtig sauber, sodass das Wasser nicht laufen kann, weil es aufgrund massiver Haarballen im Loch gefangen ist. Das ist nicht alles. Da unsere Zimmer nicht mit Frühstück kommen, haben wir 2 Frühstück für das erste Zimmer für den nächsten Tag gekauft. Es gab keine Mahlzeiten, außer dem Rezept, wie der Empfänger uns sagte, nur den Zimmerschlüssel für das Cafépersonal zu zeigen. Aber, das Cafépersonal weigerte uns zu lassen, selbst nachdem wir ihm den Zimmerschlüssel gezeigt haben. Er sagte uns, dass wir ihm eine Mahlzeitscheine vorlegen müssen, die uns vom Empfangsmann nicht gesagt wurde. Wir sagten ihm, dass er das System überprüfen sollte, wie wir dafür bezahlt haben, und er weigerte sich, das zu tun. Er hat uns sofort weggeschoben, ohne weiter zu prüfen. Nach all dem Unglück gingen wir zum Empfänger in der Lobby und suchten nach Erstattung. Und wir wurden erzählt, dass es 15 Arbeitstage für die Erstattung dauert (das ist nur MYR30). Wir bezahlten das Frühstück mit Bargeld, wenn wir anmelden, aber wir können nicht sofort unsere Bargeld zurück bekommen, weil wir uns weigerten, in den Kaffee zu gehen. Wir glauben nicht, dass wir diese Behandlung von der Hotelpersonal verdient haben, nur weil die Zimmerpreise erschwinglich sind, bedeutet nicht, dass die Gastfreundschaftsstandards als dritte Weltklasse betrachtet werden können. Was können wir sonst noch fragen? Wenn es nicht auf TripAdvisor System, möchte ich nicht einmal 1 Rating geben.

Location strategic, in the middle of Mallaca city. The main point i’ve booked this Hotel because of location. Nearby with all tourist attraction 👍🏻, just next to MMC (Mahkota Medical centre), Mall,KBox, and eatries shop. All basic amenities provided 👍🏻 including iron+board and hair dryer👍🏻. All function well. Only my opinion, may be the floor mat need some refurbish, change to vinyl may be. The sink also need mantainance, the water take slow so long to drain and next time management please provided extra dustbin 🫠.. ohh, one more thing. Car parking provided for guest yea but we have to do payment Rm5/day and level sharing with other guest too 🙂 . overall, all just ok.

Ein sehr gutes Aufenthaltserlebnis. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Malakka-Fluss. Belebte Orte wie die Jonker Street sind in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist groß, verfügt über einen großen Balkon und das Badezimmer ist mit einer großen Badewanne ausgestattet. Das Frühstück wird im Gebäude 3A serviert und bietet eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Da unsere Zugzeit relativ spät war, baten wir darum, am Abreisetag eine Stunde später auszuchecken, und das Hotel stimmte bereitwillig zu. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr zu empfehlen.

A great stay with Hilton Melaka .. amazing bedroom view and the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. A fully equipped and sauna gym, beautiful rooftop pool with a fantastic view of the skyline. A must have hotel breakfast which offered delicious international cuisine.

Ort: Gemütlich vor der Melaka-Flussfahrtstation gelegen: Zimmer: Ruhig, Bett und Kissen, wenn sie neue und bessere Qualität ändern können, wird groß sein, die einen großen Schlaf der Nacht gewährleistet. Die großen Fenster bieten atemberaubende Aussichten auf die Stadt, Einrichtungen: Schwimmbad Gymnastik. Essen: Die Restaurants im Hotel servieren leckere lokale und internationale Gerichte. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten, alle Geschmacksempfindlichkeit zu entsprechen. 👍 Was ich liebe: Erstaunliche Lage Freundliches und hilfreiches Personal Das Shore Hotel ist insgesamt eine tolle Wahl für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt in Melaka. Sehr empfohlen für Paare, Familien oder jemand, der diese historische Stadt erkunden möchte!

This is a very new hotel which started their business in March 2023. Wanted to try on the first day of opening but due to some reason, it was delayed till now. It’s a first Marriott hotel in Melaka, so I do have very high expectations from them. As a Marriott platinum elite member, I’ve stayed in many hotel under Marriott organisation. Upon reaching the hotel with grab car, the staff came up to me immediately and lead me to the check in counter, the lobby are huge, and I can still smell that the hotel are still so new. Not much of the guest in the lobby area, it’s a Monday so I guess it’s normal. No suite room upgrade and no complimentary breakfast for a platinum member, although I was upgraded to a strait view room which I appreciated it. It can see a tiny bit of the sea. Apart from that, I guess the room size and amenity are the same. The check in staff told me that the suite room was full… I mean.. it’s a Monday.. and I literally still can see the suite room was available in the Bonvoy app. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve been to many hotel under Marriott organisation. I don’t always get upgraded to a suite room, but it was okay, I do understand all these are subjected to individual hotel policy and it’s all a good will. But I guess the staff could just tell me that the hotel are still new, the suite room are limited and it’s reserved for paying guest. I would totally understand that. But I don’t think it’s wise to you know, use a default replied as member like us, we check on the app. For me, if there’s no available suite room, I wouldn’t even ask for an upgrade. Secondly, there’s no complimentary breakfast, I paid RM70 for the 2 day breakfast. I’ve stayed in a few courtyard hotel, this was the first one that I’ve paid for breakfast, there might be other courtyard that don’t provide complimentary breakfast for guest with elite status, maybe I didn’t stay much enough to see it all. I’ve stayed with hotel that told me that their facility actually don’t offer complimentary breakfast for elite member, but they will just give it to me as a good will on top of my welcome gift. Just a little suggestion, like maybe let the counter staff to decide, if they could slip in some complimentary breakfast to guest with elite status or even guest that potentially come back again. I’m not complaining here, just some of my suggestions. The room are new, nice and spacious, very clean. Nice TV channel selection, view was great. Bed are firm to the level that I like, they offer pillow menu as well. Had very good sleep for the 2 night. Breakfast was very basic. There’s a very annoying flies flying around my table.. how did it come into the hotel, lol. Gym are small but there should be everything you need. The infinity pool are great! Very good view and very Instagrammable. Please visit the pool when you are here. The staff and friendly and nice. Would come back again to the hotel when I’m back in Melaka.
