Sehr gut gelaufen und sehr sauber.

River Place Inn accommodated us with a beautiful cabin situated over looking the river with geese we were able to feed in the yard and a hot tub on back porch we enjoyed and a large king size bed we will definitely be visiting again! Also the cabin was very clean and had everything we needed and the staff was helpful. Would recommend it to everyone.

Had an overall pleasant stay at this nice hotel. My wife and I decided to come in for a three day weekend and spend some time in the pigeon Forge area. I will say overall we had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The bar and restaurant was nice. The room overall was nice although the HVAC can get quite noisy and that really needs to be addressed. Also, we paid for a balcony view of the river and yes, it is a view of the river, but overall it’s just kind of a muddy looking river and a major construction site right behind it. I wouldn’t pay the extra for that particular room if I am ever back in pigeon Forge again. I would stay at this hotel again though. The room was nice. Bathroom was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Insgesamt hatten wir eine gute Erfahrung. Wie mein Titel sagt, ist das Hotel selbst überholt. Die Möbel konnten einige TLC verwenden und die Matratze war nicht sehr komfortabel, aber zumindest fühlte es sich sauber. Badezimmer war sauber, keine Haare in den Handtüchern (mein #1 Haustier Peeve!). Das Hotel liegt nahe einer fairen Anzahl von Restaurants ...Mein Mann und ich gingen tatsächlich zum Abendessen und auch zum Minigolf am Abend. Viel Platzhalter, auch. Wir besuchten nicht persönlich den Pool, sondern sahen sauber aus, als wir vorbei gingen. Das Front Desk war auch freundlich. Sehr glücklich, wir haben ein etwas billigeres Zimmer gewählt und konnten Geld für andere Dinge spenden!

Ok zuerst war das Zeichen falsch, ins Zimmer zu kommen, so dass wir nur einen Weg nach unten gehen, um sich umzudrehen und zurückzugehen.. (Ich bin behindert und habe eine harte Zeit zu Fuß).. Auch sie haben den Fernseher so, dass Sie es nicht aufschalten können .we musste auf Untertitel ...zu Dusche Ich rief einen Duschestuhl am Morgen zu bekommen und sie kamen nicht so, als ich später zurückkam am Tag, an dem ich wieder rief, und sie kamen sofort so war es einfacher zu Dusche.. dann bereit zum Bett ging, um die Gartenschneider geschlossen zu ziehen und sie bewegen nicht nur dekorative so ...Das Straßenlicht war ziemlich hell strahlt gerade in meinen Augen ...didn't get much sleep ...all in all I don't think I'll be back.

Mein Familienfavorit ist der Ort, an den Rauchenbergen zu verweilen. Innenpool und Heißbad, Mitarbeiterservice und Lage ist das Beste. Ich empfehle diesen Ort immer Freunden und Familie. Ich kann nicht warten, um zurückzugehen!
