Overall it was a good, except it needs more attention to the cleaning as i found a sticky table which they cleaned immediate after contacting the front desk. Also the bed is too soft for me, that maybe due to personal preferences.

Recently stayed in this hotel on a business trip and the experience was great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the concierge was warmly received and the front desk service Ken liang was thoughtful and subtle. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, quiet and undisturbed. All the facilities, all the details, all the little drinks. The hotel is conveniently located. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff is friendly and responsive. Whether it is for business or leisure travel, it is highly recommended!

Special praise to Ken liang who checked me in at the front desk .He is excellent and friendly with efficient service greatly enhanced the stay experience.

Reception was very prompt and friendly. Assisted all our queries and request without hesitation. Room are clean and tidy. Breakfast was one of the best in Guzhen with the wide selection and variety of food choice. Definitely my 1st choice for stay in Guzhen/Zhongshan.

My recent stay at The Westin Zhongshan was truly pleasant, thanks to the hotel’s spacious rooms, attentive staff, and excellent service. While the location is slightly remote, it remains convenient for exploring the city, especially when using the DiDi app to reach the city center for sightseeing.   The room was impressively spacious, tidy, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the housekeeping service, as the staff went above and beyond by keeping the room tidy, clean and providing extra bottled water—a thoughtful touch that made a difference.   The front desk and restaurant reception staff were consistently warm and professional, always checking in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Their genuine concern for guests' comfort added a personal and welcoming touch to the experience.   Overall, The Westin Zhongshan offers a relaxing retreat with excellent facilities and outstanding service. Despite its quieter location, the convenience of ride-hailing apps makes it a great choice for travelers looking for both comfort and accessibility.

A satisfactory trip, the hotel is located close to the high-speed railway station, which is very convenient. I am particularly satisfied with the service provided by Kindy. Since I arrived early, I inquired about Kindy in advance, and she quickly arranged a quiet room for me after understanding my needs. I am very grateful and will choose this place again when I come back next time！

its getting worse with each trip .breakfast is like a low down local hotel , service is pathetic ,check in time taken is a huge and sad experience. in room facilities are minimal. i think this doesnt deserve the rating and star accreditation it has .

I believe this is the top rated hotel in Guzhen. Good location for someone come to visit the lighting fixture market. Breakfast is amazing.
