We stayed one week in this hotel it was great experience overall, very good localization if someone like's hiking, great various dinner buffet, breakfast a bit boring(if you stay longer).During the weekend queues for breakfast were numerous and it was inconvenient. Clean rooms. Good hotel service apart from one lady that promised to bring us cutlery and never did. I would come back to that hotel.

Der perfekte Ort, um nach Zakopany zu gehen! Klimainterieur, Überzeitdesign und Küche, neben denen Sie nicht gleich gehen können. Das Hotel hat das beste Restaurant in der Umgebung - MARILOR! Wunderbarer Tag mit den besten, Qualitätsprodukte. Ich bin in Zakopane alle 3-4 Wochen und kann mir nicht vorstellen, ohne dieses Hotel zu besuchen. Es ist auch wert, die Aufmerksamkeit auf das SPA zu lenken, dass ich während meiner letzten Aufenthalte versucht, großartig Service, individuelle Behandlungen/Massage ausgewählt, ich musste nichts sagen - alles wurde aus meinen Bedürfnissen gelesen.

Wir waren eine Woche im Radisson blue Hotel in zakopane mit unseren 3 Enkelkindern. Wir hatten 2 × ein Apartment und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und dem Hotel. Wir hatten viel Spaß im Poolbereich und würden jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel fahren.Ein großes Lob an alle Mitarbeiter....Familie Hella und Jürgen Leutloff

Hotel jest bardzo ładny, pokój świetnie zaprojektowany i wykończony, obsługa miła, jedzenie dobre, widać że wszystko jest przemyślane. Super lokalizacja naprzeciwko szkoły narciarskiej, bardzo fajny teren hotelu dookoła. Jednak nie pasuje mi kilka rzeczy: nieczytelne oznaczenie - przechodząc łącznikiem z 1 piętra znajdujemy się na 3cim. Nie odśnieżano wystarczająco dobrze terenu parkingu, ani wyjazdu z hotelu do ulicy, droga jest wąska, chodzi tamtędy non stop mnóstwo narciarzy bo nawet nie wiedzą że z drugiej strony części *** hotelu też jest przejście i tamują ruch. Wyjazd przez kilka dni nie został dobrze odśnieżony, również okolica przed wejściem głównym do hotelu nie była odśniezona przez jakiś czas i moje auto pływało tam sobie w śniegu. Miejsca parkingowe zasypane tak że pick up z napędem 4x4 miał problem żeby zaparkować, nikt nie zatrudnił obsługi do odśnieżania miejsc parkingowych ani nawet nie porozstawiał łopat żeby każdy sam sobie odśnieżył teren wokół auta. Powietrze w pokoju bardzo suche co jest częste w hotelach ale kilma była zepsuta. Część restauracyjna super, brakowało mi jedynie mleka bez laktozy i roślinnego do wyboru. Dość mała część spa jak na tyle osób i jedna sauna zupełnie nieoznaczona, naewt nie wiadomo czy to sauna? Jednak hotel bardzo mi się podobał i na pewno jeszcze wrócę :D

Hotel is a beautiful historic building, decor is charming. Room and bed were good, however TV came on mysteriously in the middle of the night 2 nights in a row waking us up! Shower is diabolical - not only did the door come off it’s tracks every time we touched it but the shower nozzle wouldn’t stay in the hook so you had to hold it in your hand the entire time. Water took a very long time to heat up. Location excellent , we liked that the window could be opened and didn’t mind the street noise. Rooms were clean and presentable. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Loved the restaurant - food was excellent and service great - sadly it was only open for 1 of the 3 nights we stayed. Used the pool and sauna - very nice, however the attendant wasn’t overly helpful.
