"I recently stayed at this hotel for the first time. Overall, it offers good value for the price, even though breakfast is not included. The front desk staff were polite and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free.
However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The room did not have a fridge, but there was a water cooler outside and a shared public fridge for guests to use. My biggest concern was the soundproofing—staying in a ground-level room, I could hear conversations, footsteps, and door slams from the hallways and adjacent rooms, which made it difficult to rest peacefully.
If you're looking for an affordable stay and don’t mind some noise, this hotel could still be a decent option."

"If just want to sleep,it’s fine. Near to many eating places(cafes and restaurants) which is 1-2min walking distance. Have to bring own toiletries. Hand soap and towels provided though. Toilet door faulty, needs to exert force to open and close and loud noise when doing. No lift, have to climb up 3 floors but treat it as exercise. Overall, good if u want everybody to be in the same zone."

"Es ist ok. Ich habe sauber und neuer als letztes Mal, so dass ich denke, die Renovierung ist abgeschlossen. Nur die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche scheint immer noch ziemlich alt und sie sind alle dunkelgrau in Farbe, so gibt es keinen Weg zu sagen, ob es wirklich sauber ist ..."

GGastnutzerThis is probably 4th or 5th time staying at the club room. We like to stay here because the Service and cleanliness is good. The service at the club lounge is good as always. The only inconvenience we had this round was that our room was only ready at 6.30pm 😐.

The rooms are basic, minimal (as the name suggest) yet cozy, though the soundproofing could be improved, as some noise from the corridor was audible in certain rooms. While the hotel isn’t within walking distance to large malls, it’s quite conveniently located with a few coffee shops, convenience stores, and eateries just a 3-5 minute walk away. The hotel is also about a 30-minute taxi or Grab ride from City Square JB, making it accessible to major attractions. Overall, a solid option for those who value a good location and comfortable stay.

AAnonymer BenutzerHotel room is clean but quite old. The sheets are clean but the pillowcase looks greyish because it’s worn out. The bed for the queen size one is so hard and uncomfortable that you can feel the hard spring inside the bed. Room is quite spacious and you can even dance there. There is a table and chair that you can sit and do your work. The toilet has hot water and toiletries. The toilet door is wooden and old but has a row of hooks on it, however your clothes will get wet cos the shower is there. Bottled water is provided on the table. There is hot and cold water dispenser outside the room. The hotel is highly secured because you need the card to go to any level, even when you want to go to the ground floor you need to tap your hotel room card.

RroadtripperIt looks quite old and needs an upgrade. Wall stickers are peeling off. Scratches on the living room table.
The common room smells like cat pee, unless we on the aircon. Wardrobes were quite dusty. Couldnt open the windows in the room as it was directly facing the lift lobby.
We had an issue with cockroaches in the sink. We checked in quite late, ard 11pm. Couldn't deal with this as we were so tired. Texted them the next morning and they sent someone up immediately and rectified the issue. Really appreciate this gesture.
Mattress was quite hard and pillows were too soft. Woke up with stiff neck.
The unit is rather spacious.

Maybe should repair or change the drying rack as one side of it was already broken.
One of the wooden shelves in the master bedroom is slightly slanted downwards. Couldn't place our items on it, as it will slid down and drop.

Manchmal wissen Sie nicht, was im oberen Zimmer geht, in der Mitte der Nacht wollten das Zimmer bing bang wie ein Kampf, stören unsere Schlafzeit.
Die Dusche oder die Badewanne sind super laut.

HHuang QDas Hotel ist nahe an die Gewohnheiten. Es gibt viele Geschäfte in der Nähe, die bequem sind.
Aber der Hotel-Carpark muss eine Entfernung ... nicht bequem für den Park ...
Das Hotelzimmer bietet nur einen Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta, Shampoo und Klimaanlage.
Kein Slipper und kein Gesichtshandschuh.
