I stayed at the Holiday Inn Guadalajara Patria Universidad for five days recently, and I would never go back. The walls of the shower had hair from the previous guests, the blankets were stained, and the AC didn’t work properly. I used the hotel iron once to iron a dress shirt and it stained the shirt. The most significant incident was my STOLEN jacket. After returning to the hotel from being out a few hours, and the only time we requested the room cleaned, I realized my jacket was missing from the room, specifically from the closet where it was left. I informed the front desk of the situation and they were very nonchalant about the incident. I had to insist for them to take any type of action, and when they finally did, their resolution was an email about the incident to I assume hotel management. The next day I inquired again about the jacket and they asked me for my email and phone number in case they had an update, but I was never contacted again or given an update upon checkout. Approximately five days later, I called to follow up and the front desk said that they were aware about the incident but after seeing the footage of the hotel cameras they didn’t see anyone taking the jacket. Of course, if you’re stealing something from a room, you’re not going to let the cameras see you. That was the extent of their action. I never even received a call back to apologize for the incident, or any update if I hadn’t called back. The jacket had huge sentimental value, and I know now I’m never getting it back, but the minimum that I was expecting was an update, apology, some type of action or that they were at least trying, but it was clear they didn’t care. I highly recommend that if you can avoid this hotel, please do so at all costs!

Das Zimmer war gut, nur ein wenig teuer, und das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Generell ist die Kostenleistung nicht sehr hoch. Es gibt viele Hotels in der Nähe zum gleichen Preis, aber sehr praktisch zum Essen?

Das Haus, das vorher gelebt hatte, hat kein Zimmer, um dieses Haus zu wechseln, ist immer noch in allen Bereichen möglich, es gibt einen Platz zum Essen, die Fitnessgeräte sind auch komplett, der Preis ist auch fair, das Frühstück ist auch reichhaltig, geeignet für Leute, die hierher kommen, um die Ausstellung oder die Ausstellung zu besuchen.

Excelent Hotel, new and good breakfast. Very helpfull staff. I was for business and the hotel has all you need for meetings and work. Good location near to the bus station. Right on the Vallarta Av. and crossing the periderico. You can go anywere in zapopan or guadalajara taking speed ways.

What this hotel lacks in its very first looks, it well makes up in its interior. Sitting on a fairly busy street, I approached the hotel with some skepticism for about 30 seconds. Then you arrive and are treated to an elegant experience. There are an abundance staff ready to help you with luggage, escort you to your room, recommend restaurants, and arrange taxis or ubers for you, so that you can take in Guadalajara. We arrived early and spent our time lounging by the pool. There were regular wait staff there to make sure that you had everything that you needed from cocktails to snacks. We had actually been out and about on the town so we weren't very hungry but the food looked delish. The pool is a natural water pool with a beautiful live plant wall. The locker area is beautiful. Then, there's the rooms. They are spacious and have the most up to date electronics and technology. The bathroom is an elegant quartz, very sleek and modern. There are beautiful amenities from wonderful toiletries and razors to a gorgeous rain shower. The purple art was a favorite for me. Great views though Guadalajara is a bit smoggy.

El hotel es muy limpio y comodo, ya que las camas son realmente cómodas y puedes descansar bien, la ubicación es muy buena y el desayuno es bueno, varía dependiendo el día y eso hace que el desayuno no sea repetitivo. Lo que más me gustó son las máquinas de café, las cuales sirven un café riquísimo.

perfektes Hotel in perfekter und sicherer Gegend. Ein wunderbar entspannender pool. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nebenan in dem EInkaufszentrum. Hotelmitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, auch bei unvorhersehbaren Problemen! Zimmer sehr schön, das Essen hervorragend.. Tatsächlich haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Great experience for an airport hotel! Super convenient to airport with 6 am shuttle for morning flight. Very modern, IKEA like room: kitchen, sofa bed, desk, very comfortable king bed. Nice big gym, pool, laundry, game room. Unfortunately we had to leave by 6 am so breakfast was not yet available.
