Das Hotel ist sehr schön, allerdings würde ich nie mehr in ein islamisches Land zu Ramadan fahren. Im Gegensatz zur Vorabinfo auf Nachfrage gab es große Einschränkungen: Von vielen Baustellen im und außerhalb des Hotels, alle Restaurants außer einem Clubraum auf der 6. Etage waren geschlossen, gleiches für die Bars außerhalb der Strandbar. Es gab ein Zelt am Strand vor dem Hotel, wo dann nach Sonnenuntergang bis 1 Uhr nachts gefeiert und getanzt wurde - tolle Stimmung, aber für die Hotelgäste schwierig, da sehr laut. Abends gab es ja keine Angebote, aber an Schlafen war auch nicht zu denken. Das Schwimmbad innen sowie Umkleideräume und Außenbereich Pool wurden auch renoviert, da nicht so viel los war und waren gewisse Zeiten nicht zugänglich. Sehr positiv war die Freundlichkeit des Personals - von der charmanten Dame an der Rezeption, über die Damen im Spa (Cathrina und Lucy), über die Herren und Damen im Service beim Essen waren alle außerordentlich nett und serviceorientiert. Dafür gebe ich auch gerne 5 Sterne. ich bin mir sicher, in der richtigen Zeit ein toller Urlaub in einem guten Hotel.

Everyone was exceptionally courteous during our stay. This trip was to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and Alexandra, the guest relations executive, went above and beyond to ensure my child was happy—and she indeed was. Getting to the location was straightforward, and I must say, it is beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed the sunset by the beach. We opted for the private cinema package and the teenager's club option, which my kids adored. Upon arriving at our room, my daughter stumbled upon a birthday cake, balloons, and lovely decorations by the bed, including a plushie! Also, the room was quiet, with no nearby slamming doors or noisy neighbors. We chose the half-board option and dined at an Italian restaurant. The menu featured various options, and everything we tried, from the starters to the desserts, was outstanding. The following day, we went for breakfast, and, as expected, the choices were excellent and delicious. To my daughter’s surprise, the staff sang the ”Happy Birthday” song, which made her incredibly happy. On our arrival day at the teens' club, they asked us to come by the following morning for a surprise. They had prepared another cake, which was a wonderful gesture. My wife visited the spa for a massage that was so good it put her to sleep! Meanwhile, I enjoyed the indoor pool and steam bath on the men's side of the gym and spa. We must mention that upon arrival and departure, we listened to a skillful Violinist who created the perfect ambiance in the lobby. We left super happy, and we will be back in the future Thanks
