A lovely little place that far exceeded our expectations. I stayed in a 2 berth self-contained studio apartment with balcony and a very well-equipped little kitchen area. The beds were really comfortable, and the whole place was ultra clean. The locale of Pierre Vacances is ideal as it is situated in a very peaceful area but only a stones throw from the main beach. It is also really close to the main restaurants, bars and shops. The underground car park was appreciated as we rented a car for most of the duration of our stay. All the staff were really friendly, especially the receptionists, who were very polite, helpful, and efficient. Can’t wait to visit again in 2023. Stephen Fulham, London SW6

Die Zimmer haben eigene möblierte Balkone oder Patios. WLAN-Internetzugang (kostenlos) und Flachbildfernseher sorgen für Unterhaltung. Zur Austattung gehören Mikrowellen und Wasserkocher mit Kaffee-/Teezubehör; die Zimmer werden täglich sauber gemacht.

The apartment was spacious and the indoor pool area was pleasant if not a little soulless. However I wouldn’t stay here again. My issues were: the coffee machine was full of mould; the reception was closed when we arrived and we had to wait ages for a rather unfriendly receptionist; we got locked out one day as card stopped working and again we had to wait ages for reception. However my major complaint was, we had to pay a deposit that was returned to you only after an overly thorough apartment inspection! I can understand if you damaged something significant but honestly we were told to clean finger marks off the toaster!! We had paid to stay there and were treated like we were at boarding school or something!! On the plus side, there was good parking and it was walking distance into Biarritz, so great spot.

Erster Aufenthalt in einem Wohnort Lagrange. Wir haben die Wohnstätte Eugenie-Patios in Biarritz wirklich geschätzt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut in der Nähe des Zentrums, Strand, ******, Geschäfte, Bus .... Ich empfehle Ihnen, die obligatorische Parkplätze in Biarritz zu nehmen. Der Aufzug mit dem Auto ist sehr praktisch und der Parkpreis ist vernünftig. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber. Nur ein kleiner Bemol Dusche wäre an der Stelle oder zusätzlich zu dem Badezimmer wertvoll und ein Nespresso in einer prestigeträchtigen Wohnstätte erwartet. Die Aussicht auf den Hinterhof/Badewanne ist nicht der schönste (gibt auf einem Gebäude nicht sehr gut gepflegt) aber gewährleistet Ruhe. Vielen Dank an das Personal mit großer freundlichkeit und Verfügbarkeit. Wir werden sicher zurückkommen!
