Zhangjiajie cloud creek zen hotel (railway station the tianmen mountain cableway)

Location - very convenient location, the entrance to the “Tienmen” cable car line A is right behind the hotel, 10 minutes by taxi to the site “72 strange buildings”, variety of restaurants around, McDonald’s, park and riverside not far away. 15-20 minutes from Zhangjiajie West railway station. The hotel itself is located on the 4th and 5th floors of the building, the reception is on the 4th floor. Might be tricky to find for the first time. No noise from outside, quiet area. Service and Amenities - very nice reception management, they picked me up from the railway station on time, washed my laundry and brought it to me dry, asked if I needed to clean my room every day of my staying there. They also let me keep my luggage for the day at the reception after my check out. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in sufficient quantity, all sockets work, two types of slippers (disposable and rubber). Although it’s quiet area, they anyway provide ear plugs. Free bag of delicious local tea and tea set in the room. The only thing I wish they had it’s razors. Cleanliness - room was looking exactly like on the pictures, bedsheets are clean and smell fresh, no annoying smells in the room too. Walls are clean, maybe with a little scratches, but not critical. I had no smoking room, and room wasn’t smelling like smoke at all (sounds weird to describe this, but sometimes room still smells like cigarettes despite being “non smoking”)

It's very good place. I think it's nearest hotel in Tianmen mountain. Service and cleaning were very good. We asked what we did not know everythings. They replied every questions.

We had a lovely time there. It was a bit difficult to find, but just go to the forth floor of the building you see on the map. The team was very helpful and kind with enough English to get by

ケーブル駅が窓から見えたので、朝の並び具合見てから乗りに出掛ける事ができました。テレビのつけ方がわからないので、部屋まで来てくれました。親切にランドリールームの場所も教えて頂き感謝しております。 ウィチャット登録してからチェックインするのをお勧めします。
