Langweiliges, eintöniges Essen zu allen Mahlzeiten. Kleine Getränkemengen. Zeuge, wie Mitarbeiter auf ihren Mobiltelefonen SMS schrieben und rauchten! Zum Glück hat uns die Sonne gerettet, die Wasserrutschen waren großartig für mein 9-jähriges Kind! Die Unterhaltung war durchschnittlich. Der Reinigungsservice war großartig, jeden Tag frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Das Hotel war sauber und gepflegt.

Return visit to this hotel after many years. Reception staff very helpful. Greek Grill House restaurant is great for dinner - lovely setting and really good food. Thanks to the chef making the gyros to order at the Greek Grill House - these were fantastic. Impressive selection of Greek dishes. Waterpark still very enjoyable with helpful lifeguards and grassy area nice and quiet. Bar staff at main bar near reception provided excellent service, as did staff throughout the hotel.

We stayed here September 2024 my self my partner and our 2 children 7 and 10 months , we had a fantastic time staff were lovely nice and close to the strip and only a 10 minute taxi to town Pools were nice and clean and maintained well would definitely return.

Really happy with the ground floor swim up room. It meant the kids could jump straight into the pool from their patio. The staff were very friendly and we were generally pretty happy with all the food options on offer. The waterpark was fun and there's plenty for the kids to be doing.

Cons The rooms themselves were a bit tatty and very small bathroom Beds though were comfortable apart from my child’s single who complained it was too hard. Food horrible , same for lunch / dinner and just very poor quality / cheap/ no effort. Fresh fruit every day was just the same bruised apples/ some cut up over ripe melon and tinned fruit. The salad section wasn’t much better either. Soft Drinks - all flat and sugary Beer - flat and tasted horrible Spirits / cocktails don’t bother. Most staff ok but some are very miserable and don’t even acknowledge you. This is not a 4 star hotel as the service and food / drink is the worst I have come across. Pros Good location short drive from airport and short walk to shops/ restaurants/beach Pools nice but water very cold. Water park ok but needs some updating We stayed in F block which was probably the best location to be fair. Other rooms are directly in the busy parts and would have had little privacy or peace. Love Zante but would not stay here again

The best place for a family holiday. The food is excellent! And the fakir is the best in the world:-) Wants to come back here again. Wonderful animations. An excellent place for families - Delfinki Club for children :-)

I'm going to give an honest review of all facilities etc. CONS: evening meal options very poor and we aren't fussy eaters but there are lots of nice restaurants to eat out on the strip which is very close by. Lacks storage in bedrooms and only 6 coat hangers for 3 of us. Now to the good stuff PROS: amazing pools and waterpark for all ages to enjoy, lifeguards were also great - came down the slides with my son on their breaks in exchange that he brought them drinks and ice cream. Breakfast and snacks were great gyros, chips, onion rings, chicken nuggets, fish fingers, pizza, salad, fruit salad, variety of cold rolls, ice cream. Staff are so friendly and helpful throughout the resort. Big shout out to Nassos, Alex and Suprentice the barmen at the main bar, remembered our orders very quickly and the cocktails were great for adults and kids, I even liked the beer. Entertainment team were by far the best I've ever came across, they stayed all night even after the kids disco and entertainment was by far the best in any hotel I've stayed at. Funfair costs extra but good option to have. Towels and bedding changed regularly and actually smelled nice. Rooms and bathrooms nice - yes maybe not perfect but can't expect them to be painted, replaced for every visitor. Shower pressure better than at home. I would defo come back to this resort but would stay longer. I would recommend paying extra for the swim up rooms we had - nice wee extra.

Lovely hotel the reps look after u especially animation team and zjzou Huluhlu Bananna and Matu the best people never been to a hotel were they literally help and cater for every need fantastic holiday will definitely be back next year hopefully they will still be there such lovely people xx

The hotel is good for kids, water park was average but kids loved it. Value for money is poor……. all inclusive is poor, drinks are very poor and the size of cup you are given is to small. Food is bland and the type of food is repetitive as for the restaurants on site these were particularly poor. The service was very poor and unacceptable the waiter and chefs were stood chatting while i was waiting to be served it took us to leave the restaurant for them to come over by this point it was to late. Accommodation these rooms are outdated there wasn’t enough room for the three of us to unpack our clothes. The bed sheets were changed however never made. Cups in the room were never changed meaning we had no way of us washing our cups. when we asked the receptionist the answer we got was “ we don’t provide that service” which was disgusting. There was a kettle however, no tea or coffee. Entertainment…… The entertainment was rubbish the kids disco was ok but the entertainment after was poor there was a fun park with rides…. however half of the machines were broke or you got over charged. We came all inclusive and we have had to spend an extra 500 on additional costs like eating out and entertainment this is not acceptable for a four star hotel. things need to change for this hotel rapid. rant over other than these issues we have had a good time but we will not be coming back.
