Dieses kleine, aber charmante Boutique-Hotel verfügt über alles, was Sie brauchen, um einen großen Aufenthalt in Zaragoza - Es ist sauber, komfortabel, kostenfrei und zentral gelegen! Wir blieben in einem kleinen, aber komfortablen Doppelbettzimmer mit spektakulären Blicken auf die Kirche und den Hauptplatz. Lieben die wunderschöne künstlerische Dekoration, das Front Desk-Personal sehr nett und angenehm, gab uns nützliche Tipps und waren freundlich und untergebracht. Tourismusbüro direkt neben der Tür, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Restaurants rund um - wir blieben nur eine Nacht, aber wir machten die meisten unserer Zeit dort. Sehr wandelbar und gut Bus-/Taxi-System, wenn Sie es brauchen. Das Pilar Plaza Hotel war eine tolle Wahl und ich empfehle sehr - ebenso wie die Stadt selbst - Zaragoza ist ein wunderbarer Ort zu besuchen!!

We arrived in Zaragoza and it was absolutely throwing it down with rain! Storm Dana was creating havoc across Spain. We arrived at the hotel and reception was very welcoming. Got to our room on the 9th floor, loved the decor, a bit modern but also a bit mid century too. The vertical blinds were stuck and it seemed that previous guests trying to work out how they open and close have somewhat broken them, but not an issue, the black out blind was out of its mechanism groove at the sides , so we fixed that.😁 I will say that the blind was amazing at keeping the light out!! The bathroom has lots of storage for toiletries and the shower was great. Comfy bed not enough pillows… should have asked for 2 more. The day after we arrived we noticed that there was water dripping through the ceiling (days of heavy rain took its toll), we chatted to reception and packed our bags and moved to the 6th floor, the room was the same just different colours, the vertical blinds worked but we had to fix the black out blind here too 😂. Breakfast was a buffet style and was lovely too but some music would have made it less cold and unwelcoming. Pool area was ok but needed some music here too …and a bar. All in all ….we would definitely stay here again, it has a great location with dozens of places to eat and drink. Zaragoza had lots to offer!

We stayed at this hotel for one night on 22nd September. I am disabled and have considerable mobility problems. The hotel advertises a car park but it is virtually impossible to find. There are only limited direction signs and access to the car park is difficult. Having gone round the one way system a number of times we finally found the car park entrance. An unhelpful member of staff told us that the car park was full and we would have to park elsewhere. Street parking around the hotel is impossible and the nearest public car park is some distance away from the hotel. After yet more circuits of the one way system we found somewhere to park. I then had considerable difficulty getting back to the hotel. I had previously requested an accessible room but apparently the are situated a long walk from the lift, which is very odd.We had to settle for a standard room near to the lift. Having finally checked in after a lot of stress and pain we looked forward to a relaxing meal.No Chance! The hotel doesn't offer any meaningful evening food option. My wife ended up going to the local supermarket to get food to bring back to the room as I wasn't capable of trawling round the city to find a restaurant. Luckily, my wife was with me to help and support me.Had I been alone this would have been a complete nightmare. We have stayed at many Ibis hotels in he past and have never had this sort of experience. Needless to say,we won't be repeating this.

Ich bin ein Gast von dir. Ich bin hier sehr glücklich. Ich singe hoch von Ihrem Dienst. Erstens ist das Hotel so schön. Es sieht aus wie ein Garten. Ich genieße es. Dann sind die Speisen köstlich und einige von ihnen sind erstaunlich. Wichtigster Grund ist, dass das Bett so groß und weich ist, dass ich nicht jeden Morgen aufstehen möchte. Es ist wunderbar hier. Ich kann es nicht glauben, dass ich gehen muss. ich will hier leben wieder, wenn ich wieder in diese Stadt komme. Danke. Mit freundlichen Grüßen ein Gast.

Das Hotel ist wirklich gut, der Preis ist günstig, die Lage ist auch sehr gut, die Ausfahrt aus der Straße und die Hauptattraktionen sind sehr nah. Es ist ein bisschen beunruhigend (Autos mit einem Heck auf dem unterirdischen Parkplatz), das Auto ist nicht sehr bequem, wenn es zu groß ist.

Es la segunda vez que elegimos este hotel para una visita a Zaragoza y esta vez han tenido un detalle nos ha decepcionado bastante. El motivo? A nuestro entender, falta de organización. El pasado sábado coincidieron varias celebraciones de Primera Comunión con todos los huéspedes, que no éramos pocos. El problema vino a la hora de ofrecer la cena a los huéspedes... Todos los salones del hotel estaban ocupados con los eventos, por lo que, a los huéspedes nos derivaron a la pequeña barra de bar con cuatro mesas que tienen junto a la recepción. No solo es que no sea el lugar adecuado para cenar (pequeño, ruidoso, incómodo, en pleno paso,...), sino que, además, ni siquiera se molestaron en cambiar el menú, ya que era el mismo que el día anterior. Si bien es cierto que te ofrecen una carta con platos combinados, sandwiches, ensaladas, hamburguesas,... en el caso de que no te apetezca el menú del día. Consideramos que, si la cena se sirve de 20 a 22 horas, se deberían organizar los eventos de tal manera que a esa hora ya hubiera un comedor montado para dar de cenar a los huéspedes.

