This hotel are really impressive. Great service at the reception especially for Ms 刘露露 & Ms 梁宗兰. They help all my needs. I would strongly recommend friends to this Mercure Hotel at 情侣路。Appreciated for all the service. Hotel was clean and hygiene.

The bedsheets were really clean and the overall feeling of the room was relaxing as well as the meal at breakfast being very good with a bit of everything so I'd totally recommend

Good service , I arrived around 9am and asked the worker may I check in early , after they checked room availability and let me check in early and their service was excellent , with tight security to secure their hotel customer 👍🏻

Nice hotel, no too big and also not too small. The receptionist very friendly even tough we cannot speak chinese but they try to translate

We enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Mercure, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great with many restaurants to choose from just outside the hotel and a shopping mall across the road. It’s very close to many tourist attractions by public transport. Our children enjoyed the complimentary popcorn bar at the lobby, using the robot delivery service, and the tent and rocking horse in our room. I would recommend Mercure for your stay.

The hotel is in a nice location quite near the beach. You have to walk a little, but you can see that on a map. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Atour hotels have a nice branding and style. This is no exception. I have used this brand in the past and will do so again.

Location was ideal for our planned activities, yet convenient to other parts of town. Staff was attentive even before or arrival as we informed the purpose of the trip.
