Louros Beach Hotel Spa

Had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel, I’ve been travelling to Greece since 1987 and this is by far the best hotel I’ve been at, very short stroll to the sea, the decor within the rooms is great as is the pool bar, although directly under flight path you don’t hear it much, well worth a visit

Beautiful Hotel in a quiet location close to the beach , We have stayed at the Louros Beach for many years , Gogo Monika Ellie and Leah will do all they can to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as they can , The Housekeeping Ladies keep the rooms clean and fresh daily , ( kettle and Hairdryer in room ) Pool area and gardens are well maintained by ground staff . Breakfast is continental with an excellent choice for all , The pool bar is well stocked and serves a good choice of snacks all reasonably priced and prepared fresh. This hotel is out of this world. Definitely 4 stars. We loved every second from arriving to being waved off when we sadly had to depart. The hotel staff are unbelievably amazing. I have never seen such caring people when genuinely do all they can wanting us to enjoy our time there, they are faultless. The hotel rooms are very spacious, extremely clean and tidy. Tea making facility was helpful. Air con, even though was an added extra on arrival which we knew, was a must, as the temperature we were there was nearly 40°C. I had emailed prior to arriving to ask some questions and they replied very quickly. Our balcony was facing a beautiful garden and on the flight path of the planes arriving and departing. For us it was amazing such an added bonus watching them. The small dining area for a continental style breakfast is so sweet. Kept perfectly clean and replenished. The grounds are superb and the lovely little ponds for the terrapins and fish. As for Junior the baby in reception we love him. The pool was lovely. Thankfully there were some floating noodles which I needed as half of the pool was too deep for me as being a non swimmer but I was here there and everywhere in the pool. The pool bar just so tranquil. Lovely freshly cooked food. Decent pricing too. The ice-cream is the best. The hotel is pretty much in between the main road up the top and the beautiful beach the other way. Perfect position for us. We saw some baby turtles which had just hatched on the beach, breathtaking. So much to do in Kalamaki down the main road, restaurants and gift shops. Laganas is definitely great for night life sitting on the beach drinking a cocktail. Just paradise the whole local area. On leaving we had to check out at 10 but were able to use the facilities throughout the day and shower and freshen up before departing. I can truly say I have never had tears leaving a holiday before but being waved off I had them. I am hoping to return next year and bring more of the family as Louros Beach Hotel should be seen by everyone. Thank you everyone at Louros Beach xx The Cooper family miss you all

We stayed for 14 days in July and this was our second year visiting this hotel. The rooms are very clean and the staff are so friendly and efficient (especially Monica) and always willing to provide any help that you might need. The atmosphere is so quiet and relaxing and the location is excellent as it is so close to the beach. We’ve already booked for next year!

For us, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, not because it's 5* but because it's location was perfect, close to beach and restaurants a flat walk. Quiet at night, adult only and some of the friendliest staff who kept the place super clean and did their best to make everything wonderful. Yes the beds are a bit hard but just ask for a mattress topper and they are fine. Yes their are planes nearby but not too many and not at night. Breakfast was fantastic every day, not the full English but plenty of choice and very fresh. The pool was lovely ( no banging music!) and you could always find a sun bed, no getting up early to reserve them by the majority. The gardens are stunning. The resort has a beautiful beach and for 15€ a day the grassy area by the front with trees and a restaurant was perfect. Restaurants - the Pandesia was our favourite but also the Olive Tree, Ambrosia, Parthenon and Family Restaurant were all great. The island tour is well worth the trip also the turtles tour. Taxi is 12€ into Zakinthos town, well worth going!

Just back from a fabulous 7 day stay at this wonderful hotel. Cannot recommend this place enough. Staff make all the difference Ellie, Monica, Gogo and Leah are amazing. Hotel is beautiful and quaint. Can't wait to return next year . The rooms and facilities are first class particularly the beds.
