This was easily one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. From the exceptional staff to the delightful high tea overlooking the Kosi River, every aspect of our stay was memorable. The stargazing experience with Astrospots was incredible, and the parathas were absolutely delicious. The beautiful lawns added to the charm of the place. I could go on and on! We were even fortunate enough to receive a complimentary upgrade through IHG. A huge thank you for the wonderful stay, and especially for the kindness shown to my child. We truly appreciate it!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and felt immediately at home, thanks to our incredible host, shivani. The resort itself is stunningly located, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and valleys. The serene and picturesque setting provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, ensuring a restful stay. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the food. Each meal was a culinary delight, with a diverse range of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The attention to detail and quality of the ingredients made every dining experience memorable. The hospitality at clark’s exotica resort was beyond compare. Shivani, our host, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Our experience at hotel himalaya was mixed. While the location is great and it offers convenient parking, the staff were not as welcoming or polite as expected, which left a less-than-ideal impression. The rooms were decent and provided the basics for a comfortable stay. We didn’t try the food at the hotel since there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it’s an average stay, but the service could be improved.

This place has a different vibe. Its a mix of resort and a hotel. With each and every facility, hospitality and service of a 5 star. Food is amazing too. Staff, waiters, managers all are very polite and helpful. This has now become our go to if we ever go to nainital. Not so far from Mall Road too. And little far from hustle bustle of mall road noise. It’s a perfect place to enjoy your sweet vacation.
