Das Zimmer war sehr schön, vibrante Farben, das Bett war awesome, alles sehr sauber. Aber der große Fehler, den sie bei der Renovierung gemacht haben, waren die Türen. Sie schlampen mit einem sehr großen Bang, so dass, wenn jemand anderes auf dem Boden in das Zimmer eintritt, es schüttelt alles. Und dann sind sie nicht isoliert, Sie können Diskussionen außerhalb des Zimmers verstehen. Und dann, für Frühstück, Abendessen, Mittagessen: nur Weihnachtsmusik. Aber der schlimmsten Art. Es gibt keinen Platz in der Region, um diese morgens zu entkommen, so müssen Sie mit der Weihnachtsmusik zu behandeln. Und für 17 Euro ist es nicht einmal wert, was Sie nach Ihren Ohren mit ”glückliche Weihnachten” dreimal beim Frühstück zu bekommen.

Check in etwas unprofessionell und stressig mit Wartezeit in der Schlange. Die Lage integriert in den WTC Komplex und in der Fußgängerzone ist perfekt. Fussläufig erreichbar sind Markthalle, Maritim Museum und auch Bahnhof oder die Erasmusbrücke können mit einem Spaziergang erreicht werden. Das Hotel Ambiente ist Industrial Design, modern und frisch renoviert. Das Frühstück ist nicht günstig aber den Preis wert. Zimmer etwas klein, aber ordentlich und sauber.

Vorher alle schlechten Bewertungen über dieses Hotel gelesen, aber wir haben nichts von der Anziehung & ein Zimmer gebucht. Da das Gebäude wahrscheinlich ein ehemaliger Bürogebäude ist, konnte man gut sehen, mit welchen Mitteln versucht wurde, es ganz schön zu zeigen. Und das ist gelungen! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sehr sauber & hatte ein modernes Aussehen. Der einzige Minpunkt war, dass es kein Fernseher (für Musik) und keinen Stuhl gab. Du konntest vielmehr gut im breiten Fensterbank sitzen. Ein luxuriöses Frühstück war im Restaurant unten für €12 zu verkaufen. Mit aller sehr positiven Erfahrung!

Doppelzimmer in der 14. Etage mit einem guten Blick auf die Skyline von Rotterdam. Einen Fenstputzer hätten wir uns gewünscht, um streifenfreie Fotos bei Nacht machen zu können. Zugegeben, ein Luxusproblem. Das DZ war gut, die Matratzen bequem, das Bad einwandfrei. In der 2. Etage befindet sich eine empfehlenswerte Lounge mit der Möglichkeit, Getränke und kleine Speisen zu kaufen und dort zu verweilen. Für meinen Geschmack etwas zu viel Plastikverpackung, was Corona bedingt sich wohl nicht vermeiden lässt. Garage: Die Hotel eigene Garage ist komfortabel und muss zwingend bei der Buchung mit bestellt werden. Die Kosten von 20 € sind angemessen für Rotterdam. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Wir haben fast alles zu Fuß, ohne die Nutzung des ÖPNV besucht. Restaurants, Kneipen und Bars gibt es viele in der Umgebung. Der Staff ist großartig. Unsere Fragen wurden freundliche und lösungsorientiert beantwortet. Jederzeit war man hilfsbereit, ob in der Lounge beim ersten Kontakt mit dem Zahlungssystem oder bei der Frage nach geeigneten Restaurants. Wenn Rotterdam, dann werden wieder dort wohnen.

Mein ältestes Kind und ich besuchten eine Universität in den Niederlanden. So blieben wir 3 Nächte. Wir waren ein wenig besorgt über Sicherheit und Lärm, weil wir alleinreisende usw. waren, aber wir mussten nicht sein. Wir waren auf der oberen Etage bis zur Straße. Wir waren nie unsicher. Die Dusche war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr nett. Keine Sorge um die Sicherheit. Sie hatten einen Waschtrockner, der sehr handvoll war. Wir gingen zur Musiknacht, die sie hatten, und es war sehr nett. Wir hatten ein Frühstück eines Tages und fanden es einen guten Wert. Der Ort war sauber. Haartrockner arbeiteten nicht traurig. Aber außerdem gibt es keine anderen Fragen.

This hotel was fantastic. Beautiful reception and restaurant area, spacious and exceptionally clean rooms and staff very friendly and accommodating. The food was very varied and of top quality. My only grumble is the beds! I had a bed which was 2 single beds pushed together. This would usually be fine but because the base was leather and bottom of the mattress was plastic, the mattress moved about constantly, leaving a huge gap in the middle and causing the mattress to slide off the base. This caused me to get next to no sleep, worrying I would end up in the floor. Other than that, I can honestly say the hotel was perfect in every way. Unfortunately, I did not sleep well for the 2 night stay because of the beds however.

Wir wurden sehr freundlichen empfangen und hatten immer das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Das Zimmer war groß und hell, die Betten sehr komfortabel und alles blitzsauber. Es stand ein großer, kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Bar war groß und modern, aber trotzdem gemütlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außerordentlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Alles perfekt - wir können das Hotel wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen, man ist direkt auf der Autobahn und trotzdem ist es ruhig. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet, kommen aber in die Jahre. Etwas frische Farbe und eine leichte Renovierung wären nötig. Mir haben die zwei kleinen Einzelbetten nicht gefallen, ein Doppelbett ist bequemer und eigentlich standard in Van der Falk Häusern. Hier hinkt dieses Hotel etwas hinterher. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut und preiswert, gute Bierauswahl in der Bar. Frühstück ist auch gut wenn auch nicht so umfangreich wie in anderen Häusern.
