The room was perfect, everything with the services are great especially with Mr. Zacher which he personally see through it that we had the best stay in Zermatt. Plus the location was great too which is located in the center.

The hotel is as always excellent. Both the Petit Cervin and Mont Cervin Palace have the same problem: personnel was instructed to be on the customer at breakfast, however it is too much. People walking around your table permanently creates an uncomfourtable sensation. About Zermatt: it is remarkable how the quality of tourism has decreased. Zermatt used to be a lively though quiet Swiss village. However, it looks like they are loosing control. My humble point of view: be careful; go and see what happened at Piazza San Marco in Venice or Hallstatt in Austria. It is not exaggerated to have them as a reference. San Marco used to be beautiful and now it is a garbage depot. If you allow this in Zermatt your mid term forecast seems discouraging, the least.
