We had a great stay at the hotel! Very new and modern facilities and helpful staff. We also had a facial and massage which were very good too.

Wir waren über Silvester mit insgesamt 9 Personen im Hotel Bor. Das Hotel hatte gerade neu eröffnet und wir waren mit unter den ersten Gästen. Das Hotel ist von der Ausstattung Luxus pur. Die Zimmer waren ein Traum. Der Spa-Bereich mit dem großen Pool ist einer der Besten in ganz Serbien. Das Frühstück und die Restaurants sind ausgezeichnet. In der großzügigen Lobby haben wir Stunden verbracht, mit Drinks, Spielen und Geprächen in angenhmer Atmosphäre. Neben dem Luxus ist aber das Personal besonders hervorzuheben. Wir haben nich nie erlebt, dass tatsächlich das komplette Personal rund um die Uhr da war, uns alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Man hat gemerkt, dass es dem ganzen Hotelteam wichtig war, das wir uns wohl fühlen. Mehr geht nicht!!! Also - vielen Dank an das Bor-Hotel für den tollen Aufenhalt. Wir kommen im Sommer wieder!

From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, courteous, welcoming and exceptionally well trained. Two members of the front desk team even used their personal phones to make enquiries for us about various activities and reserved us tickets for both the Golden Gondola and Sargan 8 train. The finish of the property was exceptional, from the moment you enter from the underground garage, the smell is exquisite; our floor in particular, smelt incredible. We had food in the lounge on the ground floor, enjoying a game of chess. Our server was well spoken, educated about the food and made us feel like there wasn't anything that was too much effort. The pumpkin soup was beautifully made and we both adored our desserts. The Pear Crumble was to die for. After dinner we watched the sunset from our terrace and then went to the spa to enjoy the pool and the saunas. The pool felt very cool at first but after being in the saunas and steam room, was a perfect temperature. Breakfast in the morning was wonderfully laid out with hot and cold options with a chef who could also prepare various egg dishes. The coffees were well made and delicious, as you would expect in Serbia, and they even treated us to a traditional local dish that I can only describe as an oozy cheesy, butter bread roll that was moorishly salty and umami. The staff genuinely remembered us and made us both feel welcome and listened to which, having worked in hotel management myself, is not something you teach, I hope the managers and owners know how outstanding their team is. Only critique was that there was some sort of party happening in the rooftop restaurant, a floor above us, that went on until 00:30; we were not pre-warned about this so it was disturbing in the evening. Staff did apologise for the noise, in the morning.

It impresses you from the moment you enter the hotel. The material used, the decoration is sp finely thought out. Also the rooms are perfect. The Japanese restaurant on the top floor and the terrace where you can see the whole Zlatibor and have a drink. Cigar lounge with many Cuban and Nicaraguan cigars. It is a wonderful hotel under the leadership of General Manager Dragan Simovic and the warm welcome of dear Miljana. You should definitely experience it.

Everything in this hotel was more then expected. Rooms - spacious, beautifull, clean with all the details and ammenities you could ever need. Spa and pool - fantastic with addition to large kids pool that guarantee great time for everyone. Breakfast is amazing with such a variaty of delicious food and drinks, for every taste and preference! Staff extremely professional and friendly. This hotel offered us amazing stay and I would higly recomend it.

Wow!!!! I am really suprised with this hotel. Spectacular architecture and interior design. But what I liked most is the friendliness of the staff, quality of service and great food both at breakfast and in the Asian restaurant in the penthouse.

Loved: - team; - spa; - breakfast; - room; and - price. Brilliant hotel. Loved our stay. We’ve travelled for years and spent uncountable nights in hotels. The Bor is up there with the best of them, especially given value for money. The staff and the spa are exceptional.
