We spent 2 nights in this apartment. Unfortunately, it was not what we had in mind, and we left with enormous back pain. The beds had sunk, 1 had sunk terribly. (I'm 1.70 high and 65 kilos, so this cannot be the cause.) We contacted the accommodation and they indicated that other guests were satisfied and that there was nothing they could or would do. They did not look for a solution with us at all and we had to accept it as it was. Then sent another message and also a text message, but never got an answer. We are very disappointed and especially sad that a wonderful holiday like this has ended and that the customer friendliness was so lacking, especially for a room of more than 150+ euros per night! They do not look at or think about a solution, but you have to pay immediately as soon as you set foot outside. I had to sleep on the couch the second night, which is too bizarre for words, especially for that money. It also states that the suite with sea view has a sea view. That is true, but you have to look very carefully. I don't like having to post these kinds of reviews, but since they didn't respond to my complaint (I sent them a message afterwards) I feel obliged to do so. I also tried to contact them several times afterwards, but received no response. Until my last attempt, I was told that they were happy never to have to welcome us again. We have never been treated so badly and rudely.
