Sehr geehrtes Hotelteam, ich möchte Ihnen meine Begeisterung über meinen kürzlichen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel mitteilen. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und sehr komfortabel. Besonders hat mir das moderne Design und die gemütliche Atmosphäre gefallen. Das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Jeder Wunsch wurde umgehend erfüllt, was meinen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend – eine große Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich die Vielfalt und Qualität des Angebots. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls optimal, mit einer guten Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Ich werde Ihr Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Firas Mahjoubi :)

Bin jetzt das das vierte und nicht das letzte mal hier . Ich mag das familiäre Ambiente , das Unterhaltungsprogramm ist für alle Altersklassen , es gibt Wassergym , Bogen schießen, Dart. Die Animateure besonders Nino , Momo und Jambo sind Gold wert. Es kommt den ganzen Tag und Abend keine Langeweile auf . Essen ist reichlich und es gibt sehr viel Auswahl. Die Kellner in der Bar und im Restaurant lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab , es gibt nichts zu meckern. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, die Reinigungskräfte sind wie das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich.

Wir hatten uns nach langer Zeit (Corona Pandemie) auf unseren ersten Familienurlaub gefreut. Leider sind die Bewertungen hier veraltet und das Hotel müsste sofort geschlossen werden! Die Hygienestandards werden hier sicher nicht ernstgenommen. . . Das Essen löste bei uns so starke Magenprobleme aus, das ich 2 ganze Urlaubstage mit brechen und Schwindel verbracht habe. Die Toiletten im gesamten Hotel waren ständig dreckig, leider sehr dreckig…. Ihr wisst schon.. Das schlimmste an allem war aber der schlechte Service und die Unfreundlichkeit. Achtung an alle Familien ! Giftige Schlangen befinden sich im Hotelbereich. (s. Foto) Wir mussten zur Sicherheit für unser Kind, die Schlange SELBST erlegen! Sicherheitskräfte sind leider nicht vorhanden. ODER sie schlafen öffentlich. Es ist nicht nur gruselig, jemanden so am Strandzugang zu begegnen - sondern auch zu wissen, das im schlimmsten Fall niemand zur Stelle ist. Ich kann jedem nur davon abraten hier sein Geld zu verbrennen. FINGER WEG We were looking forward to our first family holiday after a long time (Corona Pandemic). Unfortunately, the ratings here are outdated and the hotel should be closed immediately! The hygiene standards are certainly not taken seriously here. . . The food caused us such severe stomach problems that I spent 2 whole days on holiday vomiting and dizzy. The toilets in the entire hotel were constantly dirty, unfortunately very dirty.... You know... But the worst thing of all was the bad service and the unfriendliness. Attention all families ! There are poisonous snakes in the hotel area. (see photo) We had to kill the snake ourselves for the safety of our child! Unfortunately, there are no security guards. OR they are sleeping in public. It is not only scary to meet someone like that at the beach access - but also to know that in the worst case no one is there. I can only advise everyone not to burn their money here.

It’s hard to find any issues with this hotel and so I’d fully recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in the centre of the city. They arranged a seamless airport transfer which, given the narrow secluded street the hotel is on, makes me wonder if a standard taxi would be able to find it so would also recommend anyone to book through the hotel! Check in was exceptionally friendly and although my room wasn’t ready at my early arrival time I was accommodated well and made to feel welcome while waiting. The interior of the building is amazing, with the different rooms, high ceilings and sense that you’re somewhere full of history and special. The scent throughout is incredible and feels like walking through a spa wherever you are. The courtyard around which the accommodation floors are located is beautiful and could almost be a destination in itself in the city. My room was on the fourth floor and seriously impressive. The size was huge, with a dedicated living area, spacious bedroom, dressing area, separate toilet, large bathroom with twin sinks, plus a bath and walk in shower. The sheer space meant there were a couple of sizeable TVs, lots of reading material, multiple complimentary bottles of water and every amenity you could think of present, including electric socket adapters in the drawers - brilliant. Electric sockets were present at both sides of the bed and there were so many light switches throughout the space to get the mood just right, The bed was massive and provided exceptional sleep quality, despite there being occasional noise from the streets below. The underfloor heating throughout the room added to the cosines and the continuation of the pleasant scent was lovely. The bathroom continued the great vibes having brilliant towels, lovely toiletries, heated towel rails, nice gowns, and so much space. In fact the only complaint I can have about the room is that the shower took a long time to get warm and there weren’t many hangers in the extensive wardrobe space! There is a nice rooftop terrace connected to the restaurant and while it doesn’t offer unobstructed views it’s a good spot to watch the sunset and get a different perspective over the Tunis rooftops. There’s a full bar available and lots of food options, but it is rather fish / seafood heavy which might not suit everyone. Presentation of the dishes is great though with everything well cooked and very tasty. The service from the staff is decent and with the couple of sofas a good spot to relax in the afternoon sun. As a more boutique hotel it was exceptional, in a prime location in the city to be able to walk to a number of key sites, and I’ll certainly be staying again when I’m next in the city.
