Es war so gut, wie ich gehört habe Allerdings roch es schon beim Betreten der Unterkunft etwas muffig. Ansonsten war der Service gut, das Wetter war schön und es war wirklich schön. Ich habe meine Wertsachen zurückgelassen, aber sie haben sie in der Lobby gefunden. Ich bin beeindruckt!!! Ich habe vor, noch einmal dorthin zu gehen

Most staff are kind and helpful. A bit of language barrier with many staff if you don’t speak Vietnamese. While we asked for more free water, the call center asked us to pay for it. Eventually she gave us it for free (2 bottles) after checking but it should not happen. Food is delicious but more pricey than HCM. Some insects around. Plz bring your fly spray there. Many restaurants and facilities unavailable on the weekdays. Maybe a weekend place! Good free shuttle bus from D1 HCM.

Das ist ein ruhiges Hotel. Das ist auch eine tolle Atmosphäre. Wir werden noch bleiben. Beach und Wälder sind zusammengefasst. Es gibt nur Wellen und Vogelgeräusche im Zimmer.

Ein schönes Resort mit großer Service. Alle Mitarbeiter waren so freundlich und professionell. Besonderes Dankeschön an Amy, Kathy, Billie,Mr. Quiit (mit dem meine Tochter in den Churchill Restaurant verliebt wurde) und Sohn in der Poolbar. Das Resort ist gut gepflegt. Das Essen hat reichlich Portionengrößen und ist sehr gut (ein bisschen preiswert), und die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Danke für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Wir werden wieder sein.

Das Personal war ausgezeichnet und sie haben ihr Bestes gegeben, damit wir uns wohl fühlen. Sie halfen uns, den Transport zurück nach Ho Chi Minh mit einem privaten Auto ohne Vorankündigung zu buchen. Während das Frühstück nicht so gut war, waren die anderen Gerichte großartig. Die Handtücher, das heiße Wasser und der Wasserdruck waren perfekt, um den Tag zu beginnen und zu beenden. Darüber hinaus ist der Strand nicht überfüllt, sodass Sie mit Familie und Freunden den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang genießen können.

Wenn wir ins Zimmer gelangen, riecht es wie Feuchtigkeit, dann nachdem wir an den Empfangsmann gebeten haben, das Hotel schickt ein Zimmerbesuch, um diesen Geruch mit Cajeput Öl zu lösen. Da wir in der Regensaison kamen, so verstehen wir mit diesem Problem. Wir wählen Restaurant im Hotel für Mittag, Abendessen und Frühstück, aber das Essen ist so, nicht wie erwartet. Sehenswürdigkeit ist gut. Wasser im Schwimmbad ist ganz warm sogar bei 6PM, und wir mögen es.

I have been recently here with my family. At the very first glance, the decoration of the whole hotel impressed me a lot. The hotel is fully covered by trees, so the atmosphere is quite fresh, green, and peaceful. The room is very spacious, spotless, modern, and comfortable, which is fully furnished with a TV connected the internet, comfortable beds and fluffy pillows, an air conditioner. The bathroom is covered with amenities, a bad tub, and a separated shower area. The room and amenities inside it are absolutely cleaned and neat. In terms of the breakfast, there are a variety of scrumptious traditional Vietnamese dishes mixed with some Western ones. The food is perfectly seasoned and made. The receptionists and employees there are very nice, friendly, and thoughtful. The beach is beautiful and clear. There is a little trash on the beach but it is bearable. However, some points I would like to mention for the improvement. The air conditioner is quite hot. Most of my family members felt hot at midnight because we set the temperature at 26 degree. When lowering it down to 20-23 degree, it is cold. Therefore, I would like to contribute my views and experience for further improvement. Thank you for your service.
