Quarantäne
·

Unvaccinated passengers: 14 days on arrival in accredited quarantine facility. Passengers will undergo a RT-PCR test on the 7th day and will be released from the quarantine facility upon completion and must then observe home quarantine until the 14th day after arrival.

Vaccinated passengers:14 days on arrival in an accredited quarantine facility. Passengers will undergo a RT-PCR test on the 5th day and will be released from the quarantine facility when a negative result is received and must then observe home quarantine until the 14th day after arrival.

Impfungen
·Passengers who were vaccinated against Covid-19 in the Philippines or are Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their family members and were vaccinated abroad, must hold either their VaxCertPH digital vaccination certificate, Bureau of Quarantine/World Health Organization (WHO) issued International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICV), or the national digital certificate of the foreign government where they were vaccinated, whichever is available.

If the passenger was vaccinated outside of the Philippines, they must hold a WHO issued International Certificate of Vaccine, or the national digital certificate of the foreign government which has accepted VaxCertPH under a reciprocal arrangement, or a certificate issued in Australia, Czechia, Georgia, India, Japan, the Netherlands, Samoa, Turkey, or the United Kingdom.

COVID-19-Tests
·Passengers must hold a negative RT-PCR test result tested within 72 hours prior to departure.

Passengers not holding a negative test result will be denied boarding.

This does not apply to: Children aged 3 years and younger, provided showing no Covid-19 symptoms.

·Passengers are required to complete a Customs Baggage Declaration Form during their flights to the Philippines.
·Passengers must submit a Case Investigation Form (e-CIF) on arrival.
Andere Bestimmungen
·Passengers are not permitted to enter the Philippines.

This does not apply to:

  1. Nationals of the Philippines, including Returning Overseas Filipinos and Overseas Filipino Workers;
  2. Diplomats and their dependants, provided holding a valid 9(e) or 47(a)(2) visa at the time of entry. Passengers with a valid 9(e) or 47(a)(2) visa travelling to Manila are required to hold a negative RT-PCR test result issued within 72 hours prior to their first point of departure, if the do not present proof Quarantine hotel reservation;
  3. Members of international organisations, and their dependants, who are holding a valid 9(e) or 47(a)(2) visa at the time of entry. Passengers working for international organisations must work for an organisation that is on the list of Philippine Accredited International Organizations in order to be permitted entry;
  4. Passengers who are involved in medical repatriation duly endorsed by the Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers Affairs and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration provided they have a valid visa at the time of entry;
  5. Emergency, humanitarian, and other analogous cases approved by the Chairperson of the NTF Covid-19 or his duly authorized representative, provided the passenger also hold valid visas at the time of entry;
  6. Seafarers under the Green Lanes program for crew change, provided holding a 9(c) visa at the time of entry. Seafarers under the Green Lanes program must hold a negative RT-PCR test result not older than 72 hours and must board their ship within 6 hours after arriving in the Philippines by plane;
  7. Passengers holding a valid entry exemption document issued by the DFA (Department of Foreign Affairs), and an existing valid Section 9(a) visa at the time of entry. From 1 August 2021: Passengers will not need to hold an entry exemption document. Visas will contain the annotation 'EED not required as per IATF Resolution No. 128 (s.2021)'; or
  8. Passengers holding a valid Special Resident and Retiree Visa (SRRV) at the time of entry.
·All passengers must download the TRAZE mobile app prior to arrival and entry into the airport terminals.
·Passengers are not permitted to enter or transit the Philippines.

This does not apply to the following passengers, provided they are holding a valid and existing visa, proof of a pre-booked accredited quarantine facility and a pre-booked Covid-19 testing provider:

  1. Spouses and children (regardless of their age) of Filipino nationals or former Filipino nationals, provided they are travelling together with the Filipino national or former national and holding proof of their relationship;
  2. Foreign parents of Filipino minor children (children regardless of age if they are with special needs), provided they are travelling with a Filipino spouse or child and holding a 9A visa;
  3. Former Filipino nationals with proof of identity such as and old Passport, an Identification Certificate or a certification of reacquisition of Philippines nationality pursuant to 9225. This also include their spouse and children (regardless of their age) if they are travelling with the former Filipino citizen;
  4. Passengers holding an letter from the relevant department addressed to the Bureau of Immigration permitting the passenger entry;
  5. Foreign government and international organisation officials accredited to the Philippines​, including their dependents;
  6. Crew members (they are exempted from holding a visa or proof of a pre-booked quarantine facility and Covid-19 testing provider);
  7. Foreign partners of pregnant Filipino nationals with an approval from the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs;
  8. Passengers holding a valid visa issued by the Philippines before 20th March 2020;
  9. Passengers holding a valid Section 9(A) visa issued by the Philippines, provided they also present an entry exemption document. From 1 August 2021: Passengers will not need to hold an entry exemption document. Visas will contain the annotation 'EED not required as per IATF Resolution No. 128 (s.2021)';
  10. Passengers holding a valid Special Resident and Retirees Visa (SRRV) at the time of entry;
  11. Seafarers under the Green Lanes program for crew change, provided holding a 9(c) visa at the time of entry. Seafarers under the Green Lanes program must hold a negative RT-PCR test result that is not older than 72 hours and must board their ship within 6 hours after arriving in the Philippines by plane; or
  12. Passengers holding one of the following visas:
  • 13 Quota, 13[a], 13[b], 13[c], 13[d], 13[e], 13[g] visas,
  • RA 7919 visa,
  • EO324 visa,
  • Native born visa,
  • Temporary resident visa issued based on Section 13 [a] of CA 613 as amended in Memorandum Order NO.ADD-01-038/ADD-02-015,
  • Permanent resident visa issued based on Section 13 [a] of CA 613 under Memorandum Order NO. MCL-07-02,
  • Visas issued by the Bureau of Immigration pursuant to Executive Order No. 226, or the Omnibus Investments Code, as amended, and Republic Act. No. 8756,
  • 47(a)(2) visas issued by the Department of Justice,
  • Visas issued by Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan, Cagayan Economic Zone Authority, Clark Development Corporation, Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority and Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority,
  • 9(d) visas issued by the Bureau of Immigration (BI),
  • 9(g) visa: provided holding a valid ACR I-Card and ECC-SRC (Special Return certificate),
  • Special Investor’s Resident Visa [SIRV] issued under Executive Order 226 (EO 226) by the BI, or
  • Passengers holding a 9(e) visa issued by Philippines.
·Passengers are not permitted to enter the Philippines if they have been in Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, and Spain in the past 14 days.

This does not apply to:

  1. Passengers who transited through the above countries without leaving the airport or passing through immigration; or
  2. Filipino nationals returning on repatriation and Bayanihan flights.

Red Countries/Regions: Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, and Spain.

Green Countries/Regions (all Green Countries/Regions are currently treated as Yellow Countries): Bangladesh, Benin, Bhutan, British Virgin Islands, China (Mainland), Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Fiji, The Gambia, Guinea, Hong Kong (Chinese Special Administrative Region) Indonesia Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Montserrat, Oman, Pakistan, Paraguay, Rwanda, Saba (Special Municipality of the Kingdom of Netherlands), Saint Barthelemy, São Tomé and Príncipe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Sint Eustatius, Taiwan, Timor-Leste (East Timor), Togo, Uganda, United Arab Emirates.

Yellow Countries/Regions: All countries not mentioned in the list of Red or Green Countries/Regions.
