It is hard to find because the receptionist and the room location are different, and even the name of the hotel is different. I had to ask people, and some didn't know where the hotel was. I tried to contact through trip.com, but they(the hotel) always say they are busy. The room was pretty neat, though.

One of my favorite hotels in the city. Been staying there before and when arrived at this time, have been upgraded with a better room. Was clean enough, quiet, and, what's the most important for me while traveling, is the ability to connect my laptop to the TV through HDMI. The room had a projector with a wall screen, was pretty easy to connect my HDMI. The personnel is very friendly and guests-oriented. Plenty of restaurants downstairs, city mall with many brand boutiques, Zhengzhou station is 5-8 mins (2 km) away by taxi. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the city. The cleanliness of the establishment is commendable. The staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and professionalism. The check-in and check-out processes were swift and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel to both friends and family. The value for money is excellent.

The rooms are big, neat, clean and very affordable. Exceeded my expectations. They also have good services. It has a nice view too.

Not quite what we were expecting - the room seemed to be part of a not quite completed development. But great value for money, walking distance to the bus station and front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

這個酒店幹啥都不給人提前説一聲 1:我在平台上定了三天 第一天出去之後給我把房卡鎖了 也不給人説一聲需要去刷卡續住 就直接鎖卡👍上樓了還要再下去一趟 2:停車需要自己每次去登記車牌號 每出一次就要登記一次 這也不給人説一聲 還是門口保安告知的 酒店非常不人性化 不知道主動登記好顧客的車牌號 每次出門每次登記 非常反人類的規定👍 另外 酒店內設施非常少 就連浴室裏麪放洗髮膏的地方都沒有 需要開門拿洗髮膏沐浴露 搞得衞生間一地水  我都自己買了個架子在浴室 還有 酒店的桌子非常小 這麼大的房間 不捨得放個大桌子？還有那個沙發都掉皮了 不捨得換個便宜的布藝沙發 好歹人看着不膈應👍

酒店睡着特別舒服，酒店的空間很大，環境打掃得也很好，我和朋友出遊住着也非常滿意，酒店的價格也很可以，

這一家酒店離人民公園和二七廣場兩站比較近，附近還有鄭州站，所以這個位置蠻好的。那一棟樓看 起來是新建的，裏面的佈置很不錯，唯一的問題是 辦理入住和住的地方是兩個不同的地方，前者在便利店旁邊，後者在最後面（瑞士酒店）。

房間也挺好的，很乾凈，還有免費的停車場，距離二七廣場和人民公園都很近，二七廣場那邊吃的逛的都可多了，比較推薦性價比挺高

設施：投影儀是壞的，我訂的酒店名稱是漫星漫語，去了之後入住的是瑞士酒店，攜程上面顯示的是可以提前四個小時入住，兩間房，一間有另外一間從早上十點去等到下午兩點還沒房間，打了酒店前台電話説投影儀壞的，告訴我找人上去修，看了一眼説等下再來，我要求換房間沒給換，房間也衹配了一個一次性牙刷，後面下午休息完下來吃飯説投影儀的事，跟我説退20塊錢房費 服務：住酒店最離譜的一次

這個酒店是一個套房，適合親子出行，算是民宿吧，2室1廳。客廳比較空，一個特別小的電視，一個茶几，一個衣櫃，裏面幾個晾衣架。然後兩間卧室也比較簡單，其實衹適合家庭親子出遊。酒店的停車位比較緊張，因為套房是民宿，停車位是在小區的進出口。需要早點去辦入住，早點停好車，晚上如果沒有車位，需要保安大爺給你找，並且停車位比較擠，對於新手來説不是很友好。但酒店整體的環境還是很不錯的，指的是套房的環境。
