Kundenservice 10/10 Anlagen 7/10( es gibt kein warmes Wasser, das Zimmer kann sehr feucht stinken, das Essen des leckeren Restaurants ist sehr gut, der Aufzug hat normalerweise einen sehr seltenen Geruch, die hervorragende Lage..

Dies ist ein großartiges Hotel mit wunderbaren Leuten, die immer versuchen zu helfen. In diesem Hotel fühlt man sich wie in einer Familie. Alle Mitarbeiter behandeln einen sehr freundlich und versuchen, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Vielen Dank an Karen, Isis (an der Rezeption) und Laura (Hauswirtschaft), die sich immer um unsere Wünsche gekümmert haben. Es ist ein großartiges Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service und alles ist in der Nähe. Man kann zu Fuß gehen und in wenigen Minuten finden, was man sucht. Ehrlich gesagt kann ich dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

The staff was responsive when I made requests (none were unreasonable or outrageous). Room had a refrigerator, safe, iron and good storage. The furniture was comfortable. I’ve come to Panama City 4 times in the last 6 months. It’s not the best hotel I’ve stayed in or the worst at the same price range. Everything has benefits or detriments. It just depends on what you like. It is in the El Congrejo area but only a block away from the busiest section so it is not loud while still being convenient.

It started out nice because they allowed us to check in early. Once he started the process, I let him know that we preferred the king size bed as my reservation was for a ”standard room with 2 double beds or a king bed”. That was when I started getting disappointed as he said it would be an extra charge of $25 for the king bed. I questioned why and was told that my reservation was for a standard room and it was extra for a king bed. I showed him what it said but he insisted it was extra. My husband just wanted to get checked in, so he paid for it with his credit card. We were very satisfied with our room as it was nice and clean and on the bottom floor. The TV would not play any channels of any kind so we couldn't even have that on for entertainment. We went out to the pool area only to find out that the poolside bar was closed and would not be opened during our stay. (05/05/2025). When I choose a place to stay, I expect to be able to enjoy the amenities listed. It did not list anything about being a low season or that the poolside bar would be closed. We had been looking forward to lounging in the pool while having cocktails. We're went inside to the bar and had to look around to find someone to get us drinks. Later on, we did have a very nice dinner in the restaurant with good service. We had to leave early in the morning and it was great to have shuttle service available and ready to take us to the airport. The driver was very efficient and safe. I did talk to the front desk about the extra $25 charge because I still felt that we should not have been charged extra. He was very apologetic and understood my point but could only give me a card with a number to call. Overall it is a beautiful property and the rooms are comfortable.

Zum Frühstück hatte ich meine liebste lateinamerikanische Polenta, und abends gab es (gegen Gebühr) Snacks. Die Fahrt zum Flughafen dauerte eine Weile, aber es gab einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus für die Abholung und Rückgabe vom Flughafen . Es gab einen Außenpool im ersten Stock, was großartig war.

Große Enttäuschung. Wir hatten es für die letzten beiden Urlaubstage gebucht, um uns zu entspannen. Wir bekamen zwar ein Zimmer, mussten es aber nach einer Nacht wechseln, da auf dieser Etage Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt wurden. Das zweite Zimmer hatte Probleme mit Feuchtigkeit, roch unangenehm und der Badezimmerboden war nass. Die Mitarbeiter sind ihren Gästen gegenüber, mit Ausnahme einiger Ausnahmen, sehr gleichgültig. Der Pool ist schön, aber die Mitarbeiter unterhalten sich viel zu sehr, anstatt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Viel zu teuer. Es gibt viel bessere Alternativen mit besseren Preisen und besserem Service!

This was a fantastic vacation. From the moment we arrived the staff took care of us like family. Veronica, Maried, Fabian, Latoya, our driver Emanuel and many others made our stay enjoyable. The room, pools and food were also very good.

Wegen der Besorgnis, dass der Weg am 20. Tag vernichtet wird, mussten wir frühzeitig (5.00 Uhr) aus dem Hotel verlassen. Die beiden Leute haben nichts zum Frühstück gegessen. Kann ich etwas Geld zurückzahlen? Die beiden haben ein Frühstück und frühzeitig aus dem Zimmer.
