The Terracotta Warriors are a must-see at least once in your lifetime!I arrived early, right when the site opened, hoping to avoid the crowds, but it was still very busy.Pit 1 was incredible and almost haunting. Hundreds of warriors stood in rows, each with unique facial features, almost as if they were alive! I highly recommend a guided tour to learn more about their history.Pit 2 is still being excavated, giving you an idea of how the army was discovered. Pit 3 is smaller but worth visiting, especially for the restored chariot.I also visited the exhibition centre to learn more about the discoveries. The complex is enormous, with gardens, museums, shops and restaurants. Lishan Garden is included in the ticket price, and a free shuttle bus takes you back to the entrance. Electric vehicles are also available to help you get around. An unforgettable experience!
