Excellent service and facilities, staff are extremely helpful and friendly, hot spring is clean and comfortable

The place is a bit far from the Yufuin station. It was a long walk. Recommend to take a taxi which costs about ¥750. There are private and public onsen to choose from. The public one has better view. Dinner and breakfast were good.

A short trip and we decided to check our Mosoeun. Good hotel and the onsen especially the private outdoor onsen was the one we enjoyed the most.

Good: I love the open air onsen. However, when I was in the onsen (naked) there was a Korean lady who was taking photographs with her cell phone. The room itself is small and lovely. Bad: I wanted to say it’s cleaned. BUT, there was a sharp needle on the floor in my room (see photo). I stepped on it and it got stuck into my foot! It’s very dangerous and I didn’t know how their cleaning crew could kiss it! Not very service-oriented. Almost never returned email. When my email was finally returned, the attitude was quite stuck up. This place is famous for its onsen. Could it be they got too full of themselves?

Very quaint and quiet neighbourhood, amazing amenities, view and most importantly famous for their onsens.

The both the indoor and outdoor onsens for the ladies were superb, not sure about the men’s, but there’re two outdoor onsens for guys. Location is quite easy to find if you’re driving, might need to take a taxi otherwise as it’s not walkable. Food was just ok, but the staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

직원들이 친절하고 한국인 직원도 계셔 소통에 어려움이 없었습니다. 유후인역에서 택시로 5분 정도라 가깝고 객실도 따뜻하고 쾌적했습니다. 다음에 또 가족여행 오고 싶네요. 전날예약이라 예약 한 방에 가이세키가 포함되지 않아 시내 와규집에서 밥 먹고 왔는데 다음에는 식사 포함도 예약해보고 싶습니다.

직원분들 서비스 좋았습니다 기분 좋게 온천을 즐겼다 다만 유후인역에서 거리가 조금멀고 송영 서비스가 없어서 아쉽다. 그외 시설넓고 즐길 온천장이 넓고 곳곳에 많이 있음 음식도 대체로 만족

酒店環境非常寧靜，個人比較喜歡室外溫泉，空間感較大，室內溫泉頗細，温泉酒店都是一泊二食，食物方面則有點失望，尤其是晚餐，份量是足夠的，唔會太多食唔晒，失望的是牛扒，整件牛扒都是脂肪，根本不能吃下🙁，除此之外，也要稱讚餐廳服務員，非常有禮貌，另整個用餐體驗不錯。

일정을 도느라 조금 늦게 체크인을 했는데도 너무 친절하셨어요 정말로..! 짐을 숙소까지 옮겨놔주셨고 체크아웃 후에는 택시까지 불러주셨습니다. 그리고 시설도 너무 좋았어요 특히 온천이 대박이네요.. 남성 전용탕 보다 여성 전용탕이 훨씬 크고 좋아요 가족탕도 좋고요ㅠㅠㅠ 잘 묵다가 갑니다

想泡湯話温泉絕對值。酒店有好幾個室內室外大小温泉，房間的浴衣材質也很高級。而且酒店後山有一個看上去很古樸和隱蔽的神社以及一大片竹林，早晨可以去。美中不足距離鎮中心商業區有些距離，需要步行下山或讓酒店叫車租車

設施：很好，有獨立的温泉和公共温泉可以看到山景，太美了，下次有空在來。 衞生：一塵不染 環境：優美，安靜 服務：很好，有中國學生兼職，會幫助你的。

한국인들에게 유명한 곳이죠. 온천이 너무 좋습니다. 차가 있어야 이동이 가능한건 뚜벅이들에겐 불편할 수 있겠지만 저는 다음에 또 들리고 싶어요
