Zibo Tangzhuang Hotel (Zhongrun Avenue)

The hotel looked quite promising in the photos, but the reality was disappointing. While the furniture style appeared modern, in person it looked worn and heavily used. The carpets had large, noticeable stains, and overall the cleanliness was not up to standard. We even had to change rooms because the first one smelled strongly of cigarettes. To make matters worse, we saw multiple guests openly smoking in their rooms, despite this being advertised as a non-smoking hotel. Clearly, the rules are not enforced, and the experience suffered because of it. The spa and hot spring facilities were another major letdown. They were so overcrowded that it was nearly impossible to enjoy them. Every square inch of the pools was crammed with people, every gym machine was occupied (sometimes by more than one person at a time), and every sofa or cushion in the common areas was taken. I live in China and am used to crowded places, but I have never seen such extreme overcrowding in such tight spaces. It felt unsafe, and I genuinely worry that if there were ever a fire or emergency, it could result in a mass-casualty event. In summary, the combination of poor cleanliness, lack of enforcement of non-smoking rules, and dangerously overcrowded facilities makes it very difficult to recommend this hotel — especially if you are planning to use the spa. If your goal is to enjoy the spa or wellness facilities, I cannot recommend this hotel. The crowding makes it impossible to relax or enjoy yourself.

入住之前對比了很多家也看了很多評價，我個人感覺這家酒店挺好的，不知道為什麼會有這麼多差評，有點奇怪，這家酒店算是我在山東住過的房間最大的酒店了，而且價格也是比較合適了，對比了一下同檔次的酒店差不多的價格，但是這裏還給贈送了温泉體驗，性價比一下子就高上去了，天氣很冷去泡一泡真的是能睡一個好覺，辦理入住時前台十五也都是介紹的很詳細，都告訴我們怎麼去温泉時間是什麼的，性價比真的是炒雞的高，因為我們沒有帶泳衣沒能去公共的温泉泡一下也是很可惜，第二天因為要早走也沒能再過去玩一下，但是我們也是體驗了汗蒸洗浴，都開到挺晚的能玩好久，如果下次再有機會的話一定還會再選擇這裏

房間很大，設施也比較新，就是下水聲音太大了，要是有人睡了想洗個手直接吵醒。 早餐雖然簡單但也算營養豐富，前台工作人員很友好，凌晨四點多到時，一個小哥哥很耐心的各種提示，給孩子拿拖鞋。臨走時泡泡和小崔也態度親切，還給娃贈送了小禮物，和酒店用心在國慶節準備的小國旗。 就是早餐結束時間九點半，有點兒倉促。 酒店用餐跟温泉用餐是分開的。 十一當天意外的人不多。 贈送温泉是兩個大人，小朋友補30就可以，從按金里扣。停車免費。 足療那邊90號小姐姐的手法特別好，要不是孩子着急走，絕對加鍾了。
