Finde Hotels in Zamboanga

Beim Einchecken fanden wir einen Kunststoffbeutel mit Lanzones Fruchtschalen in der Schuhkappe. Trotz des Aufenthalts in den Executive Suites gab es kein Trinkwasser oder Zahnpasta. Wir mussten die Rezeption anrufen, um sie zu beantragen. Andererseits waren die Mitarbeiter sehr gründlich und auf unsere Anfragen aufmerksam. Ich hoffe, dass sie das Zimmer nächstes Mal vorbereiten und es richtig reinigen!

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber, aber WLAN gibt es nur in der Nähe der Lobby. Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn im Waschraum war so dünn, dass ich lange brauchte, um mein Gesicht zu waschen. Wie Philipine es immer tut, schmeiß es in deinen Mund. Der Glasbecher war auch enttäuschend. Das Gemüse im Frühstücksbuffet war zu hart und ich hatte Mühe, es zu kauen.

It was a good place for a large group to stay. The water supply is very good, amenities as well. It's far from the city and ideal to have your own vehicle or rent a car to travel from the city back to the apartelle, vice versa or anywhere else in the city. Areas for improvement: Receptionists must be ready to welcome the guest because booking was made ahead of time and was informed of the late check in. We waited quite a long time to attend. The distance from the city must be updated on the website and travelling time. The contact number also needs to be updated because the number posted on the website is not the correct number. Not contactable. Words of appreciation to the management: We appreciated so much that despite the no refund policy, we still receive a little refund of our entire 4 nights booking. We only stayed one night because of the far distance from the city. Overall, the place is still recommended. I will consider it in the future and include to Plan the transportation. Our stay in Two Seasons Executive Suite is good experience. Though there are some concerns in their facilities such as no available tables and chairs. Imagine, how did we ate our food? Anyway, I would like to suggest that next time they should add up some furniture, table and chairs. Regarding with the service, it's quite good but upon checking in - I think there's a problem occurred which I clearly booked online 3 days and 2 nights, yet they ask if are we going to extend our stay. Meaning, in checking-in they only charge us for 1 night. So, improve the management skills for easy transaction. FOOD? I am not sure if they have offer food, but in our stay we didn't avail.

Das Zimmer ist schön und sauber, besonders die Atmosphäre ist entspannend. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Ich genossen, hier zu bleiben, ihr Personal ist sehr willkommen ❤️🥰 Lage ist gut, in der Nähe von Sm, Sie werden viele Lebensmittel-Stadt und Restaurants finden. So viele Wahlen! Ich bin froh, dass ich ur gute Einrichtung gewählt habe, Halten Sie die guten Arbeiter! Sicherlich werden wir bald wieder zurück sein.

Zentral gelegenes Mittelklasse Hotel, Die Lage des Hotels ist phantastisch, die Zimmer sind voll ok. Das Frühstück ist eher bescheiden (man orientiert sich ausschließlich am asiatischen Geschmack). Von den 2 Lifts war nur einer in Betrieb. Frühstück ist nur bis max. 9:30 Uhr verfügbar. Bad und Betten voll ok, wifi hat 1 Tag lang nicht funktioniert (sich den falschen Anbieter/Provider zu suchen, hat beim EverO schon Tradition...man spart hier an der falschen Stelle). Die bessren Zimmer sind zur Straßenseite, aber der Lärm hielt sich in Grenzen. sehr praktisch und gut sind die Wassernachfüllstationen auf jedem Stockwerk, so dass man jederzeit unbegrenzt nachfassen kann, wenn nötig. Einen späteren Checkout (nach 12 Uhr) gibt es - allerdings nur gegen Gebühr. Ein Teil des Hotels wird (immer noch) renoviert, war aber nicht störend. Komme immer gern wieder hierher.

Das Hotel war schön. Ich erinnere mich, vor Jahrzehnten im Hotel zu bleiben, als ich ein Kind war, so war es nostalgisch. Das Hotel ist entspannt und nett. Die Zimmer (Wir blieben im neuen Gebäude) wir sauber, nett und modern. Die Fernsehgeräte waren jedoch ein wenig grundlegender. Das Restaurant hat sehr lange Wartezeiten, aber das Essen war wirklich schmeckt. Leider sahen wir tatsächlich eine massive Ratte, die uns im Restaurant überquerte. Es war aber seltsam nicht zu viel stört uns. Ich empfehle noch immer, im Hotel zu bleiben. Es ist günstig in der Nähe der Stadt und des Flughafens. Die Zimmer waren schön und komfortabel.

Bathroom smelt very bad, we know why as it's mouldy on the walls and under the shower tiles black comes up from where the water goes under the bathroom is actually quite dirty a bit of bleach or a strong mould remover would work wonders.. Towel rail just hanging on wall. Nothing to place your things in the bathroom and only a small desk so if you have to keep things in your suitcase as there is no room. Room service had to put the plates of food on the bed yes on the bed as the desk is very small and there is nothing else to use. The staff are very polite and this is what is keeping this hotel going as for us it wouldn't be the rooms. Maintenance would help if you actually repair stuff in the room. The phone system was down so had to keep leaving the room to ask questions about things, number given we couldn't get through to the mobile number.. Being fathers day we had to stay in Zamboanga for 2 days for business and had no choice to stay for the 2 nights otherwise I would have left that night. The second night we had no water coming out the tap not happy. The hot water system has the bathroom light wired in as well and when you are showering the light flickers like a disco. Seems quite dangerous. Overall the bathroom has let the room down and even the dust on top of things, I'm tall so I see it all. I can actually let the room pass but definitely not the stinky bathroom and the health hazard mould.
