Jenna and Angela provided me with round-the-clock butler services, and their professionalism and dedication deeply impressed me. Whether it was carefully preparing a wake-up call and a nutritious breakfast for me in the early morning or promptly responding to my needs and solving various problems late at night, they always maintained enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism without the slightest slack. During my stay, they took meticulous care of my itinerary arrangements, daily life, etc., making me feel as comfortable as if I were at home. Manager Willow Lin also demonstrated extraordinary leadership and a high degree of responsibility towards guests. He took the initiative to inquire about my stay experience several times, listened attentively to my feedback, and adjusted service details in a timely manner according to my needs to ensure that I could enjoy the highest quality service every moment during my stay at the hotel. His care and attention made me deeply feel the respect and care of your hotel for guests. St Regis Zhuhai is always pleasant, but F&B never outstanding . Restaurants close early and we are disappointed to know that the Italian restaurant is not open on Monday and also Tuesday Lunch . Spa is very good and our therapists are very professional. We are most grateful to Mia Lu who stationed at the entrance and she took her time to understand what we wanted to see and recommended Bei Shan arts and culture area 北山文化區- There are many small shops and heritage buildings. The tea shop was surprising good . We’ve around the world on tea tasting, but the young lady owner took her time to design the shop, curate the tea and prepare the modernise version is a winner !! Not a normal Chinese tea experience .. a must do ! Thank you Mia Lu for recommending the area to us .

There were a few hiccups with the butler service, but the team swiftly corrected them with professionalism. From plush bedding to exquisite dining, every detail feels indulgent, making your stay truly unforgettable.
