先説優點把：酒店是去年新開的，環境比較好，床品也挺舒服，有免費的速溶咖啡、紅茶綠茶包、礦泉水，有機器人送餐，早餐自助模式。關於服務，那個新來的實習生最熱情，主管在客户提出疑問後會主動尋找原因。 再説缺點吧：這裏要吐槽的就是酒店系統，真是太差勁了，浪費人力不説，還增加了與客户之間的矛盾。擔心出現變故，所以我是根據行程一天天在網上定住宿的，經常因為刷不出卡去找前台，主要問題是出現在續房上：（1）不同平台預訂，不能直接連刷續住；（2）兩次提前一天續第二天住宿，應該是第三天退房前才失效吧，卻在隔天就不能住了，甚至有一次是上午8點半就刷不了；（3）續住刷卡，哪怕提前續卡了，也要在當天下午兩點後再去前台刷一次卡，不然還是用不了；（4）兩張卡不是同一個系統刷卡髮卡，所以有時間差，造成bug無法刷卡。實習生和主管的態度都比較好，有個前台態度強硬，説他們系統就是這樣，呵呵，這樣不能反饋嗎，下次系統維護不能升級改造嗎，現在其他同業的系統不至於這樣吧，雖然是每天續住不是一次性辦理，但是卻是第一次在這個酒店多次遇到這樣的系統問題
