Ich bin in Berlin gefahren und habe das Deli Hotel gebucht, die Rezeption hat den Zimmertyp kostenlos aktualisiert und das Hotel hat auch Früchte nach dem Aufenthalt gesendet. Das Zimmer ist sehr warm, gut abgeschaltet, die Tür und die Balkontür sind geschlossen, keine Stimme draußen hören können, und ich schlief eine gute Nacht. Der Schwerpunkt ist der Service. Der Rezeptor-Pipe Manager ist sorgfältig aufmerksam. Die Servicebediensteten sind von der Rezeption bis zum Restaurant sehr enthusiastisch. Die Anfrage der Gäste ist im Grunde eine Sekunde antworten.
