Hotel royal recidency is located at walking distance of mg marg, room was neat and clean, stunning morning view of mountain, hot drinking water available and good tasty food. Note- vej food is only available. The staffs were really good and helpful, bathroom was clean and hot water available. All in all, a recommended hotel for one who wants a hotel at mg marg and wants to see a mountain view from the balcony in the morning.

Gutes Grundstück ohne Frills Hotel. Ausgezeichnetes Essen für den Preis. Nicht luxuriös, aber da wir vollen Tagen Touren hatten und nur einen sauberen Ort für den Aufenthalt scheint das ausreichend. Pros: Personal ist freundlich, kooperativ und willkommen, zu helfen. Sie hatten auf Antrag des Reisebüros eine gute Geburtstagsüberraschung geplant. Weiblich wurde wegen langer Fahrt von Bagdogra krank, aber das Restaurantpersonal (insbesondere die Stewardess Preeti) sorgte gut und lieferte heißes Wasser, das wir geschätzt haben. Vorschläge für Verbesserung: Die Zimmer und Blätter sind sauber. In einigen Teilen des Zimmers gibt es jedoch ein wenig Kobweb, Form und verdammte Farbe. Jemand, der in die Nacht checkt, kann es wegen geringer Beleuchtung dünn finden. Wir würden hier wieder für die gute Gastfreundschaft und leckere Nahrung kommen.

• Pros: Staff: The hotel staff provided excellent service. Location: The hotel is situated in an excellent location. • Cons: Cleanliness: The floor was not clean. Facilities: Multiple facilities such as the flush, intercom, and geyser were not functioning properly. Room Amenities: The TV was not working, and there was a broken toilet seat. During my recent stay at this hotel, I found several areas that need immediate attention. Starting with the basics, the cleanliness of the room was below par, especially the floor which seemed neglected. Additionally, essential facilities like the flush and geyser were malfunctioning, causing inconvenience during our stay. The intercom system also seemed to be out of order. To add to the list of disappointments, the room's television was not operational, which was quite disappointing for someone looking forward to some relaxation after a long day. Furthermore, discovering a broken toilet seat in the bathroom was not only unsettling but also posed safety concerns. However, it's essential to note that despite these setbacks, the staff at the hotel was commendable. Their courteous behavior and promptness in addressing some of our concerns did make our stay a tad bit better. Furthermore, the hotel's location is undoubtedly a strong point, making it accessible to various attractions and amenities. In conclusion, while the hotel boasts an excellent location and commendable staff, there's a pressing need to improve its overall cleanliness and ensure that all facilities are in working condition to provide guests with a comfortable experience.

Stayed here for 4 nights from 8 March to 12 March 2022. New hotel, well maintained. Excellent service. I guess this hotel is one of best hotel in Gangtok. Perfect for family with kids. Room was spacious & amazing mountain view from rooms. Hotels has pool and kids play area. The in-house restaurant serve quality & delicious food

Had an amazing experience. All the staffs are cordial and nice. Just a call away for quick service. I liked the ambience, view and the sanity maintained at the hotel. Food was amazing with beverages. I only find reason to praise for the wonderful experience.