I have given this hotel an average rating because I did not get to stay here in the end and I don't want to affect their ratings badly. I am just writing to alert pet owners that this establishment only qualifies as pet-friendly if you have just one pet. I messaged to say we were travelling with two cats and had my booking accepted. Then they sent a form message saying their pet policy was only one per room. I queried it and they said there were no exceptions even if the pets concerned were two small cats. So someone with a giant Newfoundland or Great Dane can stay. But my one cat and one kitten (combined weight about 8kg) can't. It looks like a nice hotel, but apparently can't see how illogical their pet policy is. Owners of multiple pets, beware.

Ein hervorragendes Boutique-Hotel mit moderner und trendiger Atmosphäre, zentral gelegen. Die Ausstattung aus dem Bar-/Essenbereich und die Zimmer ist modern und sehr komfortabel, sowie weit über dem Durchschnitt für ein vernünftiges Hotel. Die zentrale Lage (nahe der Bahnhof) ist hervorragend für einen Spaziergang in das Stadtzentrum ( Alphonus 1 Ave). Viele große touristische Attraktionen befinden sich in der Nähe von Fußgängern und die Stadt selbst ist besetzt und interessant in der Nacht , mit zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten, darunter eine herrliche Kathedrale, Galerie und Gothic und Roman Ruinen. Die zahlreichen tapas Bars und andere Speisen, die über die zahlreichen alten Straßenlandschaften gestellt sind, sind wirklich großartig, aber nicht unentgeltlich sind das Geld wert. Zaragoza und das Hotel sind wert von Favoritismus als einige der besten in Spanien.

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt hier, das Hotel ist riesig und der Parkplatz war sicher und sicher. Es ist sehr sauber und es ist in einer wunderschönen Lage. Das Frühstück war lecker und bietet viele Wahlen. Können Sie sich jedoch schlechte Punkte annehmen, die Rezeption ist schmerzlich langsam, prüfen Sie in älter. Der Pool ist wunderschön und nur das, was Sie nach einem heißen Tag aus und über die Erforschung, wieder die schlechten Punkte, sie haben kaum Sonnenunterkünfte. Viele Menschen mussten Handtücher auf dem Boden, nicht ideal und sicherlich nicht entspannen. Wir zählen nur 30 Lounges für ein so großes Hotel. Keine Stühle um den Pool, sie haben einen riesigen Deck und kaum irgendeine Möbel. So eine Schande können Sie nicht genießen den Pool oder Deckbereich.

The staff are wonderful, friendly, well presented and professional. The housekeeping staff do a fabulous job. And the interior designer has successfully vomited standard mid range hotel design all over the place. But that’s it. I arrived when the hotel was clearly nearly empty (visible by all the room keys still in their slots late at night & early hours) yet they only had a room with two singles available so I imagine they have no doubles or a maximum of 4 of them in the whole hotel, or they lied to me?). The room was minimalist and unobtrusive in its decor. There is a room drinks fridge which I imagine be would be perfect for anyone needing to cool drinks, snacks etc. The wardrobe space is plentiful for a long weekend as a couple. Also the desk & chair are an ideal height but sadly no plug socket within reach so neither useful as a work desk nor a hair/make up counter Sadly the mattresses on the two pushed together single beds were horrific, the bed linen cheap and greyish rather than their original white (as were the towels). Flattened fibre pillows were provided and a overused blanket between the two sheets. The shower would not regulate. One moment you are under a great stream or perfect temperature, the next you are being boiled alive or frozen to death despite not touching anything. The sound proofing is near non-existent, I had the pleasure of joining my neighbours for their TV session until 4am along with their love making. the second is forgivable as many are more vocal in a hotel...but the first? Why are TV’s placed on adjoining walls if your soundproofing is that poor? I was surprised to find no room service particularly given the ongoing covid restrictions & early closures of restaurants & supermarkets. Surely this is the definition of a trapped audience, so guaranteed income? I had anticipated Spanish tapas & wine in my room as I settled in, not quite the same as the water I had bought over from France in my car. To be honest I am probably over irritated writing this review. Travelling in covid times is challenging. But those mattresses, lack of soundproofing & no room service means I have not slept or eaten in nearly 48 hours so this is as honest as it gets
