Hilton Garden Inn Zagreb - Radnicka Bewertungen

The hotel charges Euro$3 for a bottle of water in your bedroom. It is not free which is completely absurd. The staff are not service oriented nor friendly, purely transactional (front desk). The other staff in the restaurant are all friendly and very pleasant. The check out time is at 10am which is nonsense. I have stayed in many hotels as a traveller, and to stay in HILTON, that charges Euro3 for a bottle of water in room and ridiculous 10am check out time is unacceptable. Will not stay here again.

Nice and clean rooms, great location and fine customer services

Everything is nice except the fact that this is the first hotel that I've been to that the housekeeping came by so early. They will leave a note by the door saying that you are supposed to contact the receptionist to ask for them to clean (everyday if you miss them). Which is what I did, but then one day they still didn't come by and clean (not sure why). I think the system could have been better by maybe having two side of door note so the housekeeping will also know if you want your room to be cleaned or not. The rest I can't really complain, breakfast spread is good. Location wise is a bit off but walkable to tram stops, again depending on where you are heading to.

Hilton garden inn radnicka is a new hotel. Everything is good and room is very big. Like their gym/fitness room because they have all basic need if anyone still wish to work out during stay. Breakfast is good and a lot of choices.

호탤은 자그레브 버스터미널에 가깝고, 주요 상업지구에 있어서 이동 및 활동이 매우 편합니다 시내주요 관광지까지도 가까워서 불편함이 없었습니다 방도 넓고 시설도 새 호텔이라 모두 깔끔하고 좋습니다 프론트, 다이닝 스탭들도 모두 친절합니다

商務型酒店，大巴站步行可達。但附近是商務園區，晚上很冷清。附近有一家中餐館，可以嘗試。有6路公交車可以去市中心。酒店房間不大，更加適合商務客人。整體無功無過。

Отличный завтрак: виноград, персики, отличная нарезка. Удобная большая кровать. Не понравилась стеклянная дверь в душе, полуприкрытая- вода текла.

酒店整體來説比較不錯，也比較新。工作人員很熱情，入住進後不久，還特地問是不是都可以，需不需要什麼服務。早餐好評，非常豐富。

來這邊出差幾天，考慮到安全和舒適，房間隔音不錯，酒店工作人員很有禮貌，早餐也很豐盛，這家酒店在當地的地段還可以的，

자그레브 버스터미널을 이용하는 여행객에게 위치가 좋습니다 라운지는 없지만. 기본 조식이나 카페형 레스토랑이 있어서 가성비가 좋습니다 객실이 깨끗합니다 시내중심가까지는 택시로 10분거리 이며도보35분거리입니다
