Quarantäne
·14 days on arrival for passengers who have been in Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, or Zimbabwe for 7 days or more in the past 14 days.
·

Unvaccinated passengers: 14 days on arrival for passengers aged 12 years and older who have been in Russia for 7 days or more in the past 14 days.

Vaccinated passengers: Quarantine is not required for passengers who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

COVID-19-Tests
·

Unvaccinated passengers:Passengers aged 12 years and older must either hold a negative PCR or rapid antigen test (RAT) result obtained within 72 hours prior to arrival.

Vaccinated passengers: Test is not required for passengers who hold a document/vaccine certificate confirming vaccination against Covid-19 with one or more doses of a WHO approved vaccine.

Other exempt passengers: 

  1. Passengers who hold a Covid-19 recovery certificate;
  2. Passengers in transit who will leave Ukraine within 48 hours of arrival;
  3. Passengers holding a permanent residence permit issued by Ukraine;
  4. Employees of diplomatic missions and consular offices of foreign states, representations of official international missions, organizations accredited in Ukraine, including their family members;
  5. Crew members;
  6. Refugees; or
  7. Military personnel of the armed forces of the NATO member states and NATO member states of the Partnership for Peace program who participate in training activities for the armed forces.
Reise-/Krankenversicherung
·Passengers must hold an insurance policy certificate issued by an insurance company registered in Ukraine that covers costs related to the treatment of Covid-19, observation, and is valid for the entire period of stay.

This does not apply to:

  1. Passengers in transit, provided they do not leave the airport transit zone and do not cross the border of Ukraine;
  2. Passengers holding a permanent residence permit issued by Ukraine;
  3. Employees of diplomatic missions and consular offices of foreign states, representations of official international missions, organizations accredited in Ukraine, including their family members;
  4. Crew members;
  5. Refugees; or
  6. Military personnel of the armed forces of the NATO member states and NATO member states of the Partnership for Peace program who participate in training activities for the armed forces.

·

Unvaccinated passengers: Passengers aged 18 or older must download the 'Vdoma' application onto their mobile phone. The application will be deactivated when the passenger receives permission to end quarantine.

Vaccinated passengers: Application is not required for passengers who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Other exempt passengers: Passengers in transit who will leave Ukraine within 48 hours of arrival.

Unvaccinated passengers: 10 days on arrival for passengers aged 12 years and older. Passengers may end their quarantine early if they submit a negative PCR or antigen test result taken within 72 hours after arrival in Ukraine.

Vaccinated passengers: Quarantine is not required for passengers who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Other exempt passengers: Passengers who will leave Ukraine within 48 hours of arrival will not be required to quarantine.

·Passengers aged 12 years or older are advised to hold a document confirming a full course of one of the following vaccinations against Covid-19: AstraZeneca (Covishield, SK Bioscience, Vaxzevria), Johnson and Johnson, Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Sinopharm, or Sinovac (CoronaVac). Vaccine certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
·Passengers who have been in Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, or Zimbabwe for more than 7 days in the past 14 days are not permitted to enter Ukraine.

This does not apply to:

  1. Nationals and residents of Ukraine and their family members;
  2. Employees of foreign diplomatic missions and consular posts, missions of international organizations accredited in Ukraine, and their family members of their families;
  3. Passengers authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
