The location is very nice, just fee minutes next to the mall. The bed and comfortable. The lift lobby is great.

The location is right next to the Hengqin Port. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel. The railway is on the ground floor of the shop. The room is very advanced with automatic control curtains. Modern design, comfortable room. Robots deliver meals. The reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. Especially the manager John explained how Alipay works in China, and he also drove me to the mobile phone store to help me open a SIM card. This was a great help for a foreigner like me. Thanks again John.

My stay at Artsyzen Habitat Hengqin was made truly exceptional thanks to Daniel and Sereen. The hotel is located right next to The Border checkpoint. However, there is no signage on how to get to the hotel because you are inside the building. the easiest way is to take the elevator down to the ground floor and walk straight to reach the building.

Great stay with my family. A kids friendly hotel for sure. Food my kids love. Gym room is a bonus and staff are very helpful!

Checked in on 1/7. Daniel, Anderson & Rainey were helpful and welcoming. Got upgraded with Macau view room. Room was new, clean and comfortable. No weird smell at all. Overall very satisfied with the service and the room. Will sure stay again. Extremely close to Hengqin Border. However, the shower door should be pushed instead of pulled from outside cos cannot put the floor mat in any way. So that’s where it should improve. Buffet breakfast was good but not much variety tho.

Location is supreme as we were looking for the hotel nearest to the port. Parking was provided on the site. Hotel facilities and room conditions were value for money. Breakfast was a bit crowded during peak hours and it could take some time to find a table. Special shout out to the hotel manager (Joyce) who managed the crowd very well and made sure everyone got his/her spot for breakfast! She showed special care to the elderly and kids by offering them temporary seating while awaiting their tables.

We stayed at the hotel after a beautiful Christmas eve dinner arranged by the hotel restaurant Townsquare. The dinner was outstanding. The hotel management was so kind and left a hand written Merry Christmas card and an apple in our room. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the people who checked us in, to the wait staff, to the cleaners. What a wonderful experience to spend the holiday at Artyzen Habitat! Thank you. Thank you. Every convinent location if you visiting Macau through Hengqin. Very stylist design, restaurant has both western and Chinese food, all taste good. People at desk are super helpful and friendly. Good stay.

this is my second time staying in the same hotel in two months. i choose it again because of the location. it is right next to the 24/7 hengqin boarder. it’s so close that you can just wake up and cross the boarder to macau for breakfast. it’s also 15 mins away from chimelong ocean kingdom. the location is the key. there are also some restaurants and malls around, though options not much. but it’s enough. the staffs are super friendly. every time the upgraded me. this time is a corner room. much more spacious than last time. a whole 180 degree window with the zhuhai and macau view. i would recommend to my friends.

We are amazed by the friendly hospitality and professional services from the front desk no matter day or night shift staffs, especially Shirley, Peggy, Rainey and Anderson. Not to mention the convenient location to get to Macau via HENGQIN port, only mins away by foot. We would recommend to book your next stay with Artzyen

Amazing breakfast, service was good. Environment decoration is relaxing and well spaced. Good work overall. Location is amazing to go around Zhuhai (train station and all the bus) or cross to Macau. Only problem is the wifi, reconnection is a bit tricky from the phone, you get disconnected many times and have to forget the network to reconnect. Why is it an issue? Because when you sleep and your phone disconnect from wifi, if you get the macau network you get a hefty roaming fee by surprise in the morning...

Very new hotel and perfect for going to Macau as it is just above the border.
