Poseidon Beach Hotel

Dies ist ein Hotel, das Ihnen viel mehr bietet, als Sie erwarten. 10/10 Atmosphäre, Strand, Pool, Zimmer und Essen. Ich war ein bisschen besorgt, bevor wir ankamen, da es "nur" ein 3-Sterne-Hotel ist. Aber ehrlich gesagt hatten wir dort den besten Urlaub unseres Lebens!!! Das Personal ist hervorragend hilfsbereit und fragt immer, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Kann mich nicht beschweren, tolle Aussicht von unserem Zimmer auf den Strand. Ziemlich saubere Zimmer und unglaublich nette Putzfrauen!! Das Luchi ist ok, Frühstück und Abendessen ist perfekt. Guter Poolbereich, ideal für Familien, Freunde und sogar Paare. Das Zentrum ist so nah, dass wir jeden Abend hingegangen sind.

Ein einladendes Hotel mit allen Einrichtungen, wie es sich für ein All-Inclusive gehört!! Ich gehe seit 3 Jahren mit meiner Familie (5 Mitglieder). Es ist ein familienfreundliches Hotel und hilfsbereit und nett. Ich würde es, wie ich es tue, anderen Familien für einen Familienurlaub und für Paare empfehlen, da Sie mit den Einrichtungen, die Sie haben, sich ausruhen und das Meer, die Aussicht und den Pool genießen können !!!

Eines der schönsten Hotels in Laganas, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr gut gelegen (am Meer), hochwertiges Personal und aufmerksam für seine Kunden (besondere Erwähnung an Fati, die unsere Tage und Abende im Hotel wunderbar animiert. Ich empfehle!

The staff at this hotel are second to none, very helpful and will go out of their way to help you with anything. The waiters/waitresses work really hard to ensure plates/glasses are cleared and tables are ready for the next diners, however, there was a few ocassions where the waiting staff were clearly talking about guests obviously and laughing which really put me off. The food is mediocre at best, breakfast is identical every single day, lunch is almost always the same and the amount of pasta available is ridiculous! I appreciate that the hotel cannot provide completely different meals every day but some variety would've been nice! We went out to eat a few days because we were so sick of the food choices - I would highly recommend Bella Zante which is a 10 minute walk up the ***** and is absolutely delicious! The main pool was absolutely rammed with people, there were no sun beds and patio chairs available except in the evening so watching your kids in the pool is almost impossible. The hotel also reserves large tables in the evening by the bar for their 'regulars' which meant that seating for others was very difficult to find. Sometimes the regulars wouldn't even turn up yet their table with 15 chairs or so was still reserved which is ridiculous. I would recommend staying at the poseidon suites (which belongs to the hotel) but is across the road and through a passageway. The rooms are clean, tidy and it has a lovely smaller pool which hardly anyone uses so it almost feels like your own private pool. We were there for 7 days and never saw the 'afternoon coffee and cakes' that were supposed to be available. If you're a tea drinker too then the only times it's available is breakfast and there are no tea/coffee making facilities in room. We really enjoyed our stay in Zante however I would put this down more to the scenery rather than the hotel. Our shower also didn't have a door which was never mentioned by any member of staff and the cleaner was very short tempered and refused to let us in our room sometimes until she was finished cleaning which was a bit awkward. The cleaner also didn't clean any of the mirrors, sink or shower the whole time we were there which I found strange but she did provide us with clean sheets and towels daily which was great. I don't recommend using the Nemesis shop directly outside the hotel as it's massively overpriced at almost 10 Euros for an individual pot of ice cream or over 3 Euros for an ice lolly! Use the shop that's out of the front of the hotel then left past the excursion place then right and it's halfway down the road there which is less than half the price of the nemesis shop. I would highly recommend doing the 3 in 1 tours you can get anywhere as turtle island, keri caves and the harbour are absolutely beautiful. Overall I would give the hotel a barely 3 stars.

This hotel is highly recommended due to many aspects: - direct connection with the dedicated beach, which is the best beach in Zakhynthos, - sun beds of the hotel - at the beach and in the front of the hotel at the grass, - close location to Kalamaki Beach (next to the Laganas, we could go there on foot by beach), - if you don't like drinks in the hotel, you could visit super bar close to the hotel with the modern music and pay for the better ones, - the location of hotel near centre of Laganas, which is a city of entertainment - rooms with the balcony and view at the sea, - the diversified dishes/ delicious cakes, - kind and friendly staff - very flexible to your requests, - Greek evening, - Animators for children and adults, - swimming pool, - cleanliness at good level. For sure this hotel deserves for 3,5 strong stars. If you need the bigger rooms, the better drinks in the glass or hotel without children, you need to choose the hotel for Adults with 4-5 stars. For sure this hotel is family friendly hotel and his location is the best in Zakynthos and it is worth offered prices.

Lovely hotel, right on the beach food is fantastic, But the night entertainment is same every night kids disco with same tracks playing then no proper night for the adults oh and be on the ball up early and I mean early to get those sun beds a joke really good luck with this one

What a lovely holiday it was. I can’t explain how happy we were at Poseidon beach hotel. Hotel is just few minutes from the beach . The hotel always clean. All the staff are amazing and friendly. Amazing fire and Greek night show. The food was good and to many choices. We will definitely come back.
