it was a great stay and really friendly staff and room was nice and clean and breakfast was good . I had left some clothes in my room in the closet, and the front desk lady took me down to the room I was in, the house keeper was cleaning the room, I got my clothes, and both of them were very helpful.

I have to base the review on what I paid for this room. And I paid $950 to stay there for 2 nights with my family. Here is the story: I was scrolling my phone for hotel rooms for my daughter's upcoming softball tournament in Seymour, Indiana. I clicked on the top link in Google - GUEST RESERVATIONS- and mistook it for the actual hotel site. The room rates offered were high, but comparable with other places in the area so I booked the room. I immediately noticed that a large additional fee was added to my payment without my consent. So my quick reaction was to click to cancel the charge ASAP. It worked! I had canceled the $550 charge. I went to the actual Hilton site and rebooked. The new charge to stay in the same hotel the same days was $429, booked directly through Hilton. After realizing the refund had not come through I reached out to the GUEST RESERVATIONS company that I went through - and was told that HILTON/HAMPTON INN refused the refund and therefore I can not get the refund. I contacted HILTON/HAMPTON INN and was told that they did issue a refund for my cancelation - so now GUEST RESERVATIONS just scammed me out of -- not only the unapproved fee -- but the full cost of my stay. I took that info to Guest Reservations and they promised a refund , but then later changed their minds. Not sure how this is legal, but I think it is awful that companies take advantage of consumers in this way and allow them to cancel without being made aware that they will still have to pay for a room they now can't have - the rates were already pretty high to stay in small town Indiana but to pay $950 to stay here is ridiculous and I expect that Hilton would do something to protect regular people from being majorly scammed.

Ich liebe das Hotel absolut und sie haben immer einen tollen Service, die Frühstücksoptionen sind ziemlich erstaunlich, da jedes andere Hotel, das ich in der Café-Zimmer verblieben habe, sind geschlossen und nicht mehr Frühstück anbieten! Auch die Umfragen und Heißröhren sind immer sauber und gespeichert. Sie haben ein Computerzimmer für Dienstleistungen, zusammen mit einem Waschraum und verfügbaren Waschsaft. Es ist definitiv den Aufenthalt wert. Auch ein weiterer Bonus ist die Lage. Es ist nahe an der Gasstation, Restaurants und Einkaufszentren. Es ist auch sehr sauber. Hatte keine Fehler, keine kriminellen Verhaltensweisen oder Cops, die das Parkplatz umgeben! Extrem beeindruckt jedes Mal, wenn ich komme.

Stayed one night traveling back from Florida. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was great. Breakfast was good. Bacon, eggs, waffles with various toppings, cold cereal, oatmeal with add ones, and fruit. Indoor pool was great. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Die Suiten sind angemessen - gut ausgestattet und sauber, aber wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts einige Beschwerden. Vor unserer Tür waren Müll und riesige Handtücher, die dort seit vorangegangenen Ankunft an den Ort liegen. Wir mussten den Vordertafel zweimal anrufen und endlich zum Vordertafel gehen, um ihn zu reinigen/aufholen. Die Prüfung ist ein wenig schwach, da es ein separater Zähler gibt, um die Schlüssel nach Abschluss der grundlegenden Formalitäten zu nehmen. Außerdem haben wir eine Suite auf dem ersten Stock beantragt - es gab keine verfügbare. Wir mussten unsere schweren Gepäck selbst in den zweiten Stock mit keiner Aufzug auf dem Grundstück tragen. Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice oder Reinigungsservice - wir blieben fünf Tage und wir hatten nur zweimal unsere Müll aufgehoben, und die Person, die so unsere Kaffeelieferung wieder füllte und uns mit frischen Handtüchern lieferte. Insgesamt ist die Lage groß mit Krackerbarrel nahe. Suiten sind angemessen mit mehr als einem Airbnb Gefühl, aber der Service ist schlecht.

Room was clean, quiet, and fine! After reading a mix of good and bad reviews, I was somewhat concerned, but I was pleasantly surprised. I will stay here again if I return to the area. Don't let the bad reviews deter you. They may have made more recent improvements to their cleanliness.
